BREAKING NEWS: Bobby Shmurda Indicted In Jailhouse Shank Case

  Bobby Shmurda’s mugshot “Hot N***a” Rapper Pled Not Guilty To Perjury, Prison Contraband Charges; Faces Seven Years In Prison Troubled rapper Bobby Shmurda has been indicted on charges of possessing a jailhouse shiv— and then lying to the grand jury about it. But Shmurda, real name Ackquille Pollard, told Judge George Villegas that he didn’t do it during his arraignment July 23 in Bronx Criminal Court. “Not guilty,” the shacked Shmurda, surrounded by court officers, told the judge. Prosecutors believe he indeed had the homemade knife, and then had the gall to lie to the grand jury about it. If Shmurda is convicted of the top charges — felony perjury and promoting prison contraband in the first degree—he’ll face up to seven years in prison. The Bronx District Attorney’s Office did not offer Shmurda a plea deal on the charges. Shmurda, clad in an orange jail jumpsuit, looked downcast and almost on the verge of tears during the five minute arraignment. He frequently kept his head down, and bit his lip. Cops r earrested the Brooklyn man in New York’s Riker’s Island jail last month, after a corrections officer said he saw Shmurda’s gal pal, Kimberly Rousseau take a “sharp metal object” out of her bra and pass it to him during a jailhouse visit, according to the indictment. Rousseau, 18, pled not guilty to promoting prison contraband the day before. Bobby Shmurda’s girlfriend, Kimberly Rousseau, 18, is accused of passing him a homemade knife in jail last month Despite his success with the song “Hot N***a,” Shmurda convinced the courts that he’s so broke that he can’t afford a lawyer. Lawyer Julia Mattson, from Legal Aid, is now representing him for free. Legal Aid is a charity that provides free legal services to low income New Yorkers. Mattson said she’d just been appointed Shmurda’s lawyer and his arraignment was his first time meeting him. She declined to comment. Shmurda has been locked up on an unrelated case since last December on gang conspiracy, weapons and drug charges. In that case, prosecutors allege he was the ringleader of the “GS9” gang that, in 2013, wreaked havoc across Brooklyn with shootings and drug sales. After his plea, the judge sent him back from the cells. Besides the media, the the only others in the courtroom were a hoard of college interns from the criminal courts and district attorney’s office, who packed one pew near the front to see the fallen rap star up close. It was a big year for celebrity weddings.  2014 saw the formation of a volatile new A-list power couple, and gave us two of the world’s most famous divorcees taking the plunge for the second time. Brad Pitt married Angelina Jolie in a small ceremony in France. Months later his BFF George Clooney wed Amal Alamuddin in Italy.  It may seem like there’s some connection there, but Brad and George claim they were simply struck by Cupid’s arrow around the same time. Or, more accurately, Brad fell in love like a decade ago and decided to make it official after a few dozen kids, whereas George realized the clock’s ticking on his political career and he better dispense with man-whoring ASAP. But we digress. We’re talking about the celebs who got married in the past 12 months, and while Kimye, Brangelina, and Amalooney may have dominated the headlines, they certainly weren’t the only stars to say “I do.” Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting kicked off the year with a New Year’s Day ceremony after just six months of dating. Two of the Duggar girls got hitched, which means the population of Arkansas is about to triple in size. And, of course, Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson began a marriage that has thankfully not yet resulted in a reality show. We’re hoping Jess learned her lesson the first time around. Bobby Shmurda "Driving Force" Behind Drug Deals and Gang Shootings, Prosecutors Say

Prosecutors say rapper Bobby Shmurda was not only a participant in a New York drug-dealing ring, but the driving force behind it and deadly gang violence. Bobby Shmurda Arrested, Indicted on Gun, Drug Charges Officials had Bobby Shmurda arrested Wednesday morning along with 14 others as part of a two-year investigation and sting operation by the NYPD. The hip hop star, real name Ackquille Pollard, and the G-Stone Crips (GS9) gang have been under surveillance by the Brooklyn South Violence Reduction Task Force. Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said the Special Narcotics Prosecutor had been looking into the gang, based in Brooklyn’s East Flatbush neighborhood. Prosecutors accused him and his gang of selling drugs , primarily crack, and using the money to buy guns used in 24 shootings, including three homicides. The shocking list of felony charges against Bobby Shmurda, 20, includes criminal possession of weapon, assault and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. In court at his arraignment, Assistant Manhattan District Attorney Nigel Farinha stated his belief that Shmurda was “the driving force behind the GS9 gang.” Shmurda pleaded not guilty through his attorney Howard Greenberg. His bail was set at $2 million, which Shmurda hadn’t posted as of early Thursday evening. He’s been in the top 10 on the Billboard’s Hot 100 chart and has a lucrative record deal with Epic Records, having performed on the late night TV circuit. Shmurda is perhaps best known for the hit song “Hot Boy” and its music video that led to the popular dance craze known as the “Shmoney dance.” For these reasons, he argued (in vain) that he should be released without bail. “He is a legitimate star. He is rich. He is busy,” Greenberg said. “As a matter of logic, it makes no sense.” As for the charges of drug dealing, the attorney said, “It’s just guys who know each other who have the constitutional right to say stupid things to each other.” In regard to an allegation that Shmurda fired a gun in the direction of his brother after a fight, Greenberg was even more defiant: “Read my lips: bulls–t.” Police arrested 13 of the defendants in New York, while two others were being extradited from out of state after the sting culminated earlier this week. Dean McDermott Called Out By Candy Spelling: I’ve Offered to Help!!

Candy Spelling is firing back at her son-in-law, Dean McDermott, claims that she hasn’t helped out her daughter Tori Spelling or her family financially. In an interview last week, we learned that (supposedly) Dean McDermott quit True Tori , is possibly suicidal, and that Candy has shunned her daughter. Noting that he sees Candy, 69, about eight times a year, McDermott was asked whether she shared any of her late husband’s estate with Tori or the family. “In my recovery, all I can be is honest and no. No. There’s no financial help,” McDermott, who says he’s bailing on the show with five episodes left, lamented. Candy’s late husband and Tori’s father Aaron Spelling was a well-known producer and worth hundreds of millions. Is his widow really withholding all help? Megan Fox: "Lesbian Vampire" Photo With James Franco is Both Hot and Terrifying

As a rule, anything Megan Fox does is hot. Heck, she even managed to make this summer’s Ninja Turtles reboot semi-watchable.  A recent Instagram photo posted by James Franco tests the limits of that rule, however, and asks the question – can you be attracted to someone who clearly wants to open your jugular? Yes, Megan may have a sexless marriage , but apparently she can still turn on the hotness at a moment’s notice – even when smeared with fake blood and hanging with a bald James Franco. This photo is from the set of Franco’s new film Zeroville, and we’re guessing he’s offering the world a semi-nude Mrs. Fox in an effort to make up for the barrage of James Franco nude selfies  that have assaulted our eyes in the past.  It’s almost enough to make us forget. Franco captioned the pic, “Vampyros Lesbos,” but sadly, Zeroville is about the film industry in the 1970s, and not about a lady-loving Megan going on a sexy killing spree. We’re guessing this shot is from a movie-within-the-movie. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include the weird fake head tattoo that Franco rocks for his role.  But hey, it’s got a half-naked Megan Fox, so we won’t complain. Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 Episode 6 Recap: Hot Damn!

Let’s start with this: Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 Episode 6 featured the best cold open of any show to date this season. It centered around the entire precinct gathering around with tossing out theories as to why Santiago was actually 70 seconds late to work, with Captain Holt guessing she was held up at the bank for some reason. Watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2 Episode 6 Online When Amy entered and told everyone this actually is what happened, Andrew Braugher delivered the Line of the Century, replete with an excited clap: Hot damn! And speaking of hot damn… Eva Longoria debuted as a defense attorney named Sophia. Of course, Jake wasn’t aware that she was a defense attorney because (per Terry’s advice) he didn’t talk about work with Sophia on their first date. The first date featured some bonding over hot wings, a game of ping pong with an avocado pit and some sexual intercourse. Jake then got angry when he learned of Sophia’s occupation, especially when she defended a perp he wanted to put away, but the attraction could not be denied. Mostly because it’s Eva Longoria. Have you seen her?!? But also because Sophia and Jake clearly have a lot of chemistry. Elsewhere, Amy had to be convinced to run for union rep (by Diaz and then by Holt), but she eventually delivered a winning speech and we’ve got a feeling that Scully’s 12-year reign is about to come to an end. Molly Shattuck: Introduced to Teenage Rape Victim By Her Own Son?

Molly Shattuck, the former NFL cheerleader accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy, was introduced to the victim by her own son, a new report says. Molly Shattuck Arrested For Sexual Relations With Minor Court records indicate that Shattuck’s son, or at least someone using his Instagram account, played matchmaker between the Molly, 47, and the 15-year-old. According to a search warrant application, Molly Shattuck noticed photos of the teenager on Instagram, and posted a compliment underneath one of the photos. Later, according to court records, the victim received a message from Shattuck’s son’s Instagram, including Shattuck’s cell phone number, and said: “You should text my mom, she is obsessed with you.” Police say Shattuck’s first interactions with the 15-year-old were G-rated when Shattuck rented a Delaware beach house with her kids and their friends. However, that allegedly changed quickly. Officials believe that Shattuck provided beer to three of the minors, and that several alleged sex acts between Shattuck and the 15-year-old followed. Last week, a grand jury indicted Shattuck on two counts of third-degree rape, four counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of providing alcohol to minors. If convicted on all counts, she faces up to 25 YEARS in prison. She split from her husband, former Constellation Energy CEO Mayo Shattuck III, last year. “Mr Shattuck is shocked and saddened about the allegations against his ex-wife, from whom he is divorced,” he said in a statement to The Baltimore Sun. “He is focused on the care and welfare of his children, who are with him, and is deeply concerned about others affected. This isn’t the first time that Shattuck has made news. In 2005, she became the oldest cheerleader in NFL history when she joined the Baltimore Ravens at 38. She cheered for two seasons.

The wife of Hot Mug Shot Guy Jeremy Meeks, is not amused by all the excitement surrounding her recently arrested husband’s ridiculously good looks. Most likely because they have a kid and he’s being held on $1 million bail? Jeremy Meeks Interview “I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t see her at all in the cameras, because she’s upset,” Simone Johnson, a friend of Meeks’ wife, told CBS13 Sacramento. “She’s totally furious. Her man is in there and people are taking it as a joke, thinking it’s funny talking about his looks, saying all kinds of crazy things.” Jeremy Meeks , 30, was arrested with four other men on June 18 during a joint law enforcement gang sweep, and was arraigned on 11 felony counts. The charges are related to firearm possession, street gang membership, and violating probation. It could be awhile before Hot Mug Shot Guy gets out. The convicted felon, a married dad to a 3-year-old son who works in a warehouse, says he’s a good person and a hard worker despite his gang past. He’s got the Crip and teardrop tattoos to prove his street affiliations, and once served time for grand theft, yet he insists this is not who he is anymore. “Well I appreciate [the attention],” he said in an interview from jail last week, “But I just want them to know that this is really not me, I’m not some kingpin.” He did not address the current charges against him specifically; his mother says he is being profiled due to his old tattoos and believes he is innocent. Stockton PD spokesperson Joseph Silva painted a different picture, however, calling Meeks “one of the most violent criminals in the Stockton area.” Meeks, who has been offered modeling jobs (seriously) as a result of his 15 minutes of viral fame, will be back in court for his arraignment June 27. Two cups, one charge . 2 Chainz Pleads Not Guilty To Felony Possession Of Lean According to TMZ reports : It only took 2 Chainz 2 minutes in court to do his business … pleading not guilty to FELONY drug possession. TMZ broke the story … 2 Chainz was busted last June at LAX after TSA officers allegedly found codeine in one of his checked bags. Codeine is one of the main ingredient in sizzurp. He was hit with the felony charge last week and appeared briefly in an L.A. courtroom today for his arraignment. 2 Chainz faces up to 3 years in prison if convicted. Unfortunately your browser does not support IFrames. Pretty sure he’s not goin’ to jail for a lil’ lean. They’ll put him on probation and take a couple dollars out of his pocket at best.
