The couple has two children, aged 15 and 19. She’s also seeking spousal support — though the amount isn’t disclosed at the moment. Also, the separation date is listed as April 1 of last year — before Black-ish hit television . So no word yet on if she’ll be entitled to his earnings from that show in particular.
