Cho eventually found out the truth, reacting in a matter-of-fact fashion, while Abbot was very quick to pick up on something different between the agent and the consultant. Jane deduces her military past (she resigned from West Point after her father died) and it appears as if she’s turned the head of Adler. A bit of typically Patrick Jane razzle dazzle (how we’ve missed that!) solved both cases, uncovering the hidden weapons stash and also the alley’s manager as be the former kidnapper/killer. Toward the end of the premiere, Jane bumped into Pike, who asked if he has a “plan.” Is he ready to also offer her a life, a home a family? No, Jane basically admits to Lisbon, but she seems okay with that for now. We end with Jane having a vintage car taking our new favorite couple away from the FBI building. It’s so very nice to have this CBS drama back in our lives, isn’t it?
