Tori Spelling Confirms Dean McDermott Departure: Will True Tori Continue?

Will the show go on? Despite Dean McDermott recently telling Dr. Oz that he’s not quitting his family’s ridiculously scripted reality series, Tori Spelling appeared today on The Meredith Vieira Show and confirmed the opposite. Asked about the rumors that McDermott doesn’t want to continue filming the series, Spelling told the host “that’s true.” So, does this mean True Tori will soon be coming to an end? “I don’t think so,” Spelling replied. “For me, you know, it’s True Tori . I have a lot more to tell. I have four children, I’m a mom, I’m a woman, and I want to go on and I really really really need the money .” McDermott has opened up in recent weeks about his depression, while the couple continues to struggle with his affair. Talk of a Dean McDermott- Tori Spelling divorce has been circulating around the Internet for months, though Spelling continues to insist she’s sticking with her man. Even if he is an admitted cheater. “I chose to deal with it because it was my journey, it was my truth,” Spelling told Vieira of why she’s made her private issues so very public. “Women everywhere go through this and I wanted to put it out there.” Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Through Good Times and Bad 1. True Tori Season 2 Episode 5 Recap: Tori, Dean, Mary Jo and the Love Guru

Tuesday night on Lifetime’s True Tori Season 2 Episode 5, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott found themselves at odds about a number of things. Knock us over with a feather, we know. Absolutely jarring. Watch True Tori Season 2 Episode 5 Online Specifically, True Tori Season 2 Episode 5 saw Tori confront Dean with allegations levied by his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, his first wife and baby mama. What a totally awesome, unscripted idea by the producers. Because when you’re having trouble overcoming your husband’s affair, you must speak with the woman he was married to when he cheated with YOU. “Our common denominator is Dean,” Tori tells the camera. “It just makes sense that we’d want to talk about it.” Perfect sense. Anyone in America would do this. Tori and Mary Jo Eustace meet for lunch, during which she awkwardly produces a love letter that Dean wrote to her back when they were still together. It says she is the love of his life. Tori shudders. Apparently unaware that marriage is supposed to be forever, and he was married before, Spelling is taken aback that he once felt this way for Mary Jo. Mary Jo tells Spelling that Dean was “determined” to cheat with her, insinuating it was for money and not just ’cause he liked to masturbate to Tori on 90210 . Strange as it is to say, the ladies end up bonding over this lunch and by the end, Tori observes that she now trusts Dean’s ex-wife more than Dean himself. He sets the bar very low, but we see her point. When she gets home, the actress finds what else but a love note from Dean waiting for her on a kitchen counter!! WHAT DO YOU F–KING KNOW!? “It’s a love note from Dean to me, and I just read a love note from Dean to Mary Jo. How ironic is this?” Tori ponders, as if anyone believes a second of this. In any case, Tori feels guilty for worsening their marriage with all the drama you see when you watch True Tori online , so she decides to bring Dean to a guru. For real. Guru Singh will try to help their relationship. Question #1 posed by the love doctor? “Who is Tori?” Dean’s response: “Intelligent, immature, a baby, afraid of hurting feelings, afraid of hurting people, ill, physically, amazing wife, amazing mom, full of love, amazing touch.” “The love of my life,” he adds, forcing it a bit there. Who is Dean? Tori says, “My love, little boy, caring, selfish, lost, smart and stupid,” only to have Dean add, “Not worthy, conflicted, confused, complicated.” Then, in the weirdest and most uncomfortable scene ever, the guru tells Dean to let himself accept the breakdown, which in turn, results in a “release.” Dean cries like a baby, moaning and wailing. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are barely speaking, according to a new report, sparking new speculation about the state of their precarious relationship. After eight years of marriage, several major causes of trouble, two terrible serious of True Tori and one Emily Goodhand, it looks like it might be over. The more things change, the more they stay the same. So it appears for Dean McDermott, who cheated on his first wife with his second wife, then cheated on her as well, despite having kids by both women. Yeah. He’s one heck of a class act, that guy. Watch True Tori Season 2 Episode 4 Online Dean’s past, and prologue, was the setup for an awkward True Tori Season 2 Episode 4 , in which Tori Spelling planned a party for Dean’s oldest son, Jack. Tori starts to wonder what relationship she and Dean even have beyond sex – which, if you watch True Tori online , you know he thinks she sucks at anyway. Their therapist says Tori has an emotional connection with Charlie Shanian and a sexual connection with Dean, who wonders if he’s even the person for her. We’ve wondered the same, man. Dean McDermott says he isn’t proud of cheating on Tori Spelling, but hey, he’s also not the first guy to ever pull such a move, so give him a break, will ya? In an interview with ET Canada, the True Tori star and King of Excuses feels bad for himself and manages to make everything about himself, as usual: “When you’re at the checkout and you look over and you see one of these magazines and it’s like, ‘Dean McDermott’s a monster,’ I’m like, ‘No, I’m not a monster.'” “I’m a human being and I messed up. I messed up and I’m owning up to it and I’m getting help for it. But to label me a monster or evil is very hurtful.” “You know, I’m not the first person to ever cheat on his wife.” That’s a great point, Dean. Why didn’t we think of that?! If you watch True Tori online , you know the entire premise is Dean messing around with Emily Goodhand last winter while on a business trip to Canada. He got busted, and a lot of people thought the entire charade was fake, but at the very least, Tori Spelling decided to make lemonade out of Dean’s lemons. Two things we can guarantee you are completely real: Tori Spelling is so obsessed by fame, appearances and so on that it is literally killing her (she was just hospitalized for a nervous breakdown ). Dean is a pathetic, unstable, alcoholic, self-absorbed, enabler who thinks only of his own “needs” and manipulates people to get them. Not a monster, though. Let’s make that clear okay? Sounds like pretty much a lot more of the same. Dean says of the vacation they recently took, “I thought we’d be able to bring that feeling back and maybe start working on simplifying our lives here.” “But a lot of the emotional stuff changed when we came back to the house,” he adds. “I was surprised and I was really hoping that we could carry it over.” “It didn’t go that way, so it did surprise me.” Considering that Dean just goes through the motions of marriage until someone or something else comes along that pleases Dean, it does not surprise us. As for wife Spelling being quarantined ? “Everything is okay. All the tabloids are reading Ebola and it’s not,” McDermott said of her health scare. “The show we’re shooting is obviously very emotional.” “It’s six days a week. It finally caught up with her and took its toll, so she has bronchitis, sinusitis, and pneumonia and she’s getting great care at the hospital.” Here’s hoping Tori’s health improves and that these two characters eventually find what they’re after … whatever that is. One Direction: "Steal My Girl" Video Debuts! Danny DeVito Cameo For the Win!

One Direction has teamed up with the unlikeliest of collaborators for the video to their new single “Steal My Girl.” The clip begins with Harry and the lads emerging from the a trailer in the desert and wondering aloud about who’s directing the video.  One Direction: Steal My Girl Video On cue, Danny DeVito rolls up and hilariously goes full Hollywood douche on the pop stars.  “We’re here in the name of art,” DeVito tells the boys. “We’re here to commit ourselves to a higher form of expression.” DeVito then takes a loud bite of an apple and makes it kinda gross, as only he can. The new One Direction album , Four , doesn’t drop until next month but the 1D crew is already in full promotion mode: One Direction tour dates have been booked through the end of 2016 (!) and the One Direction: Where We Are concert film hit theaters earlier this month.  Even with all that on their plates, it’s unlikely the British chart-toppers will ever do anything as great as this video. In addition to the awesome DeVito cameo, it features moneys, sumo wrestlers, a leopard print trench coat…it really just has to be seen to be believed. As we’ve been saying for quite awhile here at THG, Dean McDermott doesn’t cheat because he’s a drunk or a sex addict or Tori Spelling sucks at sex . He’s a cheater because he’s a cheater who goes through the motions when it comes to marriage, a longtime friend of his says in a new interview. With Tori Spelling hospitalized for a nervous breakdown , it’s no surprise that part of her is still struggling to understand why her husband strayed. Well, according to his friend, it’s not that complicated. He “went through the motions of being married,” and has “obvious issues” that go a long way back. “Dean and I go back many years,” Toronto native Dan Kibsey says. “We were neighbors for 10 years … [teens] until we were ready to move out of home.” McDermott’s emotional problems began at a young age. “His mom was quite ill for many years,” Kibsey said. “She had diabetes and some other issues.” “Her passing hit Dean hard,” McDermott’s friend went on. “I think it would hit any family member hard! He was still pretty young … 16, 17. Tori Spelling: Hospitalized, Quarantined Due to Mysterious Illness

Tori Spelling was rushed to an LA hospital over the weekend after displaying a wide array of worrisome symptoms. Sources say Spelling was coughing uncontrollably and having difficulty breathing. She was reportedly running a high fever which caused hospital staff to quarantine the reality star. As troubling as all that sounds, there are two important facts that make Tori’s make condition somewhat less dire: 1. Despite rumors to the contrary Tori is not pregnant , and 2. Tori does not have Ebola, which is something that her publicist actually felt the need to mention.  Obviously, Tori is very sick, but insiders say it’s most likely a bad case of the flu. She’s expected to make a full recovery within the next week, and she was quarantined merely out of an “abundance of caution.” Most likely, Tori will be released from the hospital later today, and she’ll probably have to respond to accusations that she made the whole thing up to drum up ratings for her reality show. After all, there’s evidence to suggest Tori faked Dean McDermott’s affair with Emily Goodhand just to make her life more compelling to television audiences. Also, back in April, Tori was accused of faking a hospital stay for the sake of her Lifetime series. Even so, we’re gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that this time around she’s legitimately ill.  In any event, we sincerely hope she’s not pretending, because faking a viral infection at a time when millions of Americans are terrified of an epidemic would be a new low that we never thought Tori capable of.
