Tyga To Be Arrested At Customs After Island Getaway Tyga is already being chased by his creditors …and now, it looks like all those skipped payments have the law looking for him as well. While Chester Tyga has been sunning it up in Turks And Caicos with his barely legal bae Kylie Jenner and all her young friends for her 19th birthday for the last few days… the courts have been looking for him to answer to a former landlord that he owes roughly $500k. Since he didn’t bother to cut his days running around the Carribbean with teenage girls short to handle his responsibilities…now he’s got a warrant out for his arrest. Via TMZ : Tyga is about to get an unwelcome homecoming when he returns to the U.S. from Turks and Caicos … he’s probably gonna get arrested. Law enforcement sources tell us … LAPD, L.A. County Sheriffs Dept. and U.S. Customs have been notified … there’s an arrest warrant out for Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend. TMZ broke the story … Tyga was a no-show in court earlier this week in connection with a $480k judgment his former landlord is trying to enforce. The judge issued the warrant and it’s now in both the federal and L.A. systems. We’re told when Tyga returns home, U.S. Customs will detain him and notify L.A. authorities, who can then come and hook him up. If Tyga decides not to fly directly to L.A., it won’t solve his problem. If, for example, he lands in Miami, Customs will detain him and call L.A. authorities, who have the right to come and get him. We’re told L.A. law enforcement was specifically notified because Tyga is considered “high profile,” especially because of his connection to the Kardashian clan. Tyga can try to get the warrant recalled, with the help of his lawyer … if the judge goes along. SMH. Kylie’s big sis Kimmy needs to school her on how to properly pick rappers and athletes to date. Property Management Firm Says Lil Scrappy Is A Rent Dodger Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Lil Scrappy is once again facing being tossed on the street for owing thousands in back rent, BOSSIP has learned. Randy Williams, of the Williams Property Group, filed a warrant to evict Lil Scrappy from his nearly 4,000 square-foot house in the Atlanta suburbs after the rapper stopped paying the $3,000 a month rent. Williams said in court papers that he’s tried to get the newly-engaged rapper out of the four-bedroom, five bathroom house, but he wouldn’t budge. So that’s when he asked the courts to step in. In all, Lil Scrappy owes $4,272 for rent, late fees, utility bills and administrative fees, according to the warrant.

N.Y. Judge Put Warrant Out For Rapper After He Missed Court DMX said his warrant for a no-show at a child support hearing was down to a mix up between his lawyers and the court. BOSSIP broke the story earlier this week that a Westchester County Supreme Court judge put a warrant out for the rapper’s arrest after he didn’t turn up to a court date with ex-wife, Tashera Simmons. But DMX believed his lawyers successfully postponed the Dec. 14 hearing because of his longstanding “DMXmas” performance in Las Vegas the same day. “I did everything I was supposed to do, it wasn’t my fault,” DMX said, according to his Uncle Nell, who is travelling with the rapper as he performs. Uncle Nell said DMX – who has been in and out of jail over the last few years – had turned his professional life around, getting new management, paying off another child support judgment in upstate New York and making sure his court-ordered $5,000 a month in child support was paid to Tashera on time. “He was doing so good for the last three months, building his rep back up,” Uncle Nell told BOSSIP. “He did the show, we went to bed and when we woke up there was a warrant.” DMX – whose real name is Earl Simmons – is set to perform another show in Vegas on Thursday, and then will celebrate his birthday on Friday before heading to Utah for more shows. Then he’ll head back to New York, Uncle Nell said. He said DMX isn’t worried about cops nabbing him on the warrant as he travels from state to state. “We’re sure that the attorney is going to handle it,” Uncle Nell said. “They fumbled the ball, not us. We fulfilled our obligations.” In a statement to BOSSIP, the rapper’s rep said the rapper was continuing to move forward in his career. “We appreciate support from fans, promoters and our staff alike for knowing and trusting that business will go on as usual,” the statement read. “We look forward to great success, and plan to stay focused on accomplishing goals to achieve such greatness!” DMX is due back in court on the warrant next month.

Former hair-metal frontman was best known for hit ‘Cherry Pie.’ By Gil Kaufman Jani Lane Photo: Alexander Sibaja/ Getty Images Jani Lane, the golden-haired former lead singer of 1980s hair-metal band Warrant, was found dead on Thursday in a hotel room in Woodland Hills, California. According to The Hollywood Reporter, police found the body of Lane (born John Kennedy Oswald), 47, at a Comfort Inn, with no cause of death available at press time. Lane was best known for the Warrant hit “Cherry Pie,” which he wrote and which featured a guitar solo by Poison’s C.C. DeVille. The double entendre-filled video for the song — packed, of course, with a bevy of video vixens — was a staple of MTV programming when it was released in 1990. The singer was born in Akron, Ohio, on February 1, 1964. He began his career as a teenage drummer before moving to Florida and playing in a series of metal bands. Eventually he made the trek to Los Angeles with future Warrant drummer Steven “Sweet” Chamberlin in search of fame and a steady gig. He was recruited to join Warrant in 1986 and the band released their major-label debut, Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich, in 1989, spawning the hits “Heaven” and “Down Boys.” But it was 1990’s Cherry Pie that really put them on the map, selling three million copies and making them hair-metal superstars. The title tune was written on the back of a pizza box, which can reportedly be seen on display at the Hard Rock Caf
