She also wore a see-through top and short skirt too, so I approve of these pictures, even though it looks like making out with Miley could qualify as a choking hazard. If you read the site regularly, you know that Miley Cyrus ‘ hotness has gone up and down lately, which has been a pretty horrible roller coaster ride for the Little Tuna. The poor guy. Luckily though, Miley’s latest photoshoot for the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar definitely belongs in the good column. Especially thanks to this see-through dress .
