Caitlyn Jenner Gender Change Receives Legal Approval

Caitlyn Jenner has cleared another hurdle in her quest to officially change her identity. Earlier this month, the 65-year old I Am Cait star filed documents in Los Angeles Country Superiod Court, requesting a legal name and gender change. On Friday, via proceedings live-streamed on TMZ, Caitlyn’s attorneys appeared in court to hear a judge approve this request; Jenner herself was not present for the hearing. According to court documents, Jenner formally asked to be called “Caitlyn Marie Jenner,” as opposed to “William Bruce Jenner” in the name and gender petition. Furthermore, the filing states that Jenner requested that information required for the process – such as her medical history – be kept sealed. A judge also approved this motion after Jenner’s lawyer argued that, despite significant support for her transition, Caitlyn has still received “unwelcome negative attention” from private citizens during this process. Heck, she still receive some blowback from her own family members. Kris Jenner recently admitted to not referring to her ex-husband by her new first name, though viewers who watch I Am Cait online did see the pair recently make nice on the season finale. I Am Cait has been renewed for a second season and is expected to return in the spring with new episodes on E!.

Beverly Johnson to Bill Cosby: I Forgive You!

Back in December, Beverly Johnson claimed that Bill Cosby drugged her and attempted to rape her. Johnson says that when she resisted, he dragged her down a flight of stairs and angrily threw her out of his house. At the time, Johnson was one of about two dozen accusers. Now, more than 50 women have come forward. Today, Johnson appeared on Good Morning America and had some surprising words for the man who drugged and violently attacked her several decades ago. “I forgive you,” Johnson said, in response to a question about what she would like to say to Cosby. Asked about what she thinks should happen to the 78-year-old comic now, Johnson calmly replied that she'd like to “leave that up to the justice department.” Watch the video above for Johnson's entire interview.

Those who used their computer to watch I Am Cait online this week, or those who tuned in when it aired on Sunday night, witnessed Kris Jenner come face to face with Caitlyn Jenner. And it certainly seems as if Kendall Jenner was among those who viewed this reunion… and it certainly seems as if it affected her greatly. How else can we explain of one Kendall’s latest Instagram photos? It features very old photos of Kris and Bruce (long before his transition to Caitlyn) and it depicts the former couple sitting on a motorcycle together. “YO. GOALS,” Kendall wrote as a confusing caption, causing us to jump to the only conclusion we can draw: Jenner’s goal is to get her parents back together. This doesn’t exactly appear to be in the cards, considering Bruce is now Caitlyn and Kris is now dating Corey Gamble . But far be it for us to shatter Kendall’s dreams. Geraldo Rivera on Caitlyn Jenner: She Just Wants Money!

Geraldo Rivera is back on the attack against Caitlyn Jenner. Not long after the transgender reality star came out as a woman, the conservative reporter compared Jenner to Kris Humphries , basically saying Caitlyn is just after money and attention. Now, in a discussion with The Wrap, Rivera is taking aim at Caitlyn once again. “I think that the Kardashians are the fakest people. They are totally created – brilliantly,” Rivera said of Kim Kardashian and company. “They have the talent and promotion more than anyone.” He then went on to single out Caitlyn: “I wonder how much of Bruce – who I interviewed as Bruce a couple times over the years – how much of that is motivated by the big pay day at the end of it. “Do you think that Bruce could’ve fooled Kris Kardashian all of these years, that he really pulled the wool over her eyes? One of the most clever, perceptive, insightful women in public life in America today, she was hoodwinked?” Wow. Those are the nicest things anyone has ever said about Kris Kardashian, whose name, of course, is actually Kris Jenner.

In her interview with Vanity Fair and in her trailer for I Am Cait , Caitlyn Jenner has an eye on the future, excitedly talking about the freedom she now enjoys as a woman. But the reality star took a moment on Friday to recognize something and someone very important from her past: Her marriage to Kris Jenner. Wouldn’t trade that time for anything!” Caitlyn Tweeted this evening. Caitlyn and Kris have clashed, indirectly, ever since the former came out on the cover of Vanity Fair this month. Kris has said she knew nothing at all about her then-husband’s yearning to be a woman… … while Caitlyn has said Kris was aware of his penchant for cross-dressing and that her “mistreatment” was largely to blame for their divorce. The Jenners got married in 1991 and separated in 2013. Their split became legal and official earlier this year. Kris has been openly supportive of Caitlyn ever since her interview with Diane Sawyer , saying on multiple occasions how proud she is of the woman formerly known as Bruce. But there’s also been talk that Kris is trying to upstage Caityn when she is honored as the ESPY Awards in July. It’s unclear who knew what when and who is telling the truth now. Kylie Jenner Says She’s Been On Her Own Financially Since Age 14 Kylie wants you to know that she’s BEEN grown . The littlest Jenner opened up on her financial situation to InStyle Magazine, claiming that Kris cut her off at age 14, and she’s been completely taking care of herself financially for the last three years. Via MailOnline : While most teenagers rely on their parents for financial help until they’re slightly older, that hasn’t been the case for Kylie Jenner. The reality TV star, 17, has revealed that she has long been an independent young woman as far as money is concerned – from the age of 14, in fact. Speaking to UK’s InStyle magazine, the teen star opened up about taking care of herself in terms of money for the past three years, after her mum Kris Jenner ‘cut her off’. ‘My mum cut me off financially three years ago so I pay for everything – my car, my gas and food as well as my clothes,’ she revealed. The news that Kylie has been paying for everything herself may come as a shock to those who assume she is still looked after by her famous parents Kris, and father Bruce, who recently underwent a gender transition and is now known as Caitlyn. It has been claimed that Kylie’s net worth is an estimated $5m thus far, thanks to her years of working in the industry on TV and as well as her endorsements. Um, Kylie — plenty of teenagers that work pay for their own gas, clothes, car, and nights out with friends. She may be relying on her reality checks for her fun stuff for now, but if her mothers(?) still let her live in their home rent free and eat free food from their fridge, she’s far from “cut off.”

Caitlyn Jenner has made a powerful statement on Twitter. The woman formerly known as Bruce Jenner (who has nearly 2.5 million followers after less than a week on the website!) posted the following photo online this weeked: She included with it the following caption: “Learn from those who have walked the path before you. #TransIsBeautiful #LivingOurTruth #JustTheBeginning.” Based on these words, it’s safe to assume the women pictured with Caitlyn are all transgender individuals as well. This is the first photo not from Jenner’s Vanity Fair spread that she has published on her social media account. Caitlyn, of course, has been ALL over the news since coming out on the cover of that magazine last week. She’s unfortunately been the debate of idiots such as Nancy Grace, who only seem to care about whether or not Jenner has a penis . And she’s continued to be a voice for others in her unique situation, making it clear she hopes to serve as a role model to the transgender community in her trailer for I Am Cait .
