Man Violates Restraining Order by "Liking" Facebook Posts

A little thumbs up on Facebook turned into a huge thumbs down for a Pennsylvania man. Justin Bellanco, 26, was charged with contempt of court after he “liked” Facebook photos of a women who accused him of harassment. The woman, April Holland, obtained a restraining order against Bellanco.  She claimed that her 26-year-old ex-boyfriend was stalking and harassing both her and her friends. According to the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader, Holland, 24, reported that Bellanco even threatened to shoot her in the knee cap. On August 4, a Luzerne County Judge issued a restraining order against Bellanco, which forbade him from contacting Holland for a year. However, despite the restraining order, via Facebook, he “liked” 22 videos and photos on her Facebook page. Pittston, Pennsylvania, police claimed that by liking her Facebook videos and pics, he is in violation of the no-contact retraining order. Bellanco argued that he was unaware that liking Facebook photos and video was out of compliance with the judge’s order. This might be a good time for Holland to update her privacy settings. The couple is not unaccustomed to domestic disputes.  According to the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader, Bellanco once obtained a protection from abuse order against his ex-girlfriend. Reportedly, in April 2014, she tried to choke him during a domestic dispute.

Yesterday, Rob Kardashian returned to Instagram with a throwback photo of his niece North and his brother-in-law Kanye West. Actually, it was Rob’s third post of the week, but the first two were tributes to Paul Newman (or his lemonade) and Colin Farrell’s character in Miami Vice. So perhaps we should say Rob returned to making sense on Instagram with the photo of Yeezy and his niezzy. Some thought Rob was throwing some sort of subtle shade at his sister, but when Rob wants to diss Kim, he’s not exactly low-key about it. (See: his post comparing Kim to ” the b-tch from Gone Girl .”) No, those close to the situation say Rob is genuinely trying to make things right with Kim, a rumor confirmed by her recent tweet reading, “Just went on the hardest hike ever today with @RobKardashian.” Now, Radar Online has the inside scoop on Rob’s efforts to make peace with Kim : “There was no shade at all behind Rob’s Instagram post,” a family insider tells the site. “It was more of a peace offering than anything else.” “Rob really wants to have a great relationship with Kim and Kanye because he wants to be able to be close to their kids like he is close to his sister Kourtney‘s…Rob loves playing uncle and the kids all love him. He acts like himself when he is the babysitter.” Moments ago, Rob even posted a photo of Kim’s tweet about their hike on Instagram. Then he posted a photo of Scarface with a cation reading, “This is me,” because, well…Rob’s still kind of a dumbass sometimes.

Seth Meyers Plays "Fortune Cookie or True Detective?" WATCH!

“Better to walk before they make you run.” “A full moon is the best time for ratifying alliances.” “Never do anything out of hunger, not even eating.” Quick: pick out the quote that's an actual line of dialogue from True Detective Season 2 ! Trick question! They're all from TD2 (though it could be argued that the first line is actually stolen from a Rolling Stones song), and if you thought those words sounded ridiculous coming from under Colin Farrell's '70s cop 'stache just wait until you hear Seth Meyers' delivery. Yes, the late night host asked audience members to differentiate between fortune cookie sayings and lines from True Detective last night  – and the task proved exceedingly difficult. Sadly, our favorite gem from last week's episode (“Everything is f–king.”) was left out of the game, but we guess that's to be expected on a network show. Anyway, if you're in need of an easy drinking game to help celebrate this Sunday's finale, we suggest you watch True Detective online , write down your favorite lines and try to stump your friends. Just remember  – sometimes your worst self is your best self. Whatever that means.

Cat Escapes Burning Building, Walks Away from Rubble Like a Boss

As we all know, cats have nine lives. But, as the following footage depicts, they don’t really need to use eight of them. BECAUSE CATS ARE IMMORTAL. Filmed last Thursday in Dauphin, Manitoba, this video features a black-and-white kitten that was trapped as a building was all set to collapse. The poor feline appears to be on a ledge way above the ground, yet before it can jump down to safety, the structure falls apart and the cat disappears into the rubble. RIP, kitty? Not to fast! You can hear the bystanders feeling terrible for the cat, only for them to then watch in amazement as he comes strolling away, relatively unscathed. Check it out for yourself: Cat Escapes Destroyed Building CTV News in Winnipeg reports that the cat is named Sylvester and that the little guy suffer a bit of smoke inhalation. However, he was quickly taken to the Dauphin vet clinic for overnight treatment, came out of it relatively unharmed and was reunited with his owner on Friday. Pretty incredible, huh? We’re both very impressed and somewhat scared now by cats as a whole. They could totally take over the universe if they banded together and gave it a serious effort. 37 Best Cat Photos of All Time 1. Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn to Star in True Detective Season 2!

It’s an exciting day for fans or eerie crime drama and boozy, philosophical bromances. After months of rumors we’ve finally learned that the second season of HBO’s acclaimed cop anthology True Detective will star Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn in two of the lead roles. If it feels as though time is a flat circle and you’ve heard all this before, well you may have: Farrell was cast way back in June, but kept the role under his hat until yesterday. Naturally, rumors abounded on the web, regardless. Similarly, we reported in August  Vaughn would star in season 2 , but motor-mouth Vince had been uncharacteristically tight-lipped prior to confirming the news today. According to the the network’s description of the new season, Farrell and Vaughn won’t be partnered up on an investigation a la McConaughey and Harrelson, but will instead play a veteran cop and a career criminal, respectively. Also, unlike the first season, the second iteration of TD will reportedly be more of an ensemble drama will one of the lead investigator roles being played by a woman. Sadly, it looks as though the second season will not include any of the hilarious casting combos in the gallery below, nor any  Alexandra Daddario nude scenes . Worse, the series is tentatively scheduled for summer of 2015. Fortunately, you can watch True Detective online at TV Fanatic to hold you over until then. So grab a sixer of Lone Stars and your notebook full of Yellow King theories, because this is one series that definitely stands up to multiple viewings. True Detective Season 2: Who Should Star? 1.
