Email Submit A developer is now suing Kimmy Cakes over her popular Kimoji app. David Liebensohn is claiming that he helped Kim initially build the application, but was then cut out of the profits. He is suing the soon-to-be mom of four for $100 million, citing breach of contact and fraud. The developer claims that Kim agreed to cut their company in for a hefty 60 percent of Kimoji back in 2014. He then goes on to say that he was left off of the trademark paperwork for the sake of expedience, but it was supposedly understood that the product was a joint venture. Liebensohn goes on to claim that Kim backed out of their deal in August of 2014, supposedly because one of Liebensohn’s partners shared her personal information. He also adds that Kim supposedly attempted to get him to back away from this lawsuit via a team of lawyers, but he’s still doing everything in his power to get that nine-figure settlement. Kim has kept the Kimoji money coming in strong with different ventures, including her incredibly popular Kimoji Hearts fragrance line, which alone netted the star $10 million. Earlier this week Chyna’s lawyer Walter Mosley expressed shock over the Kardashian sisters legal action against her move to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian, noting that Chyna’s relationship has been good with her fiance’s sisters so there must’ve been a misunderstanding. Well one thing is for sure. The K’s don’t want beef with Chyna! A source tells Us Weekly that the reality stars want a peaceful resolution with Angela. “Chyna filing and using their last name takes some time and discussion,” the insider tells Us. “They are hoping to resolve it amicably, the girls, because they do love Chyna. The girls are just protecting their interests because that is their brand. It’s a complicated business issue.” Oh it’s complicated alright! TMZ is also reporting that the sisters have reached out to assure her their lawyers were not singling her out, but just operating according to standard legal procedure when they filed the documents to oppose her application to trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian.” TMZ also says that Kris Jenner personally told Chyna it’s a simple mix-up and she has called off their lawyers. We don’t know if we’d trust this one if we were Chyna. Would you? Do you think her trademark application will go through in the end?

According to Raw Story: Last week, the American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of Marlene Tapia against Blanca Zapater, the corrections officer that Tapia alleges subjected her to cruel and unusual punishment while violating her right to due process. According to the suit, on November 22, 2011, Zapater was arrested on a suspected parole violation. During a routine strip search, Zapater and another corrections officer “observed a plastic baggie protruding from Ms. Tapia’s vagina.” Instead of asking her to remove the package, Zapater allegedly “sprayed a chemical agent directly on Ms. Tapia’s genitals twice,” despite the fact that “Ms. Tapia was not using or attempting to use any force against the corrections officers.” The suit claims that this spraying “served no purpose other than to punish” and “would not cause the baggie to become dislodged.” The effects of the application of this chemical agent lasted for several weeks and included “burning, swollen genitals, painful urination, and pain and burning on Ms. Tapia’s face.” The ACLU is seeking punitive damages, to be determined by a jury, for these alleged violations of Tapia’s Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. She must have felt like she had an STD with all that burning and swelling. Eww. Shutterstock

This is crazy. Before this week, I can barely remember the last time we got a set of Victoria Silvstedt pictures that didn’t involve her at the beach or on some rich dude’s yacht, and now we’ve got two in a row. First it was her new gig on some Italian reality show , and now this awesome lingerie shoot for Lindex. And while I’m obviously gonna miss the steady stream of bikini pictures, this is a great sign.
