Hirsute actor Nick Offerman of Parks & Recreation fame has words of encouragement for men with lackluster facial hair in this new PSA: It gets fuller! Nick Offerman – Your Mo Will Get Fuller The man behind countless hilarious Ron Swanson quotes is manning up for a good cause. Nick and MadeMen (dot) com are joining forces in Movember, a month-long campaign in which men grow mustaches to raise awareness for prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. “If you know someone that has an in-between ‘stache, maybe a family member or friend, now is the time to give them your support,” he pleads. “Let them know, without judgment, that it gets fuller.” The ad also features cameos from The Office ‘s Brian Baumgartner and Oscar Nunez, who are told to hang tight until their “middle school lip dirt” turns into a “high-class handlebar.” The “It Gets Fuller” slogan used by Offerman is an obvious takeoff on the It Gets Better Project, which is aimed to help LGBT youth who face bullying .
Camille Grammer has been there. She know what it’s like to divorced in the public eye. So with Adrienne Maloof now single after she and Paul Nassif finalized their divorce just last week, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has some advice for her castmate. “A man helps,” Camille told People of how Maloof should cope. “Sexual healing helps.” And Grammar speaks from experience. Her relationship with Dimitri Charalambopoulos will be featured on upcoming episodes of the Bravo hit. The two have A LOT of sex. “It’s like three times a day, and I am like, ‘Oh my God.’ It’s a great workout,” Grammer says, clearly lying and trying to make ex-husband Kelsey jealous before adding: “Who doesn’t love a great partner in bed? I mean, come on. Especially after a bad divorce.”
Jersey Shore will soon end, but its cast members are being spun off left and right. The latest? “The Show with Vinny,” a reality/talk show starring Vinny Guadagnino. Yes, Vinny will soon join Snooki, JWoww and Pauly D with his very own show. Interestingly, “The Show with Vinny” will take place entirely in Vinny Guadagnino ‘s family home on Staten Island. With his family present. Yes, we’re serious. As the network describes the show in its press release, this new talk show will consist of “family, food and big friggin’ stars.” You can’t make this stuff up. “Vinny’s unique mix of humor, intelligence, curiosity and heart make him the perfect choice for this genre busting take on the interview format.” Would you watch a Vinny Guadagnino talk show? Oh definitely, that sounds like the greatest thing ever. Ummmmm no View Poll »
Michael Jackson’s personal assistant has filed a class action lawsuit against AEG, claiming he lost big bucks because of the company’s hiring of Dr. Conrad Murray. Williams and the rest of the employees connected with MJ’s ill-fated “This Is It” tour stood to rake it in three years ago, but obviously did not in the wake of his death. Thus, they want compensation from AEG . Like yesterday. According to Michael Amir Williams ‘ lawsuit, AEG agreed to pay MJ’s staff up to $7.5 million for their services connected with the 50-plus concert extravaganza. “This Is It” never took place, of course, because Dr. Conrad Murray pumped MJ full of Propofol and killed him. He was later convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Williams alleges is liable for damages by failing to act responsibly, hiring Murray in the first place and then failing to properly manage or supervise his actions. Whether a judge and jury agree is an open question.
Anthony Bourdain doesn’t mince words. The Travel Channel and Cadillac found this out first hand when the celebrity chef went off on the network for its product placement in his No Reservations series finale. In a Tumblr post entitled “Fighting Mad,” Bourdain was PISSED about the network making it look like he was endorsing the car in violation of his contract. The 56-year-old writes: “It came as a shock and a disappointment to turn on the TV for the last two episodes of my show, and see that someone had taken footage that me and my creative team had shot for my show, cut it up and edited it together with scenes of a new Cadillac driving through the forest.” “Scenes of me, my face, and with my voice, were deliberately edited in such a way as to suggest that I might be driving that Cadillac.” “That, at least, I was very likely IN that Cadillac – and that if nothing else, I sure as s–t was endorsing Cadillac as the vehicle of choice for my show.” “All this following seamlessly from the actual show so you were halfway through the damn thing before you even realized it was a commercial.” Bourdain noted that he had a clause put in his Travel Channel contract that specifically dealt with this sort of thing, as he felt it undermines his credibility: “It was clearly expressed in writing, clearly understood and agreed to that I would not use or mention any products in my show and my name and image would not be used in connection with any products in return for anything of value or any other consideration without my specific agreement.” “After the first airing of the commercial, I let the network know of my extreme displeasure. Fair warning one would think. They ran it again anyway.” Bourdain did apologize to Cadillac , however, for subsequent tweets that contained some nasty insults, saying he had “no problem” with the car company: “I apologize to the guys on the production line at Cadillac, for finding the thing YOU make, and I have no doubt, are very proud of, in the middle of a rancorous disagreement.” While Bourdain expressed pride for No Reservations ‘ eight seasons, he admitted the promo stunt left him with a pretty bad taste in his mouth. When asked for comment, a publicist for the Travel Channel said in a statement: “We’ve enjoyed a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Tony, but his decision to make further remarks on this matter in the public domain is unfortunate.”

John Travolta is being sued by author Robert Randolph, who accuses the movie legend of numerous gay trysts and consequently claims that Travolta spread lies about Randolph’s mental health in order to diminish his credibility. Robert claims he personally saw John engage in gay sex at various bathhouses. The book, entitled You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again , details Travolta’s alleged sexual exploits with other men, including Randolph himself. In his suit, Randolph claims that as he was releasing his book, Travolta and his powerful attorney Marty Singer unleashed a P.R. attack against him. They claimed, Randolph says, that he had mental issues and had been institutionalized, all as a calculated attack to paint him as an unreliable source. Randolph claims the plan worked and that retailers were deterred from selling his book. He is suing both Travolta and Singer for unspecified damages. Another alleged Travolta gay lover, Doug Gotterba , is also said to be writing a book. Re: Randolph, a rep for Travolta has issued a statement saying: “The lawsuit filed by Robert Randolph is absurd. The suit is based on a privileged communication, and it will promptly be thrown out by the court.” The statement continues, “To evaluate the credibility of Robert Randolph and his ridiculous lawsuit one need look no further than his own statements on his website stating that he sustained ‘permanent brain damage’ and had to ‘retrain’ his brain.” “Mr. Travolta will aggressively defend himself against this lawsuit and expects to be fully vindicated when this meritless case is dismissed.” Singer also said in a statement: “This is a ridiculous lawsuit. It is based on a letter which is completely privileged under the law. We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismisses this baseless lawsuit.” Maybe so, but this is like the 500th story in which someone claims John Travolta is gay . We don’t care either way if he is, but it’s interesting. [Photo: WENN.com]
Score one for John Travolta. The first of three sexual battery accusers has moved to dismiss his own lawsuit against the movie legend. The anonymous masseur did not give a reason. E! News has obtained the notice of dismissal , which was filed today in U.S. District Court. So the actor is officially in the clear … with this guy at least. John Travolta’s accuser set off a firestorm last week, but drew criticism early on both for his extremely graphic lawsuit and for contradicting his story. While the man claimed sexual assault at the hands of the actor which took place on January 16, Travolta’s flight records quickly torpedoed his credibility. It’s not all clear skies ahead for Travolta, however. Although attorney Okorie Okorocha has dismissed the original accuser as a client, the legal filing makes no mention of the second John Doe masseur , whom Okorocha will presumably continue to represent in his case. He is seeking $2 million for the actor’s behavior during a similar massage gone awry. Travolta, through his attorney, has vehemently denied the accusations. A third man, Fabian Zanzi , alleges similar conduct aboard a cruise ship. [Photo: WENN.com]

Yikes : “Meenakshi Thapar, 26, who had appeared in the Indian horror film 404 last year, met two aspiring actors who allegedly later killed her on the set of her latest film, Heroine . According to police, her ‘fellow actors’ warned her mother they would force her daughter to take part in pornography films if their demands were not met. Her mother paid 60,000 Rupees [$1,152] into her daughter’s account for her kidnappers to withdraw, but she was allegedly killed soon after. She was strangled to death, beheaded, and her body was dumped at two different sites as her killers made their way back to Mumbai. Her torso was dumped in a water tank and her head thrown out of the bus window in a bag on the road to Mumbai.” [ Telegraph via THR ]
