Walking Green Bean Casserole Dish YesJulz Dropped A Racist A$$ Freestyle And Got Tossed In The Dumpster

She is the patron saint of culture vultures who keeps getting co-signed by black artists for no reason whatsoever. She stayed out of the dragging as of late so she was clearly feeling herself. That’s why she hopped on the radio (Soulja Boy in tow) and rapped about how she’s donating to communities while “blacks” kill each other. Really? Word? Really. . @Yesjulz did all that white crying after catching heat for saying the n-word, only to show up and say “Because my ass is fat and my skin ain’t black, I’m a vulture catcher. Yet they never do nothing and they never give back. They keep killing blacks.” And @souljaboy cosigning. — FERRARI SHEPPARD (@stopbeingfamous) January 27, 2019 In the meantime, enjoy this dragging. Legacy: A Reflection On Voguing, From Ball Culture To Teyana Taylor’s Music Video

Originally posted here:

Source: Catherine McGann / Getty Over the past few months, Teyana Taylor has been dropping music videos left and right for songs off her  K.T.S.E. album. On Wednesday, “WTP” was the latest visual released, and it was filled with ball culture celebration.   Balls have been organized by LGBTQ people of color for decades now, and they’re continuing to get more recognition thanks to shows like Pose on FX and My House on Viceland. During a ball, individuals or “houses” (a person’s adopted family) can compete in multiple categories, oftentimes for a cash prize, a trophy and maybe most importantly, “legendary” status. There are dozens of categories participants can walk in, but some of the most important ones fall under titles like Butch Queen (usually gay or queer men), Femme Queen (usually trans women or femmes), and of course voguing.   Voguing alone can be broken down into the new way and the old way of dancing. The old way of voguing reached the national spotlight thanks to the 1990 movie Paris is Burning,  and one of its main stars was Willi Ninja.    Willi’s angular, picturesque and precise style of voguing would go on to influence dancers around the world, and it even landed him appearances in music videos like Janet Jackson ‘s “Alright” and “Escapade.” The old way of voguing received an even bigger spotlight when Madonna released her music video for “Vogue” in 1990. Though the music video has been met with  more critical eyes over the years, icons like Luis Xtravaganza  and  Jose Gutierez Xtravaganza  represented for vogue culture in the wildly popular video.   As the years progressed, voguing started to evolve into a new way that many people are familiar with today. This style involves more acrobatic moves and difficult executions such as “duck walks,” “dips” or “death drops.” Masters like Dashaun Wesley,  who appeared in Teyana Taylor’s video, have help carry on this voguing tradition.   Now, with more light being shined on LGBTQ communities of color, voguing has had another resurgence in popular media. Legendary voguers like Leiomy are showing off their skills in Nike commercials…   Even hip hop has been bitten by the vogue bug with Q-Tip featuring ball culture in the music video for his song with Demi Lovato  “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”   Dancer-singers like FKA Twigs have also kept voguing alive by taking it out of its traditional ballroom setting and placing it on the far edges of the world. FKA’s “Glass & Patron” definitely repped for the technique…   But no matter how far voguing or ball culture goes, it will forever be the product of queer imagination. It’s dedicated LGBTQ community of color will continue to exemplify those who dared to live, create and of course, have fun.

Prince William Drops MAJOR Hint on Royal Baby’s Gender

With Duchess Kate Middleton ready to give birth in the near future , this royal pregnancy is getting more and more attention. And it appears that Prince William may have dropped a massive hint about whether they’re expecting a little prince or a little princess. Is this a major royal gaffe? Like a large number of people, Prince William is a fan of sports. Specifically, he enjoys soccer, which is called “football” in … well, outside of the United States, where soccer is popular even among adults. The Prince is a fan of the Aston Villa Football Club, and celebrated Jack Grealish’s successful and dramatic win for his side when he played against Cardiff City. In his enthusiasm, it appears that he let something slip about his third child with Kate Middleton. Referring to Grealish’s skill on the field and accomplishments during that particular game, William told fans: “I’m going to insist the baby is called Jack.” After a brief pause, in which he may have realized what he had said, he added: “…Or Jackie.” Is this a huge reveal and therefore a major royal gaffe? It is difficult to tell, but many believe that Prince William accidentally leaked his child’s expected sex. When one is excited, even a royal who has been schooled from birth to keep things private can have a loosened tongue. That would certainly shoot down rumors that Kate Middleton is expecting twin girls . (Everyone loves a twin story) But we should mention that it is also possible that was entirely joking about the name “Jack” and only threw in the “Jackie” line so that people would not jump to conclusions. Obviously, that did not work out the way that he may have planned. As for the name itself, well, regardless of the little one’s sex, Prince William is probably joking. Even regular, non-royal people need to be thoughtful about the names that they give to their children. If we all just picked the names of people we admire for our children, it could backfire when prospective employers refuse to interview someone named “Magneto” or decline to hire yet another “Carrie Fisher” because they already have a dozen and it’s already creating confusion at the office. For royals, the pressures when it comes to names are even more intense.  Look at William’s children’s names: George and Charlotte. George is a traditional name in his family, and St. George is said to have slain Britain’s last dragon, and is the patron saint of England.  Charlotte is another name from his family, most notably of Queen Charlotte of Mecklenberg-Strelitz. Also, the name Charlotte has its roots in Charles , the name of William’s father. So it seems likely that whatever name they choose for this royal baby, it won’t be “Jack.” (Probably for the best, since when people outside of the UK think of a famous British person by that name, they’re likely to think of Jack the Ripper ) This baby … who seems more and more likely to be a little prince … will probably have a name with a rich royal history. A name deeply entrenched in British culture. A name hich, zero offense to anyone named “Jack,” will probably have a less common air to it. Now is more or less the right time for the couple to introduce a new child into the family. Princess Charlotte just started preschool , so a new baby will be slightly more manageable. And the child is also close enough in age to Charlotte and even George that they won’t feel like strangers from different generations. They may or may not be playmates, but that will have more to do with personality and interests than it has to do with their ages. We’re all looking forward to the birth of this next royal baby. Even if it does end up being “Prince Jack.” View Slideshow: Kate Middleton: Will She Have a FOURTH Child?

Justin Bieber Apology Video: I’m a Person Who Cares! I’m Kind and Loving and Gentle and Soft!

Justin Bieber, looking to turn over a new leaf, followed up a contrite appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show with a video apology to his fans. The pop singer, whose downward spiral has become the stuff of legend in recent years, posted an emotional mea culpa to Facebook late last night … Justin Bieber Apologizes for Actions As we told you earlier, Justin Bieber broke down on Ellen , admitting he was nervous in front of the audience but coming clean about his bad behavior. Without getting into specifics, such as egging homes, peeing in buckets, acting like a jackass in court depositions and so on, he told DeGeneres: “I’ve done some things that might not have been the greatest. I just want to be able to, you know, just kind of own up to some of the things.” On the Facebook video, the soon-to-be 21-year-old addressed his fans – and the Ellen interview, during which he was noticeably awkward. He seemed to chalk that up to how seriously he takes his own actions. Bieber said he hoped he didn’t come off like he was “arrogant or conceited, or basically how I’ve been acting the past year, year and a half.” “I’m not who I was pretending to be. Often we pretend to be something we’re not as a cover-up of what we’re truly feeling inside,” Justin said. Justin Bieber Opens Up on Ellen “There was a lot of feelings going on in there, just being young and growing up in this business. It’s been hard. Growing up in general is hard.” “I really want people to know how much I care about people, and how I’m not that person to say ‘I don’t give a f–k. You know, I’m not that kid.” “I’m a person who genuinely cares,” he adds. “And although what’s happened in the past has happened, I just want to make the best impression on people.” Justin Bieber, in the eyes of Justin Bieber, is “kind and loving and gentle and soft. And although people can call me a softie, that’s how my mom raised me.” Actions, as they say, speak louder than words, but he’s certainly using all the right ones as he looks to turn things around in his career and life. With the Comedy Central roast of Justin Bieber approaching, he’s looking to atone and be at peace with the past, while making his future brighter. A bold ambition given his past antics, but we’ll see where he takes it … 25 Reasons Justin Bieber Needs to Get Punched 1. He Bragged About Taking Selena Gomez’s Virginity The guy actually had the nerve to brag about how he took Selena Gomez’s v-card and how she was so in love with him at the time. Classy move.

Drew Brees Settles DeflateGate Debate Once and For All!

As you may have heard, Tom Brady’s balls have been in the news quite a bit this week.  Sadly, the story has nothing to do with a Gisele Bundchen sex tape and everything to do with the New England Patriots possibly getting caught cheating yet again. Did some rogue equipment manager doctor Tom’s balls on his own? Does Bill Belichick’s pseudo-scientific explanation pass muster? Is Brady pouting and whining about the whole situation? The answer to that last question is a resounding “yes,” but the other two remain mysteries. Fortunately, the patron Saint of football science, Drew Brees, is here to shed some light on the situation: Drew Brees Solves DeflateGate Brees tries to be diplomatic, telling Conan O’Brien he has “no idea” if Belichick and company are guilty, but he proceeds to basically prove that: It’s easy to detect if a football has been deflated. Softer footballs are easier to throw. Some big questions remain following Brees’ demonstration: Did he intend to blow up Brady’s spot by basically suggesting that any QB can tell if a ball’s been deflated the moment he touches it? Who’s gonna pay for that light he broke? And, most importantly, when will Brees finally get that thing on his face checked out? These are the issues we’re grappling with in the days leading up to Super Bowl XLIX. Meanwhile, of course, Tom terrific is focused on what really matters: finding a store that sells Uggs in the Phoenix area. Tom Brady Defends Use of Balls 1. Don’t rub my balls! Leave that to me, please.
