We’ve reached the end of the line on American Idol Season 13. We’re down to the final two. The best of the best. The pairing that will go head to head next week in a battle for an iconic crown previously held by Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and many other successful artists. Will it be Caleb Johnson or Jena Irene ? The former had to overcome a bout of sinusitis and a small vocal cord hemorrhage just to make it this far, needing a doctor’s approval before he could take the stage this week. Will it incredible journey end in a hail of confetti? Caleb Johnson American Idol Performances
If you’ve ever wanted to see Carrie Underwood doing lunges, well, today’s your lucky day, thanks to this set of pictures she took for Glamour Magazine . And you know, I always knew Carrie had a good body, but I don’t think I ever paid enough attention to it before. Well, that’s gonna change from now on, because these pictures are definitely inspiring me. So from now on, I’m going to do all my working out to pictures of Carrie.
Carrie Underwood is squatting…I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing…I just know that the only time I see my wife squat it is when she has to take a huge shit that I usually have to clean up after….so the whole squatting thing doesn’t really speak to my soul, however I can see how it would work in fitness setting on a fit ass doing fit things…like squats..is probably more appealing…you know more a “I really want that bouncing on my dick and/or face”…kind of situation, rather than needing a hazmat suit to clean up what squatting left behind…or more importantly what the dignity squatting took from you… To See The Rest of the Pics CLICK HERE
Ian Somerhalder is asking for a lot this year. The Vampire Diaries hunk turns 35 today, but he doesn’t want an expensive gift. Heck, he doesn’t want a gift of any kind, not for himself at least. He simply wants as many fans as possible to donate to his foundation in the same amount as the number of year he’s been on Earth. “I have a goal this year… we can get 1 million people of the 7 billion on the planet to donate $35 dollars,” Ian writes on the official Ian Somerhalder Foundation site, adding: “I know it sounds simple, but all donations big and small fuel our resources to continue expanding and making change for the voiceless of this planet: our skies, seas, energy, habitats and of course our furry friends. So if you can donate now, two months from now or at my birthday thank you. Or maybe you can donate less than six dollars a month over the next six months. If you can’t donate then you can spread the word about this year’s birthday wish.” Consider it done, Ian. So please join us in both wishing Somerhalder a very happy 35th and, if you wish, donate whatever you can afford/see fit by following this link to ISF .
The Sound of Music on NBC is over. But the sounds of critics across the online universe continue to grow louder. Following a live stage performance of this iconic musical Thursday night, Carrie Underwood took Twitter on Friday and responded to those who have lashed out over her portrayal of Maria. “Plain and simple: Mean people need Jesus,” the former American Idol champ wrote. “They will be in my prayers tonight…1 Peter 2:1-25.” This Bible scripture states to “rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind.” Kym Karath, who played Greti von Trapp in the 1965 film, was one of many who slammed the show, Tweeting during its airing: “Mystified & disappointed so far by SOM special. So far only happy with Stephen Moyer. Must admit some scenes are actually painful to watch…. “Love Carrie Underwood but this role is just not right for her. She is lovely her voice is beautiful but acting is wrong.” Many agreed. No one can question Underwood’s voice, but she isn’t a seasoned actress and it showed at times. Did you tune in for the Sound of Musical special? What did you think? Loved it!! Liked it enough. Not a huge fan … Hated it! That sucked! View Poll »
The nominees are in for the fourth annual American Country Awards, and to the surprise of no one at all, Taylor Swift leads the way with eight nominations.
