Prince Williams/ATL Pics.net Michael Williams Charged With Sutton Tennyson’s Murder A man has turned himself in connection with the murder of Angela Simmons’ ex-fiance and father of their son. Michael Shareef Williams – also known as Michael Watson – surrendered to Atlanta Police Wednesday, and has been charged with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, law enforcement told BOSSIP. Sutton Tennyson was gunned down in his own driveway Nov. 3 after an argument with an unknown person “escalated,” according to police. The suspect then sped off and cops later found him deceased with multiple gunshot wounds. Williams, 44, is being held in the Fulton County Jail and no date has been set for his arraignment, according to jail records. A police spokeswoman said their investigation is ongoing, and Williams’ charges may be upgraded. Meanwhile, the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed an autopsy of Tennyson’s body, but the results won’t be available for 30 to 60 days, an investigator told BOSSIP. Simmons hasn’t yet commented on the arrest.

Cunningham Reality Starlet Arraigned On Fraud Charges Following Paid Date “Bad Girls Club” alum Shannade Clermont denied claims that she raided $20,000 from a dead man’s bank account following what the Feds characterized as a “prostitution date.” Clermont was in Manhattan Federal Court Monday for her arraignment on charges of aggravated identity theft, conspiracy to commit wire fraud and access device fraud. “Not guilty,” Clermont said in a soft voice when Judge Naomi Buchwald asked her to plead. If convicted, she faces more than 40 years in federal prison. Federal prosecutor Sagar Ravi asked for a six-week adjournment so that the defense could review evidence in the case – including bank info and emails from three different accounts – as well as discuss possible plea deals. The judge agreed, and Clermont is now due back in October. Clermont Twins outside Manhattan Federal Court. Photo by Jennifer H. Relatives of her alleged victim were also in court, but declined to comment. Clermont said she didn’t want to comment outside court, but her lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman said the hearing went as expected, but it was too early to say whether his client would take a plea deal because he’d yet to review the evidence in the case. “The prosecution has been fair and understanding, and that’s what we expect,” Lichtman told us. “I hope that this case is resolved fairly soon.”

T he man who police believed murdered two Black men in separate “possibly racially motivated” shootings in Baton Rouge in September has pleaded not guilty to charges pending against him Wednesday, The Advocate reported. Kenneth Gleason , who also allegedly fired a gun at the home of an African-American family, was charged with one count each of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and two counts of attempted second-degree murder on November 30. Gleason, 23, who is White, showed little emotion during his arraignment. The grief-stricken family of one of the men, Donald Smart , who Gleason stands accused of killing in cold blood on September 14 was flabbergasted by the alleged serial killer’s plea. Alleged Baton Rouge serial killer Kenneth Gleason pleads not guilty to murder, attempted murder counts at his arraignment https://t.co/71B8DT8RTZ — The Advocate (@theadvocatebr) December 13, 2017 “I was hoping and praying he (would) plead guilty so the family wouldn’t have to keep coming to court,” Tiquincia Smart , the teary-eyed sister of the 49-year-old slain man, said. “But we will be here every court day. … I truly believe justice will be served.” Smart was hammered with bullets while walking to his job at a Baton Rouge cafe. A second man, Bruce Cofield , 59, was fatally struck on September 12 in a shooting that prosecutors believe Gleason committed as well. Police have deemed both slayings random, as they have yet to find a connection between Gleason and the two men, who were walking on the side of a road at night during both shootings. Gleason approached both Smart and Cofield in the same manner, having fired bullets at them from inside his car before exiting to deliver more shots while standing over them. Gleason also stands accused of firing a shot at the home of the lone Black family on the block where he lived in the same week as Cofield and Smart’s shootings. No injuries were reported but two people were in the home at the time. Gleason’s case is still under investigation and officials are preparing for trial, East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore III said. The DA has not decided whether to seek the death penalty, an alternative that came into view when Gleason was charged with first-degree murder. Smart’s family said they will be at every court date during Gleason’s trail. “(Donald Smart) did not deserve to be killed and shot down like that,” Lakisa Flowers , the mother of Smart’s three children who is now raising their 12 and 13-year-old daughters and a 15-year-old son on her own, said. “Everyday, I just try to be strong for my kids … I try not to show my tears in front of them.” Gleason is being held in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison without bond, WAFB reported. A motion hearing is slated for March 26. SOURCE: The Advocate , WAFB SEE ALSO: Is A Serial Killer Targeting Black Men In Baton Rouge? Man Pleads Not Guilty To Murdering His Adoptive Mother An ex-con pleaded not guilty Friday after being accused of murdering his adoptive mother and later ransacking her home in Brooklyn . Jayvon Mulzac was arrested on assumption of binding his 70-year-old adoptive mother Noreen Mulzac with electrical cords and a dog leash, then strangling her to death on July 17, according to prosecutors. The 28-year-old was previously arrested twice in August for disturbing the peace and breaking and entering in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. When Mulzac was arrested, it was reported by a local paper that he yelled things including, “I killed this b—h” and “I’m going to kill again.” Mulzac was shipped back to Brooklyn Thursday to face a judge, who ordered him to be held without bail after his arraignment on murder charges. Prosecutors have said they concluded Mulzac was indeed at his mother’s house the day of the killing, and even later used her cell phone. The retired nurse’s cause of death was due to ligature strangulation.
This is so sad. What is wrong with people??? The Jasper County Prosecutor’s office has filed two charges against 22-year-old Jalen Vaden: Abuse or Neglect of a Child Resulting in Death, a felony; and Second Degree Murder. Investigators describe Vaden as a “live-in boyfriend.” According to investigators, Vaden was upset that Kyle hadn’t put on her pajamas, as he told her to do. Investigators say “short time later,” Vaden threw Kyle on her bed. Investigators say “a short time later,” Vaden still saw Kyle wasn’t wearing her pajamas as instructed, so he again threw Kyle to her bed. Carl Junction’s police chief says Kyle’s mother has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
Marc Piasecki/GC Images Disney Exect Charged With Child Sexual Abuse The director of music publishing at Disney, Jon Heely, has been charged with three felony counts of child sexual abuse. The 58-year-old has been accused of sexually abusing two underage girls approximately 10 years ago. Allegedly, Heely victimized the first girl when she was 15, and according to the charges, he began abusing the second when she was just 11, which continued until she was 15. A Disney spokesman said in a statement that the company suspended Heely on Friday after being informed of the charges. An excerpt from the statement reads: “Immediately upon learning of this situation tonight, he has been suspended without pay until the matter is resolved by the courts.” The executive was arrested back in November, but booking records indicate that he was later released on $150,000 bail. On Wednesday, prosecutors charged him with three counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Thursday and is due back in court on January 10, facing up to nine years and three months in prison if convicted. Heely has been with Disney since 1981.
An obese Elisabeth Cannon was released on 12K bail after shooting and killing 15-year-old Vernon Marcus Jr on Monday in Georgia. Cannon says the boy and his friends threw rocks and caused “dings” to the outside of her home. The boy was walking past Cannon’s house when he was shot and killed. At her arraignment, Cannon says the shooting was in self-defense and she is not an “evil person,” although she’s been known to talk about “bad blacks.” Witnesses and neighbors say Cannon has used “racial slurs” about black folks before. Cannon also said the bad black kids would “glare at her.” Right, sounds like a bullsh*t excuse to shoot a kid…but he’s black so we will see how this pans out.
SMFH… Yasmin Seweid Blasted For Faking Subway Attack By Trump Supporters A New York college student is getting blasted after authorities say she lied about being attacked by Trump supporters. Yasmin Seweid, 18, of Baruch College alleged that three white people attacked her and tried to rip off her hijab. Shortly thereafter she mysteriously went missing and later confessed that the entire story was a farce. Instead, she’d broken her parent’s curfew and was trying to hide her American boyfriend from them. Girl….. The New York Daily News reports: A Muslim student who said she was harassed on the subway by drunken, hate-spewing white men shouting “Donald Trump!” lied to police because she broke her curfew, law enforcement sources said Wednesday. Yasmin Seweid, 18, joined a growing list of local and national alleged hate-crime victims when she told cops she was taunted Dec. 1 on the No. 6 train by three men who called her a terrorist and tried to snatch her hijab off her head while straphangers did nothing. But Seweid finally broke down Wednesday and was arrested after she admitted to detectives that it was all a big lie. Police sources say Seweid made up the story because she didn’t want to get in trouble for breaking her curfew after being out late drinking with friends. Her strict, Muslim parents allegedly forced Seweid to shave her head over the incident and were upset that she was dating a Christian, sources said. The bareheaded Baruch College student, not wearing her hijab, was charged with filing a false report and released after her arraignment early Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court. She faces up to a year in jail for each charge. Now is NOT the time for these jokes little girl. SMH…
Rapper Faces 40 Years In Prison If Convicted Brooklyn rapper Troy Ave was formally indicted Thursday for shooting up the VIP area at a TI concert last month. A grand jury decided there was enough evidence to formally charge Troy Ave, real name Roland Collins, with attempted murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon – all felonies. During a hearing Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court, prosecutors presented a certificate of grand jury action, indicating that Collins was indicted. The case was also moved to Manhattan Supreme Court – the same venue where fellow Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda is fighting gang conspiracy charges. If he’s convicted, Troy Ave could get up to 40 years in state prison on just the attempted murder charge. Cops released video of a bleeding Troy Ave shooting wildly at an unknown person backstage at the TI concert at Irving Plaza in Manhattan. Troy Ave did not appear at the hearing at Manhattan Criminal Court, but is due back in court July 7 for his arraignment. Earlier this month, he released a song from lockup proclaiming his innocence. We’ve reached out to Troy Ave’s lawyer, Scott Leemon, for comment.
