In the movie-like visual she shows off her impressive pole-dance skills. Twigs, like the music, takes her time and builds into a wild scene. “When I wrote ‘Cellophane’ over a year ago, a visual narrative came to me immediately,” she explained on Instagram. “I knew I had to learn how to pole-dance to bring it to life, and so that’s what I did.” The latter may be an understatement, considering the level at which the 31-year-old multidisciplinary performer has mastered the genre. This time last year, Twigs revealed that she underwent laparoscopic surgery to have six fibroid tumors removed from her uterus. Some of the massive tumors were larger than fruit. It’s been almost three years since we first learned that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are dating . At first, the couple was a staple in the tabloids, which makes sense. Much was made of the fact that this was Rob’s first serious relationship since his breakup with Kristen Stewart , which was one of the ugliest and most high-profile celebrity splits in recent memory. The couple eventually disappeared from the headlines, as neither is really in pursuit of mainstream fame, and their doesn’t appear to be anything messy about their relationship. Today, Rob sat for an interview with Howard Stern, and the King of All Media used his incredible ability to get celebrities to bare their souls, asking Pattinson point-blank if he’s engaged. “Yeah, kind of,” Rob replied. Stern quipped that Twigs would probably like to hear a bit more enthusiasm, but Pattinson replied that the couple is forced to keep it low-key as a result of Twilight “crazies.” “It’s one of the most frustrating things in the world, because you want to be able to do that [show PDA], but to get kind of stuck in a position where, like, you have to make the decision … Do you want to let, kind of, crazy people in, because for whatever reason with Twilight, there’s like, a crack troop of crazies who think every decision you’re making is creating some kind of conspiracy,” he said. “And so you kind of think, to protect it, I want to create a big boundary between it, but then it makes it difficult for your actual relationship.” So Twigs was probably cool with his answer. One year ago today, Miley Cyrus’ dog, Floyd, died in horrific fashion. It’s always hard to lose a beloved pet, but it was particularly difficult in Miley’s case, as Floyd was killed by coyotes , and sources close to the singer say that she still blames herself for his death. For weeks after Floyd’s passing, Miley would break down on stage while performing, and friends grew concerned as she sank into a deep depression. 12 months later, Miley is clearly still feeling the pain, but she’s decided to mark the anniversary of Floyd’s death in classic Miley fashion. That’s right, she threw a big, gaudy party and invited all over her closest friends and their pups. “Tomorrow it will have been 1 year since Floyd passed away,” Miley wrote, in a message to her fans on Instagram. “At times I didn’t know how I was going to go out there and perform and smile and pretend I wasn’t hurting. “But with you I didn’t have to. I could show my pain and you all would console me. I love you.” Gratitude to her fans and a brightly-colored, festive memorial. Maybe Miley could teach us all a lesson on how to grieve productively. It’s official! After months of rumors that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are engaged , we now know that the couple is indeed planning to get hitched. And the news came from a rather unexpected source… In an interview with Vulture on Wednesday, T-Pain accidentally spilled the beans about Twigbert: “She’s on tour so much, and anytime I call her, she’s in a different place. And she’s engaged now, so that’s about to be a whole other thing.” Pressed for further details, Mr. Pain confirmed that Twigs is engaged to “Ol’ Patty,” which is apparently his awesome nickname for Rob. He added, “I don’t know if she wanted anybody to know that.” Yeah, probably not, Tity Boi. According to the tabloids, Pattinson and Twigs have been planning a wedding for months, but when it comes from T-Pain, you know it’s legit!
