Justine Skye Reportedly Granted A Restraining Order Against Sheck Wes Before Court Hearing

Source: DJDM/WENN.com / WENN Justine Skye Gets A Restraining Order Against Sheck Wes It looks like things between Justine Skye and Sheck Wes are getting more and more serious following the singer’s allegations of abuse and of him stalking her this past week. Skye claimed that Sheck’s crew attacked her friends after previously claiming that an unnamed rapper–later revealed to be Wed–had put “hands” on her. The “Mo Bamba” rapper later denied the allegations, which prompted her to post footage of him on Twitter making his way into her house without her consent bv jumping over a fence. Now, according to reports from  The Blast , Justine Skye has filed for and was granted a restraining order against Sheck Wes. In the restraining order request, Skye claimed that he “orchestrated a plan to stalk me and viciously beat my boyfriend and our friends in front of me in public.” She also alleged that ten other men besides Sheck were complicit in the supposed attack. The restraining order rules that Sheck must stay at least 100 yards away from her until their court hearing, which takes place next month. According to reports, Skye says in the request that she does “not feel safe” and believes her “life is in danger.” It also includes a reference to an incident on July 26, 2018, where she claims Sheck “threatened to punch me in the face, headbutted me, told me he was going to ‘hurt me.’” After Skye’s initial allegations and posting of the video, Wes responded by claiming that he never hit her and was simply trying to get back his belongings. “Just clarifying this is a video of me hopping a fence to get my stuff back from a girl who refused to give me my stuff” he tweeted. “Once again for the record I never hit or beat up any woman.”

photodesk@splashnews.com Kendall Jenner Gets Some Good News In Regards To Alleged Stalker Kendall Jenner has been dealing with some uncomfortably close calls with her personal space for what seems like forever, but luckily for her, things are looking up. According to reports from Page Six , the model’s alleged stalker, John Ford, has been ordered to stay away from her for the next five years. A judge granted the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star a permanent restraining order against Ford on Friday morning. This brand new order requires John Ford to stay at least 100 yards away from Kendall Jenner and her house at all times. Along with keeping his distance, he also won’t be allowed to contact her at all. “We now have a Criminal Protective Order and a Civil Harassment Protective Order against Mr. Ford. He is also being criminally prosecuted for stalking Ms. Jenner and trespassing on her property,” Jenner’s attorney told Page Six . “We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Kendall—and all members of the family—are protected by the Courts and the law.” Like we mentioned before, this problem with invasions of personal space and alleged stalkers is unfortunately nothing new for the model. Jenner had previously obtained a temporary restraining order in October after For was arrested, released, and then arrested again for violating another restraining order. Hopefully, this new restraining order is taken more seriously by Ford.

Just recently, Stormy Daniels was on late night tv, demonstrating how she spanked Melania’s hubby, but that doesn’t bother her — at all. “I’m a mother and a first lady, and I have much more important things to think about and to do. I know people like ti speculate and media like to speculate about our marriage and circulate the gossip, but I understand gossip sells the magazine.” Melania does admit she’s “been hurt”, but by the media, not her allegedly cheating husband. Thoughts?

Judge Denies Drummer’s Request For Restraining Order Against Beyoncé Looks like Beyoncé is NOT out here boiling herbs in cauldrons and chanting incantations in the woods as one of her former musicians would have us believe. If you’ll Kimberly Thompson, who worked as Bey’s drummer during one of her old tours, was adamant that Beyoncé had been using “dark magic” to control her finances, cast sexual molestation spells against her, and even murdered her kitten through witchcraft. She requested a restraining order against Bey to prevent any further hocus pocus. We’re guessing Bey has been too busy touring the world to cast any spells on this lady anyway. But apparently, Thompson was also too busy to appear in court to get the restraining order solidified last Thursday. According to Page Six , a Judge was slated to hear Thompson’s side of the story in court at a hearing for the order, but Thompson failed to appear, causing the Judge to dismiss the case altogether. Image via Johnny Louis/Getty Images Ray Allen’s Catfishy Accuser Randomly Drops Restraining Order Last month we reported on former NBA baller Ray Allen’s strange-but-true catfish story that involved a man who purported to be several women whom Ray was communicating with via social media. The perpetrator, Bryant Coleman, threatened to release the sexually explicit conversations and subsequently filed a restraining order against Allen with claims that the sharp-shooting baller vowed to do him harm. However, both parties reached an agreement that was intended to put the matter behind them. Today, TMZ has broken the news that Ray’s accuser has voluntarily dropped his restraining order without explanation. Says Allen’s lawyer, David Markus: “We are pleased Coleman voluntarily dismissed the injunction and false claims he made against Ray Allen.” “Ray has never met Coleman. Ray Allen has never spoken with Coleman. Ray has never threatened him or anyone. He wants nothing to do with him and is looking forward to putting this matter behind him.” This isn’t the first time that Ray has had a issue with cheating on his wife over social media and at this rate he’s going to go down in flames like Anthony Weiner if he doesn’t get his s#!t together.

Rob Kardashian & Blac Chyna: In Danger of Losing Daughter?

If you’ve been following the Rob Kardashian-Blac Chyna separation , you know that it’s one of the uglier celebrity splits in recent memory. Even discounting the ugly episode in which R ob posted nude photos of Blac without her consent, thus leaving himself liable for criminal prosecution, the breakup has been noteworthy for the brutal fashion in which the former couple has attacked one another in the press and in court. Of course, Rob and Chyna were never married, but they do have a child together, which makes for a seriously messy legal situation. At first, it was rumored that Chyna was seeking to deny Rob custody of their 10-month-old daughter, Dream. Thanks to intervention from Rob’s influential mom, Kris Jenner, Blac is reportedly open to talks about shared custody. It may be a case of too little, too late, however, as TMZ is reporting that Rob and Blac are currently both on the verge of losing custody of Dream. According to the site, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services has asked a judge to look at their findings regarding Dream’s well-being in order to determine if further action is needed. The development could be the result of Rob and Blac constantly firing legal shots at one another. Blac filed for a restraining order against Rob in the wake of his savage social media attacks. In turn, Rob has alleged that Blac used hard drugs in the presence of their child. It’s not hard to see how Rob and Chyna’s conflicting claims might leave the court with serious concerns as to whether or not either party is up to the task of providing Dream with a stable household. Blac’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, refutes TMZ’s claims of a DCFS investigation, telling Radar Online: “Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob.”  “We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing, nor have we been able to find any in the court files.” Bloom adds that as far as she knows, Blac’s next day in court will be to prove the necessity of Blac’s restraining order: “The hearing on our restraining order remains on calendar for September 18,” she said. “We look forward to proving our case at that time.” We’ll have further updates on this developing story as more information becomes available. *UPDATE* It’s Not Over: Here’s Chris Brown’s Additional Court-Ordered “Punishment” For Harassing Karrueche

Chris Brown Ordered Into Domestic Abuse Counseling Looks like the judge in Karrueche Tran’s protection order case didn’t think that simply barring Chris from bothering her any further was enough. On top of the restraining order that Chris and his team attempted to squirm out of , the judge also decided it was best that Chris routinely meet with a specialist about his issues with abusing his partners in serious relationships. According to TMZ , the judge ruled that Breezy has to complete a full year of abuse education through adherence to a 52-week batterer intervention program. Of course, in Chris’ case, these programs never seem to quite stick. He already had to complete one domestic violence counseling course after the whole Rihanna thing, and also did a stint in anger management after violating his probation in that case. And now…we’re here. Plus, seeing as how he’s currently on tour and has made it abundantly clear that he finds the accusations, the legal action and the thought that he needs to be kept away from Karrueche at all very trivial and silly …it will be interesting to see if he manages to complete the program anyway. Time will tell… **UPDATE** So apparently the judge didn’t see fit to sentence Chris to any additional counseling. A court source reported to TMZ that it boiled down to a clerical error in the paperwork. So as long as he leaves Karrueche all the way alone, things will be square with the court and Chris. WELP! Kenya Moore Serves Matt Jordan A Restraining Order Kenya Moore should finally feel safe now that he ex has been served a restraining order. As previously reported the RHOA star filed a petition for a restraining order against Matt Jordan because she “feared for her life.” Why? Because the window-breaking reality star allegedly told someone she would “get what she deserves” after they broke up. Now after months of dodging it, Matt’s been formally served. According to AllAboutTheTea the personal trainer who “keeps a low profile” was tricked into being served the restraining order by Kenya’s publicist. The site reports that on Thursday (June 1st) Matt ran into Kenya’s publicist at a local mall and “expressed his frustration” over Kenya’s recent “Breakfast Club” interview. While chatting with the hosts it was alleged that her publicist demanded that Matt be referred to as “that boy” and a none too pleased Matt confronted the publicist about it. The publicist then allegedly told Matt that that was untrue, and he no longer worked with the RHOA star because she owed him money. He then offered to help him seek positive press opportunities and asked to chat at a local restaurant. Matt allegedly fell for the whole act and after five minutes of meeting with the publicist at the restaurant, a process server (suddenly) popped up and served him. Twirl on that, Matt! Exclusive: This Is What Really Went Down In Karrueche’s Stalking Case Against Chris Brown

Starlet Says Singer Is Threatening Her Karrueche is nowhere near through with her fight to keep her ex-lover Chris Brown as far away from her as possible. Although other media outlets reported earlier this week that Karrueche “lost” at a hearing on her restraining order against the “Beautiful” singer, BOSSIP has learned that the hearing was merely a technicality where Chris’s lawyer asked for more time on the case because Chris says Karrueche never served him with the court papers. Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, went one step further and asked for the case’s dismissal because Karrueche wasn’t there. But in fact, Karrueche was in New Orleans shooting a movie – but was available by phone, a source close to the Karrueche told BOSSIP. Chris also wasn’t present for the hearing. In the end, the judge ruled that Chris could have more time before the trial starts because of the alleged lack of service, even though a source told us that Karrueche’s legal team have Chris getting served on tape. The “Claws” actress is now set to testify against her alleged abuser in court June 15 during an evidentiary hearing. The judge will also hear from other witnesses, and possibly from Chris himself. “She wanted him to stop threatening her and sending people to threaten her,” the source said. “She has been doing really well on set. We’re just trying to get this chapter closed so she can move on.”
