Amber Portwood: Look! My Daughter Still Loves Me!

Amber Portwood is one-for-two at the moment. She has two kids, and she’s allowed to spend time with one of them without a court-mandated supervisor hanging around to make sure the child is safe. That’s better than being zero-for-two in this department, we suppose. The embattled Teen Mom OG star was arrested over a month ago and charged with three felonies. She’s accused of attacking boyfriend Andrew Glennon on the morning of July 5; first by hurling a shoe at his head and then, according to the police report, of using a machete to try and break into the couple’s bathroom. Glennon was hiding behind the door of this bathroom with the pair’s infant son, James, at the time. Andrew quickly filed for full custody of the 14-month old. At a subsequent hearing, a judge dismissed a no-contact order against Portwood that had been filed by his dad on behalf of James and said she was permitted to see her son… not not by herself. Amber is allowed, however, to spend unsupervised time with her 10-year old daughter, Leah.   And that’s where the two above photos come in, along with the following caption, written by Amber this past Saturday: “Just missing one beautiful man. However this beauty put a smile on my face as always.” It’s unclear just when Amber will get to see James next. Leah, though, lives with Portwood’s ex, Gary Shirley, and his wife. Despite a very contentious history between Amber and Gary (she was arrested of assaulting him as well, back in 2010), these two are now on such solid terms that Shirley recently Tweeted his support for Portwood . “All I could ask is for is @AmberLPortwood to be happy & healthy,” Shirley wrote late last month, prior to using this arrest scandal to promote a new episode of Teen Mom OG. He received some flak for doing so. The veteran MTV personality welcomed Leah in 2008. James then arrived in May of 2018, after which Portwood suffered from such a serious bout of postpartum depression that she says she once considered hanging herself. In the several months since, Portwood has been open about her mental health struggles — and Glennon has stood by his girlfriend the entire time. She has even credited him with saving her life on more than one occasion. So… what prompted this recent (alleged) attack? We can’t say for certain. And the answer may simply be that Amber is admittedly unstable. However, she has also implied in recent days that Glennon is a drunk driver who was also cheating on her . Would this excuse or justify her attack? No, of course not. But it  would give us at least some insight into what she may have been thinking at the time of the incident. Snooki: Mom-Shamed For Drinking Wine While Feeding Baby!

Some call it skill, some call it bad parenting.  But either way, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi doesn’t care what “some” call her behavior, she’s just trying to share some of her favorite “mom life” moments with her fans.  On Sunday, Snooki shared a photo to Instagram of her downing a glass of red wine while feeding her nearly 2-month-old son Angelo James LaValle.  It’s called balance.  “What’s mom life like with 2 kids and a newborn? THIS,” said the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star.  She also added the hashtags “mom juice” and “I’m a good Mom I swear.”  Luckily, most of her fans had a sense of humor and not a stick up their butt. “You deserve this! Moms need some time to relax!” wrote one user.  Snooki also received some love from her Jersey Shore fam too, of course!  BFF and co-star Jwoww commented with multiple praising hand emojis, while The Situation’s wife Lauren Sorrentino added: “This is skill!” Even Jessie James Decker chimed in, saying “I’m feelin’ this one!” But of course, there’s always that one user who just has to be a buzzkill. In response to one commenter who expressed their (unwanted) concern that Polizzi was drinking alcohol while breastfeeding her son, the reality star quickly clapped back.  “I allow myself to have a few glasses once a week to stay sane with 3 kids,” she wrote.  “I do what’s necessary to clean my milk for my baby. Let a mawma live.”  Oh, and the troll wasn’t a mother or even old enough to actually consume wine. “Keep being 17,” Snooki added at the end.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , the safest option is to not drink alcohol while breastfeeding, but having one drink per day likely won’t harm the baby.  We’re sure the reality star knows what’s up because she has already gone through the breastfeeding process with kids Giovanna, 4 and Lorenzo, 6, who she shares with husband Jionni LaValle .   During a recent interview on the Women on Top podcast, Snooki opened up on what it’s like raising her children in the spotlight and how she has had to deal with her fair share of mom-shamers  in the past.  “I always question myself about how much I should share about my kids,” she admitted. “Because it’s going to be in the public eye and everyone’s going to know.” “And I ended up stopping for a little bit just because people on the internet are assholes and everyone is a mom shamer.” “Everyone can do things better than you,” she said, adding that their criticism was too hard to hear, so she stopped posting. “They just give you this unwanted advice that I just couldn’t stand, so I stopped sharing the kids.” However, once she realized she didn’t have to take parental advice from strangers`she quickly began posting again. “I want my babies to always be protected and in this little bubble, but at the same time, they are just such amazing little creatures and I want to share them,” she said. Well, we want to see them!  But next time, try a straw!  One of the best comments from Snooki’s recent wine and dine post came from a mom that actually offered a solid tip. “Next time use a straw! Gary Shirley is Getting Crapped on for Supporting Amber Portwood

Gary Shirley has gone from victim … to the voice of reason. Although there are clearly a whole bunch of social media users out there who disagree with this analysis. The ex-boyfriend of Amber Portwood has been in the news again these days because this Teen Mom OG cast member was arrested back on July 5 for domestic violence. She’s accused of attacking current boyfriend Andrew Glennon with a shoe and then even with a machete; both times when he was holding the couple’s 14-month old son, James. This is the same crime for which Amber was also arrested back in 2011 after she allegedly assaulted Shirley. Amber ended up going to jail for 17 months after violating her probation from this case because she was caught with precscription pills. Despite this very contentious history, Amber and Gary actually get along very well these days. Just how well? So well that Shirley attended Portwood’s July 25 court hearing during which she was awarded supervised visits with her young son. He’s also Tweeted support for Amber on multiple occasions, most recently this very Monday morning when Shirley wrote the following: All I could ask is for is @AmberLPortwood to be happy & healthy. She has all of my support when #TeenMomOG continues this Monday with a new episode at 9/8c on @MTV! #WATCH #WATCH #Watch!!!! Portwood and Shirley are the parents of a 10-year old named Leah, with the latter having primary custody of this little girl. And while we understand and even applaud Gary a little bit for standing up for the mother of his child … we also understand those who are now criticizing Shirley for taking this stance. Especially when it seems like he’s using Amber’s alleged assault as a way to promote tonight’s new episode of Teen Mom OG. “All I ask if they amber learns a lesson,” responded one user, adding in her Shirley clap back: “Takes personal responsibility for what happens, mtv fires her because this is the 2nd documented time she’s been accused of DV, and people stop defending her. I think what her cast members did is disgusting and they need to be called out!” Added another critic: This tweet is all kinds of Yikes! Using Ambers current psychosis and domestic violence charges as a way to promote tonight’s episode is the exact reason this show needs to be canceled or completely recast.  All of Amber’s Teen Mom co-stars actually showed up at her hearing last week, while MTV cameras were on hand to document the proceedings. It certainly does come across a little bit icky and gross that the network would go so far out of its way to film this hearing, considering filming is NOT actually underway at the moment. It’s the off-season, meaning producers treated this as an emergent reason to get everyone together and shoot scenes for the upcoming season. Which we guess it was, right? It’s not everyday that a cast member gets hauled off to court, not since Jenelle Evans was fired at least. We’re also not saying it’s necessarily wrong to support Portwood in a broad sense, but those doing so ought to ask themselves: Would they ever show public support for a man accused of assaulting a woman? Amber Portwood: What’s the Evidence Against Her?

Amber Portwood is facing three felony charges of domestic assault . This much we know. But what, exactly, is the evidence behind these charges? Following an alleged incident of violence on July 5 between Amber and boyfriend Andrew Glennon, numerous reports have outlined how Amber may be fired by MTV… may lose primary custody of her 14-month old son… and may be sent to jail. Simply because Andrew says she attacked him? No, of course not. Courtesy of Radar Online, we've rundown the evidence below that has been collected by the state in conjunction the very serious charges leveled against Portwood. This is why she may be in MAJOR trouble, you guys… 1. Here We Go Again? Yes. Portwood was also arrested in 2011 for assaulting then-boyfriend Gary Shirley. She ended up spending 17 months in jail after breaking probation when she was caught a couple years later with drugs. 2. Amber Has Referenced This Incident Many Times She’s admitted to being an “abuser” and said she has learned from her mistakes. If only that were true, however… 3. What Happened on July 5, 2019? Portwood and Glennon reportedly tried to take their young son to see a fireworks show in honor of America’s birthday. But they got caught in serious traffic and missed it. Amber then blamed Andrew for what happened. 4. From There? A whole lot allegedly transpired, starting with Amber screaming at Andrew and then throwing a shoe at his head. She has admitted to doing this, but has said the shoe barely grazed Glennon. 5. What Has He Said? That it left a major mark and that he was holding little James in his arms when it took place. 6. Andrew Has Said a Lot More, Too After the shoe was hurled, he says Amber threatened suicide, swallowing a bunch of Klonopin pills before throwing them back up. Andrew Glennon: Amber Portwood Has Destroyed My Entire World!

We cannot say for certain whether or not Andrew Glennon has been cheating on Amber Portwood. New allegations against Glennon have surfaced in recent days, as the reality star battles his estranged girlfriend in court following her arrest for domestic violence. We can, however, say the following about Glennon: He has no regrets at the moment. This doesn’t mean Glennon is happy; quite the opposite, in fact. But he just made it clear, via a few fresh social media messages, that he can at least look in the mirror right now and feel pretty good about himself and how he’s been acting. We wonder if Portwood can say the same. “Nothing better in the world than a clean conscience,” Glennon shared yesterday on Instagram, adding as a caption “Except baby James.” He included this graphic (below) on the same day he appeared in court opposite Portwood to argue the matter of custody. As previously detailed on The Hollywood Gossip, Portwood learned during this July 25 hearing that she is no longer legally banned from seeing her 14-month old child. She must be supervised by an official at all times she’s with him, however. At least for the foreseeable future. A no-contact order also remains in place when it comes to Andrew, meaning these significant others won’t be hanging out any time soon. It doesn’t sound as if they would want to, anyway, regardless of what a judge determined. Because Portwood allegedly wielded a machete as part of an assault against Glennon back on July  5 that also included a shoe being thrown at his head? Yes. But also because Glennon may be texting a mystery woman about meeting up and possibly being intimate with each other. And also because Amber seems to think he was sleeping with someone behind her back. This would be no excuse for physically attacking Glennon, of course, but it would shed a bit of light on Amber’s mindset and motivation at the time of the incident. Just consider what Portwood posted (and then deleted) on Instagram shortly after her arrest: She later came out and said she was heartbroken , presumably about reports of Glennon texting the aforementioned female. While responding to fans on Instagram last night, Andrew said he’s “already” forgiven his longtime lover for her assault, yet  also insisted they’ve found themselves in this position before. Meaning she went after him in similar fashion before? We’re not certain. “Wasn’t the first time, just the worst time,” he wrote online, leaving this statement open to interpretation. “It’s been a long road of trying to heal.” Last summer, after giving birth to James, Portwood admitted to having suffered through postpartum depression, even confessing to suicidal thoughts at the time. The Teen Mom veteran even said she thought about hanging herself one night… but that Glennon basically saved her life by realizing something was wrong and refusing to leave Amber’s side. How awful, right? Despite having been there for Portwood in major ways such as what we just described above, Glennon has still been accused by Amber stans of making up details of the attack. Some folks out there seem to think Amber is the victim here for some reason. What does Glennon have to say in response? “Yes, you are right, my plan was to destroy everything that I loved in my world, correction, my ENTIRE world,” he replied to these charges, emphasizing his sarcasm as strongly as possible. And  when some followers advised against airing his dirty laundry in public, Andrew had the following to say: “I’m not shading anyone at all. Would you disagree with what I wrote? I’m sure Amber’s conscience is perfectly clean. Brandi Glanville Goes OFF on Camille Grammer: I’ll Take You Down, C-nt!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special aired Tuesday night, and while there was a fair amount of drama on set, the real fireworks were going off on Twitter. You see, Brandi Glanville was clearly watching the show live, and the former RHOBH cast member had a lot to say about the proceedings: As you may recall, Glanville was fired from the show back in 2015, but either her ex-castmates still get under her skin, or she’s angling to get her old job back, because Brandi was throwing some major shade online during Tuesday night’s broadcast. Most of her ire was directed at Camille Grammer, who argued that Brandi was the reason Lisa Vanderpump decided not to attend this year’s reunion : “She’s pissed about Brandi,” Camille said at one point. “[She’s pissed Brandi] showed up on the show, absolutely. She’s her archenemy! She feels so betrayed.” From there, Brandi turned her attention to Denise Richards and accused of her conspiring with Brandi against Lisa: “I’m just assuming — and I could be absolutely wrong — but she felt throughout this season that you’ve had her back, Denise, but you talking to Brandi,” said an outraged Camille. “Brandi’s her archenemy.” While the Glanville-Vanderpump feud is the stuff of legend, Camille is likely overstating her case, as Lisa had lots of reasons to skip the reunion. On the show, Denise argued that she and Brandi “didn’t meet to talk about Vanderpump.”  And on Twitter, Brandi positively unloaded on Camille: “I am NOT LVP’s arch enemy!! That is absolute insanity. Trust and believe that is UNTRUE!!!” Glanville tweeted. “I adore [Denise] after meeting her at a dinner party for our mutual agent! [Not to mention] 95% of our conversation was not about LVP at all!”  From there, Brandi revealed that she was quick to reach out when Lisa’s brother died  last year. Then she continued to go off on Grammer: “Nope [Camille] I don’t buy it!” Brandi continued. “She knows for a fact that I’m a proper f–king person and that I do the RIGHT thing when I’m suppose to. We may not be friends but I’m not LVP’s #1enemy.” When a fan agreed with Brandi’s sentiments, Glanville replied by dismissing Camille as a “wishy-washy c-nt.” And believe it or not, the tirade didn’t end there: “Let me be clear, LVP and I have a past that we will not recover from but I refuse to let [Denise] be called out for provoking anything!” Brandi tweeted. “I was on ONE episode of an entire season where the women had their own separate issues with her. That’s f–king it.” She added: “It’s clear to me that if certain people feel that they are going down they have the need to take everyone down with them. If I had done that the ENTIRE housewives world would be ‘shook.’ “I’m not that person and that’s not how I’m raising my boys. Amber Portwood Scores (Small) Legal Victory in Court

Finally, some good news for Amber Portwood. It’s not very much, but the troubled Teen Mom OG star could use all the positivity she can find right about now. The 29-year old appeared in Marion County Court today, attending her second scheduled hearing since being arrested early July 5 for domestic assault. She has since been charged with three felonies due to an alleged altercation with boyfriend Andrew Glennon that involved Amber reportedly throwing a shoe at her lover and also wielding a machete. Glennon was holding the couple’s 14-month old son, James, at the time. Shortly after the attack, Glennon was granted a no-contact order against Portwood, meaning she was legally banned from seeing James or Andrew. On July 18, however, Amber was permitted to spend some time with her son — under the supervision of a professional, that is. In court on Thursday, this no-contact order was lifted. Portwood is now permitted to see James on a more frequent basis, but these visits must still be supervised by an outside party. Not ideal for Amber, obviously, but it’s something. Terms of the visitation, including where the visits will take place, will be discussed in the future at a Child in Need of Services hearing. This has been scheduled for August 22. Elsewhere, for the record, the no-contact order against Glennon actually remains in place. Andrew himself was also present at the hearing, while MTV cameras were seen recording outside of the courtroom. It sure seems that way, despite Amber’s future on the show appearing to be hazy at the moment. For Andrew’s part, he is still seeking full custody and still wants to prevent Portwood from having un supervised visits with James after the violent incident from three weeks ago. Glennon alleged in paperwork filed earlier this month that his estranged girlfriend is “currently unable to provide a safe, stable and secure environment” for their child “due to her frequent refusal and/or failure to take medicines prescribed to treat her mental-health conditions, among other concerns.” Portwood has often acknowledged she is bipolar and has also mentioned that she doesn’t always take her medication. On a more personal front, Amber shared a meme about cheating last week that strongly implied she thinks Glennon has been disloyal to her. A source close to Andrew told Us Weekly this was never the case, however, although a new report from Radar Online states Glennon has at least been texting some mystery woman. He has not met this woman, according to this website, but he has asked for her to visit Indiana and he has asked her to send him photos. This is the aforementioned meme that Portwood shared and then quickly deleted: In an Affidavit for Probable Cause, obtained by multiple outlets, Portwood made Glennon feel like he “dropped the ball” because they couldn’t get through traffic to see fireworks the night before this incident took place. When they returned home, Portwood struck her boyfriend with a shoe. “Mr. Glennon stated he was holding [James] and he turned to the side to avoid him getting struck with the shoe,” the document reads. At one point during this back-and-forth, Glennon says “Portwood went to her drawer and took a handful of Klonopin and tossed it back like it was nothing,” the court papers read. This is when Andrew claims Amber picked up a sword, which she had around the house for protection, and: “She hit the door with the machete and kicked the door and broke the handle.” Glennon proceeded to text 911 for assistance; officers arrived on scene; and the arrest was made.

Amber Portwood Finally Sees Baby Son … Under Professional Supervision

Amber Portwood came face-to-face with her 14-month old son on Thursday, July 18. She also came face-to-face with her brand new reality. The troubled Teen Mom OG cast member was a rrested for felony domestic violence back on July 5 and, shortly thereafter, was barred from going near the victim of her alleged assault, boyfriend Andrew Glennon, or the couple's child, baby James. As such, she hadn't see her son for nearly two weeks after being taken into custody. This finally changed on the aforementioned date — but Portwood was unable to spend actual alone time with James. It's unclear when she'll even be able to do so again. Scroll down for the latest in her custody battle with Glennon and to learn how the first of her scheduled supervised visits went last week… 1. Her New Reality As we said up top, Portwood was charged with THREE felonies after she allegedly attacked Glennon in early July — while he was holding their young son in his arms. 2. Why? What Happened? According to various reports, Amber got really mad at Andrew because the family missed a July 4th fireworks show. She responded by throwing a shoe at him, striking Glennon in the neck. 3. But That Wasn’t All Far from it, in fact. 4. Oh, God, What Else? Glennon told police that he ran and locked himself – along with James – inside of a bathroom. This is when Amber allegedly grabbed a machete and used it to try and break through the door. 5. Andrew Claims That Amber Threatened Suicide He even says she downed a number of pills in front of him, only to eventually throw them back up. 6. As a Result of All This? A no-contact order was issued against Amber to protect her Andrew and their son after her domestic violence arrest. At a July 10 hearing, the judge did not say when it would be lifted. Amber Portwood Strongly Implies That Andrew Glennon Cheated on Her

Amber Portwood has spoken out for the first time since her arrest for domestic battery. But she hasn’t proclaimed her innocence. Nor has she thanked her fans for their support. Instead, the embattled Teen Mom OG star has seemingly hurled an enormous amount of shade in the direction of her alleged victim, Andrew Glennon. As you surely must know by now, Portwood is in major trouble with the law. She’s accused of throwing a shoe at Glennon early on the morning of July 5, prior to actually getting a machete and using it to try and break into the bathroom where Glennon ran off to hide with the couple’s young son, James. It’s wild and disturbing stuff. Amber, for her part, had not said anything about her arrest or the alleged incident that led up to it… … until Wednesday afternoon. “Cheating is a choice not a mistake,” Portwood wrote in a since-deleted post, seemingly implying that Glennon has been cheating on her. We hope Portwood doesn’t think this would be an acceptable excuse to attack Glennon, especially considering he was cradling little James at the time of the reported assault. Still, though…. Andrew being unfaithful to his girlfriend would certainly add a fairly big twist to this ugly scandal. For whatever it’s worth, however, Amber’s brother, Shawn, has shot down any cheating allegations. “No. He did not cheat. Get that out of y’alls minds,” Shawn Tweeted back on July 11. This is the same brother who claims he’s seen evidence that his sister is innocent of all charges . The timing of Amber’s apparent infidelity accusation is interesting to note, though. It was shared on the same day that Andrew not only demanded full custody of James, but also child support. In court documents, he went on to request that Amber not be allowed around James without professional supervision. “Father believes it is in James’ best interests that he be awarded sole legal and primary physical custody,” read these court papers, which Andrew filed on July 9. They continue: “Father believes that it is not currently in James’ best interests for Mother to have unsupervised parenting time.” It would stand to therefore reason that Portwood would try to discredit her second baby daddy a bit by hinting that he has a wandering and dishonest penis. Criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon. Domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old. According to an affidavit from the arrest detailing the alleged incident, the Teen Mom OG star allegedly took a handful of pills and “threatened to kill herself” before pulling the aforementioned weapon on him Glennon. She has a history of violence against Shirly and now, it seems, against Glennon… but Amber’s ex-fiance, Matt Baier, spoke to TMZ on Wednesday and said she never raised a hand against him . “We had some legendary arguments but I never had an experience where she went after me with a machete!” Matt told this gossip website, adding: “So, no, I can’t really relate as far as that goes…I think there’s definitely got to be two sides to this story. Amber Portwood: Ordered to Stay Away from Baby Son, Boyfriend

Amber Portwood will be living a very lonely existence over the next several days, weeks and maybe even months. This, after a judge handed out a harsh — albeit understandable — ruling to conclude Portwood’s hearing on Wednesday, five days after she was arrested for felony domestic violence . According to court papers obtained from Marion County Superior Court in Indiana, Portwood has been charged with three felonies and a misdemeanor for her alleged attack against boyfriend Andrew Glennon. The first count of domestic battery is for ” knowingly touching Andrew Glennon, a family or household member in a rude, insolent or angry manner .” The second count, meanwhile, relates to the stunning news that Portwood is accused of attacking Glennon with a machete, which is a giant sword. Original reports had stated that Amber only stuck Glennon in the neck with a shoe during a dispute between the couple early last Friday morning — but  read down below for the latest on this ugly and violent confrontation. View Slideshow: Amber Portwood Threatened Suicide, Attacked Boyfriend with a Machete: Report For this second felony count, the Teen Mom OG star was charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. “Struck the machete at and into a door, while Andrew Glennon was standing directly on the other side of the door, that created a substantial risk of bodily injury to Andrew Glennon ,” the court papers read.  For the third count of domestic battery, which is also a felony, we can now telay the following from the court: Portwood “ knowingly touched Andrew Glennon, a family or household member, in a rude, insolent, or angry manner and Amber L Portwood committed said offense in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age, knowing that the child was present and might be able to see or hear the offense .” Multiple outlets confirm that Glennon was holding the couple’s one-year old son in his arms at the time of this assault. He thought Amber might kill him . This all brings us back the loneliness cited above. The 29-year-old Teen Mom OG star was served with a no contact order in court on Wednesday, July 10. For the foreseeable future, she is not allowed to go near Glennon or baby James. Elsewhere, we can confirm that Portwood was accompanied by her mother, Tonya, her ex-fiancé, Gary Shirley, and his wife, Kristina, as she entered the building. She did not speak to reporters before or after this court appearance. Glennon, for his part, was asked by TMZ how he was holding up and simply replied: “I’ve seen better days.” This would appear to be an understatement. Based on a report by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, which had access to the official legal affidavidt filed by police after they responded to a 911 text from Glennon on July 5, Amber and Andrew got into it because they had tried to take James to see July Fourth fireworks the night before. But there was too much traffic. It was determined they would miss the show and had to turn around — and Portwood blamed Glennon for the snafu. To be exact, Portwood was upset that Glennon “dropped the ball” on their plan to see these fireworks, The Ashley wrote this week. After dropping Amber off and giving her a chance to cool down, Andrew drove around for awhile with James in the car. When he got home, Amber reacted in angry fashion, allegedly hurling a shoe with a one-inch heel at her boyfriend … downing a bunch of pills before later throwing them back up… and slashing the bathroom door with a machete after Andrew locked himself in there with their son. Yikes , right? If this account is accurate, that is. Portwood went to jail in 2013 for also attacking then-boyfriend Gary Shirley, who is the father of her 10-year old daughter, Leah. She has a history of mental illness and even joked on this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG that she’s “f-cking nuts” and is prone to violent outbursts. She wasn’t really joking, of course.
