I have a friend who is gay for the UFC….he pretends it is about the fighting and athleticism, but I am pretty sure it is about the dude on dude grinding…I can tell by the sparkle in his eye when he talks about it….well he was pissed off that I did a post on the ESPN body issue and that I didn’t bother posting pics of Rowdy Ronda, some chick UFC fighter he wants to fuck because she’s the gateway body to homosex with his idols without going homo…or some shit…. R. Kelly and Atlanta’s own Cee Lo Green will be a part of the remake of the 1979 film “Sparkle.” Kells won’t be acting, but will oversee the music soundtrack. Cee Lo has been added to the cast and is also going to sing on the soundtrack since his character is the opening act for the group the film is centered around. Atlanta native Omari Hardwick, Jordin Sparks, Whitney Houston, Tika Sumpter, Derek Luke and Mike Epps will all be featured in “Sparkle,” and is scheduled to begin filming this October. Grammy-winning diva Whitney Houston is returning to the big screen in a remake of the film Sparkle. Houston joins Jordin Sparks who was recently confirmed to star in the remake of the 1976 movie musical Sparkle, which is loosely based on the story of The Supremes. Jordin Sparks, will play the lead role of Sparkle. (Cute!) For those of you too young to remember, the story of Sparkle revolves around three sisters who become a hugely successful trio in the 50s and 60s. Whitney, who hasn’t appeared in a film since The Preacher’s Wife in 1996 (and in the 1997 TV movie Cinderella), would play Sparkle’s mother.
