Patrice O’Neal passed away today at the age of 41, one month after collapsing from a stroke. In response, a number of celebrities have taken to Twitter and expressed their sympathy over the late comedian. To wit: Patrice O’Neal Stand-Up Act Sarah Silverman : “RIP Patrice O’Neal. You made us laugh til we cried.” Kevin Smith : “I shared some air & some air time with the man on O&A & he was always funny & thoughtful. Patrice – He WILL be missed.” Seth Myers : “RIP Patrice O’Neal. A day spent watching clips of him on-line is a day well spent.” Bob Saget : “Patrice O’Neal. So damn funny and so smart and such a giant heart.” Nick Cannon : “An amazing comedian and an even better person. RIP Patrice O’Neal.” Joe Rogan : “RIP to my friend Patrice O’Neal, a great thinker, a great comic, and a great human being. He had a truly unique perspective on this world.” Dane Cook : “I started my career w/ Patrice O’Neal. He was 1 of the best ever. The holiday shopping season officially kicks off at 12:01 a.m. Friday. Even Britney Spears is not immune from feeling the retail pressure. On Wednesday, the pop star Tweeted to her fans, asking what she should buy for her loved ones … specifically her mom Lynne. Britney wrote: “Since I’m on tour, I’m gonna do my Holiday shopping online this year..but I need ur help picking out gifts. Let’s start w/ mom! Any ideas?” Hilariously, her Twitter following (currently 11.2 million and rising by the day), responded. “GET YOUR MOM A CUSTOMIZED SLAVE 4 U OUTFIT,” one Tweeted . “She would look so hot!” Spears replied. “She would definitely look fierce :)” The soon-to-be 30-year-old also LOLed at this suggestion: “Give her a picture of you as Mrs. Claus, Jason as Santa and Sean and Jayden as little elves!” And she liked a sweet, simple idea from a follower who said: “I think you should get a scrap book made for her! That way you can have it hand made!” Brit eventually settled on the hairstyling tool EZ Curler for her mom. Not as fun as these other ideas, but probably more useful as a stocking stuffer.

Last night soap-opera star turned reality mom extraordinaire Tori Spelling had a nude photo leak onto the internet. The culprit? Her own husband! Dean McDermott posted a picture of his 4-year-old son horsing around at home late last night on his Twitter page, seemingly unaware that his wife’s bare boobs were visible in the background of the pic. (Tori just gave birth to her third child in October, so she was probably whipping out her milk jugs for, well, milking.) After Twitter exploded with comments on this very personal peek into their private lives, Dean took down the photo- but not before it was spread around the ‘net. This is actually our first look at the skingy actress’s suckle stalks, and they are MAM-nificent! What we don’t get is how he didn’t notice the boobs in the first place.
