The latest issue of Life & Style is dedicated to this breaking news, as various bikini photos of the reality star grace the tabloid’s pages. “Her figure is amazing,” an insider gushes to the magazine, adding that Kourtney is a Size 2 again. How did she achieve her weight loss goal? In three words: Easy Salmon Recipe . In a couple more: calorie control. When she was breastfeeding Mason, Kourtney admits she “craved sweets” and “ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day.” But she’s avoided this same dangerous fate while nursing Penelope. Call us crazy, but we think a new Philadelphia high school program may create a bit of controversy. According to ABC News, the city – in response to a new report that cites five percent of its high schoolers have tested positive for STDs – is installing condom dispensers in the 22 schools with the highest rates of these diseases. “We believe distributing condoms is part of our obligation to keep students healthy and to remain healthy,” said school district spokesman Fernando Gallard. “The health department has described this as a continued epidemic of STDs among teenagers in Philadelphia.” Approximately 130,000 high school students in the Philadelphia area have been tested over the past five years, with 6,500 of those coming out positives for STDs that include HIV. As a result, when students return from Christmas break, they will be greeted by machines in the nurse’s office that provide free protection. The condoms will be available to all, unless parents sign an “opt out” form. HOWEVER, the schools do not plan on actually enforcing these forms. “Opt-out letters are to be maintained by the school office,” Assistant Superintendent Dennis W. Creedon wrote. “Students are to honor the wishes of their parents. If a student disrespects their guardian’s directive, that is an issue of the home.” Overall, according to nonprofit organization Advocates for Youth, at least 418 schools across the country supply condoms to their students. Via NYPost reports : Crazy ex-con Aston Barth, 33, of Central Islip, continued to live with his victim’s body for nearly a week before his mother and brother discovered it Christmas Eve, cops said.Sean Epps said he had repeatedly gone to Barth’s home last week to ask if he had seen their mutual pal, victim Jason Campbell. “The whole time, my friend was in the closet right there,” a stunned Epps saidaid yesterday as he set up a makeshift memorial near Campbell’s home. “I don’t know how you can just stay in there with a body in your bedroom for a week — I didn’t think Aston could do something like this,’’ said another Campbell pal, who only gave her first name, Marquise. Barth — who drew national ridicule in 2007 after robbing a Central Islip bank dressed like a lady despite his thick black mustache — admitted to fatally choking Jason Campbell, a longtime pal, during an argument, authorities said. It wasn’t clear what the pair fought about, but after Barth killed his 35-year-old pal, he tried to decapitate and dismember him with an ax, officials said. Barth only got through one whack, on the neck, before he realized it was too much work and simply put a black garbage bag over Campbell’s head, wrapped him in a blanket and stuffed him in the closet, authorities said. Barth had just been released from prison for the bank robbery in September and returned to live with his mother, Connie, and a younger brother. Connie Barth said her son has been mentally ill since childhood, when he used to behead animals for fun. This is just sick and very sad. Story is crazy on multiple levels. Our condolences to the family of the victim.

Looks like the leak of the Chad Johnson sex tape was not Ocho’s doing. Either that, or he’s going to great, devious lengths to cover his tracks, because the former NFL star is turning to the FBI for help, according to a TMZ report. The footage, which found its way online Christmas Day (nice stocking stuffer), shows Eight-Five in a Florida hotel room, putting it to an unknown female. Chad Johnson, who says the sex tape was filmed 3-4 years ago, is reportedly furious, and believes the video was mysteriously hacked from his phone. You know. Kinda like Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson nude photo style. Given the propensity of celebrities to take sexy pictures and videos on their personal electronic devices – and hackers’ aptitude at infiltrating them – it’s certainly possible. It’s also unclear why Chad would leak a video of himself deep inside some tattooed chick while he’s trying to win back his wife – who left him for cheating. The tape is reportedly not news to her, but leaking it wouldn’t help his cause. Like Scarlett, he’s contacted the FBI to help find the hacker … marking the first ever use of Scarlett Johansson and Chad Johnson in the same article. While awaiting a response from the feds , he’s also contacted his lawyer to put together a cease-and-desist letter to get the footage yanked from the web. Chad admitted on Twitter that the tape is real but says he didn’t leak it. His ex-wife Evelyn Lozada also denied a report that his Johnson was inside her friend. No one knows who the lucky girl is, but it’s no pal of Ev’s.
