Demi Lovato Shares Swimsuit Pic, Addresses Eating Disorder

When it comes to showing off her cleavage, it’s clear Demi Lovato has no issue. Seriously, no… issue… at… all . But the artist makes it clear in a new Instagram caption that she does sometimes feel self-conscious about a different body part. On Thursday, the 25-year-old singer opened up about the ongoing challenges of recovering from an eating disorder, along with the constant feelings of doubt she often has about her appearance. But which she is trying her hardest to overcome. Along with the following picture, Lovato wrote this caption: “So, I’m insecure about my legs in this picture but I’m posting it because I look so happy and this year I’ve decided I’m letting go of my perfectionism and embracing freedom from self criticism.” Lovato, of course, has long been very candid about her past struggle with a drug addiction and also with anorexia. She’s come a long way. But her battle will never really be over. Continued Lovato in her latest inspiring message: “Learning to love my body the way it is is challenging but life changing. “Giving up my eating disorder has been the most challenging journey of my life but I work every day towards solid recovery even if I mess up sometimes.” In conclusion: “Today I’m feeling strong. You all can do it too. It IS possible. Thank you God for this new chapter in my life. #EDrecovery #happyAF.” We’ve long admired Demi not just for overcoming her own demons, but for speaking out so often about them in an attempt to help others as well. In October, for instance, Lovato shared a couple before-and-after photos that made it apparent just how well she is doing these days. The singer also admits to having bipolar disorder, but she doesn’t want to be defined by it. She said the following three months ago in the documentary Simply Complicated, discussing her eating disorder: “I don’t want to give it the power that it controls my every thought but it’s something that I’m constantly thinking about. “Body image, what I wish I could be eating, what I wish I could be eating next, what I wish I didn’t eat, you know it’s just constant. “I get envious towards people who don’t struggle with an eating disorder because I think my life would be so much easier.” We continue to wish Lovato the best. Nina Agdal’s Panties on a Bike While Smoking of the Day

I’ve seen Nina Agdal in person. She’s a bit of a monster. She’s also a drunken, probably drugged up wreck, who is rude, and who walks around Miami like she’s the most important thing in Miami, because compared to the other attention whores who live in Miami, she probably is, I mean she’s actually done Sports Illustrated swimsuit, while the other ones just do staged paparazzi… That said, here she is riding her bike, exposing her panties as her dead vagina grinds up against the bike seat, in what would make you want to sniff the seat, especially in the hot Miami weather…all while smoking a cigarette…and to think I thought this girl had Downs Syndrome or some other disorder….while she’s actually so talented all proven by the multi-tasking… Either way, not exciting, but it happened…I’d just expect more spread vagina out of this bottom feeder who is already starting to get old as fuck and who should really just secure that sugar daddy she’s probably already milking hard…right… She’s the worst… TO SEE THE REST OF THE PICS CLICK HERE

Terminally Ill Man Wins Marathon Pushing Daughter in Stroller

Iram Leon, a man with inoperable brain cancer, won a marathon Texas while pushing his daughter in a stroller – because he doesn’t want to miss a minute with her. Leon won’t take the credit for winning, though, saying that technically, his daughter Kiana won, seeing as she was in the stroller he was pushing ahead of him. Terminally Ill Man Wins Marathon Writing on his blog after finishing the race in just over three hours last Saturday, Iram said: “Here sore, reflecting and grateful. I still can’t believe that I won a marathon. “Well, I came in second behind Kiana.” Soon after being diagnosed with Grade II Diffuse Astrocytoma at age 30, Iram decided he would no longer run competitively without taking his daughter along. “The one thing I won’t say on my death bed is: ‘I wish I spent more time with my kid’,” Leon, whose condition impacts his memory, language and motor skills, said. Even cooler? The Sports Society for American Health, which hosts the Beaumont, Tex., event, set up a college fund in Kiana’s name with a goal of $30,000.

Carnie Wilson Diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy

Carnie Wilson took to Twitter this afternoon and made an admission to followers. “Just wanted you all 2 know that I have Bell’s Palsy on lf side of face right now. Scary, unfortunate, but it goes away. A challenge! Love u,” the singer wrote. Bell’s Palsy is a type of facial paralysis that stems from damage to a facial nerve. It is typically temporary and it results in weakness/drooping of one’s facial muscles, usually concentrated on one side, as is the case with Wilson. It’s unclear how the mother of two, 44, contracted the disorder, but she thinks she has found something that helps: Acupuncture. Tweeted Wilson prior to this diagnosis: “I’m having such challenges right now – I’m praying for peace, health , order and serenity. Love everyone’s tweets back to me. Luv u allxxxx.” We send Carnie our very best.

Demi Lovato: I Have a Life-Long Disease…

For the first time since she entered and exited rehab , Demi Lovato has opened up about one of the main reasons for ending up there: she has struggled for years with bulimia. “I don’t think there’s going to be a day when I don’t think about food or my body,” the 18-year old says in the latest issue of Seventeen . “But I’m living with it, and I wish I could tell young girls to find their safe place and stay with it.” Lovato admits there’s no easy way to move on from this disorder. She says: “There have been times when I definitely have been tempted to get rid of my dinner. I will deal with it for the rest of my life because it’s a life-long disease.” Does she have any advice for other teens out there? “If you are going through that dark period, go to your family and closest friends. Don’t put yourself in danger… don’t ever inflict harm on your own body because your body is so sacred. I wish I could tell every young girl with an eating disorder, or who has harmed herself in any way, that she’s worthy of life and that her life has meaning. You can overcome and get through anything.” Salient words from a brave young star.
