Who should compete among the best of the best? Or at least the most talked about? The possibilities over the past 14 seasons are nearly limitless. “We can’t talk about the casting yet, but I’d love to see some of the fan favorites from past seasons,” ABC’s entertainment president Paul Lee said. Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore: Behind the Divorce

Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi Moore with a 22-year old in San Diego named Sara Leal. Case closed, right? This explains why the actress filed for divorce from her husband of six years last week. Not exactly, friends say. In the latest issue of People , an insider says Kutcher and Moore’s marriage “[had] been deteriorating for a long time. Ashton was ready to end it, [but] he wanted to wait for Demi to actually do it. He loved her but couldn’t live with her. Among the issues that reportedly plagued the couple? Their age difference, his promiscuity and her insecurities. One friend of the actor’s goes as far as to say “they were fed up with each other,” adding: “If anyone was uncomfortable with the age difference, it was Demi, not Ashton. She drove him crazy after a while with questions and doubts.” Pick up the latest issue of People for a lot more on this split.

Alleged Halle Berry Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

Richard Franco has been arrested for allegedly trespassing on Halle Berry’s property over the weekend, but the crazed fan entered a plea inside a Los Angeles courtroom yesterday and denied all charges. His attorney said Franco was not guilty of felony stalking. In response, the judge issued an unusual restraining order: he ordered Franco to stay at least 500 yards away from Berry, but did NOT make the same decree in regard to Halle’s daughter, Nahla. Don’t worry, though, Nahla – who is at the center of a custody battle between Berry and Gabriel Aubry – is covered by a civil judge’s temporary restraining order against Franco. [Photo: WENN.com]

ESPY Awards Fashion Face-Off: Lindsey Vonn vs. Serena Williams

But we’ve found a surface on which both these athletes shine even brighter: the red carpet. Vonn and Williams posed for photographers at last night’s ESPY Awards in Los Angeles and neither held anything back, especially when it came to their cleavage. Wowza! Compare the beauties here and try to choose a winner, aside from every male on the planet, that is…

The Verge: Mary Elizabeth Winstead

It’s not easy to play a cinematic dream girl, especially the inscrutable Ramona Flowers of Edgar Wright’s Scott Pilgrim vs. the World , who literally meets our titular hero (played by Michael Cera) for the first time inside his own dream. Still, actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead pulls it off, and why shouldn’t she, after braving challenges like Live Free or Die Hard , Death Proof , and the upcoming remake of The Thing ? Just before Scott Pilgrim’s release this past weekend, Winstead called up Movieline to discuss elements of a fight scene you didn’t see, the film’s reshot ending, and the credit she’s got that’s even weirder than Scott Pilgrim.

Angelina Jolie and George Clooney to Play Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra?

Um, OK! According to author Andrew O’H agan , Angelina Jolie will play Marilyn Monroe in the adaptation of his recent novel, The Life and Opinions of Maf the Dog, and of His Friend Marilyn Monroe . The book is told from the perspective of Monroe’s Maltese terrier, a gift she received from Frank Sinatra (who will supposedly be played by George Clooney, natch). No word yet on who will play the dog, but how long before Brad Pitt’s name surfaces? Now if you’ll excuse me, there’s a mountain of salt I have to choke on. [ The Guardian ]
