I tried to avoid these Academy Award nominated, scam of a talent, pancake looking tits…because Lady Gaga has been consistent in one thing….being totally unattractive and flawed on all fucking fronts. There has never been anything remotely interesting or hot about her. It has always just been smoke and mirrors to distract from how unappealing she is as a person, in hopes that her novelty act takes away from anyone actually looking at her. I refused to see a Star is Born, because of Gaga…and I am sure there are more people like me out there, than people celebrating her as a talent…because we have fucking eyes and brains and know disgusting hackjob who steals other people’s vision and uses it as her own to get noticed….like the fraud her and her dumb tattoos are… I don’t care to see her topless, flat ass out…I don’t care to see her clothed…she’s the fucking worst parasite…exterminate her. This is marketing at it’s worst….Lady Gaga a created by the media whilst being better suited for the dumpster…but now that she’s rich and has a bigger ego thanks to the Academy Awards scam feeding her ego….she’ll be around for years to come…terrible news for everyone… Let’s find girls with hotter tits to throw the money at….SERIOUSLY. Set in present day along the iconic Northern California coastline, Us, from Monkeypaw Productions, stars Oscar® winner Lupita Nyong’o as Adelaide Wilson, a woman returning to her beachside childhood home with her husband, Gabe (Black Panther’s Winston Duke ), and their two children (Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex) for an idyllic summer getaway. Email Submit The new Washington, D.C. metro headquarters in Arlington will be located in National Landing. Tens of thousands of additional jobs are expected to be created starting in 2019. “We are excited to build new headquarters in New York City and Northern Virginia,” said Jeff Bezos, founder, and CEO of Amazon. “These two locations will allow us to attract world-class talent that will help us to continue inventing for customers for years to come. The team did a great job selecting these sites, and we look forward to becoming an even bigger part of these communities.” SEE ALSO: Nas-Backed Medical Service PillPack Sells To Amazon For $1 Billion National Landing is an urban community in Northern Virginia located less than 3 miles from downtown Washington, D.C. The area is served by 3 Metro stations, commuter rail access, and Reagan National Airport – all within walking distance. The community has a variety of hotels, restaurants, high-rise apartment buildings, retail, and commercial offices. National Landing has abundant parks and open space with sports and cultural events for residents of all ages throughout the year. As part of Amazon’s new headquarters, Virginia and Arlington will benefit from more than 25,000 full-time high-paying jobs; approximately $2.5 billion in Amazon investment; 4 million square feet of energy-efficient office space with the opportunity to expand to 8 million square feet; and an estimated incremental tax revenue of $3.2 billion over the next 20 years as a result of Amazon’s investment and job creation. Amazon will receive performance-based direct incentives of $573 million based on the company creating 25,000 jobs with an average wage of over $150,000 in Arlington. This includes a workforce cash grant from the Commonwealth of Virginia of up to $550 million based on $22,000 for each job created over the next 12 years. Amazon will only receive this incentive if it creates the forecasted high-paying jobs. The company will also receive a cash grant from Arlington of $23 million over 15 years based on the incremental growth of the existing local Transient Occupancy Tax, a tax on hotel rooms. The community and Amazon employees will benefit from the Commonwealth investing $195 million in infrastructure in the neighborhood, including improvements to the Crystal City and the Potomac Yards Metro stations; a pedestrian bridge connecting National Landing and Reagan National Airport; and work to improve safety, accessibility, and the pedestrian experience crossing Route 1 over the next 10 years. Arlington will also dedicate an estimated $28 million based on 12% of future property tax revenues earned from an existing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district for on-site infrastructure and open space in National Landing. “We are proud that Amazon has selected National Landing for a major new headquarters. This is, above all, a validation of our community’s commitment to sustainability, transit-oriented development, affordable housing, and diversity,” said Arlington County Board Chair Katie Cristol. “The strength of our workforce coupled with our proximity to the nation’s capital makes us an attractive business location. But Arlington’s real strength is the decades of planning that have produced one of the most vibrant, civically engaged communities in the world. Those plans have paved the way for this investment, and we look forward to engaging the Arlington community about Amazon’s plans and how we can grow together.” You can click here to read more from the Amazon Press Release . Viola Davis and Liam Neeson are ready to hit the big screen in the Steve McQueen directed piece called Widows. This is the follow up to his Academy Award nominated 12 Years A Slave, in Widows, Viola plays a grieving wife named Veronica Rawlings who has to go on a heist with a group of other widows to repay their husband’s debts when a gangster turned politician named Jamal Manning comes knocking at her door asking for his money that got robbed by their deceased husbands. Sounds interesting right? I went to Chicago to sit down with Viola, Liam, Brian Tyree Henry, Cynthia Erivo and Michelle Rodriguez for this episode of Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine. The film is your classic tale of cops and robbers with a subplot of bad guys and gals fighting each other so it will be no surprise that this film has a lot of police interaction. I asked the cast about police brutality and Michelle Rodriguez opened up about losing a loved one to police violence in Jersey City, NJ. “I’ve been exposed to a lot of police brutality growing up in Jersey City. The Latino community as well as the African American community we are in it together,” Michelle explained. “I’ve seen so much gnarly stuff happening growing up in jersey city I’ll give you one account. My God son’s uncle being killed by cops and they tried to hide it by taking the body from the actual hospital, removing his tongue in the morgue before his sister could go identify the body. This is the kind of stuff the cops do to cover themselves up.” Liam chimed in as well, referencing the Laquan McDonald case where officer Jason Van Dyke, 40, was charged with murder acknowledging that these are sensitive times especially in Chicago where a young black man was shot 16 times. Also on this episode of Extra Butter, Brian Tyree Henry and Cynthia Erivo talk about crafting great scenes with Viola Davis and Viola and Liam have some fun talking about washcloths a conversation that led to a hilarious moment. Widows is in theaters everywhere this weekend 11/16.
Valerie Goodloe/Splash News Viola Davis Takes Issue With Her 2011 Film ‘The Help’ Viola Davis ‘ role in The Help earned the actress several awards, but now she says she regrets playing the part of a black maid working for a white family during the Civil Rights Movement. During a Q&A with The New York Times , the Academy Award winner dropped a bombshell when she said quite plainly, “Have I ever done roles that I’ve regretted? I have and The Help is on that list.” Before stating her piece , Davis made sure to show a little love to the cast and writer/director, Tate Taylor . “But not in terms of the experience and the people involved because they were all great,” she continued. “The friendships that I formed are ones that I’m going to have for the rest of my life. I had a great experience with these other actresses, who are extraordinary human beings. And I could not ask for a better collaborator than Tate Taylor.” Nonetheless, she wasn’t happy with the end result. “I just felt that at the end of the day that it wasn’t the voices of the maids that were heard. I know Aibileen. I know Minny. They’re my grandma. They’re my mom. And I know that if you do a movie where the whole premise is, I want to know what it feels like to work for white people and to bring up children in 1963, I want to hear how you really feel about it. I never heard that in the course of the movie,” Davis explained.
I still don’t know who Kara Del Toro is… But I know she’s got the right idea – in terms of what matters in the world and what kind of content is needed to be produced on an iphone for social media – content that is very pornographic in sex poses – but not pornographic enough to turn off the brands that hire her as an infleucner… She’s got the tits out in a bikini on all fours…masterful…academy award worthy probably because it gets more views than any MTV show… We are simplistic people and I am reminded of that daily. Jamie Foxx seems like a fun-loving guy. And he and Katie Holmes seem like one of the more stable couples in Hollywood. But this doesn't mean Jamie Foxx actually wants to discuss Katie Holmes in public. The Academy Award nominee made that clear on Friday night during an interview with ESPN's Michael Smith. Talking to the network prior to a celebrity basketball game, Foxx was asked the following question by Smith, who referenced a rumor about an activity in which he and Holmes recently engaged: “I know you prepared because I saw pictures. Did you and Katie Holmes play basketball for Valentine’s Day? Like some real Love and Basketball?” Pretty innocent, right? It's not as though Foxx was asked whether Holmes was pregnant with his baby . But it wasn't innocent enough for the actor. You can see him squirm and smirk in the following video, clearly uncomfortable with the inquiry and unsure how to respond. And then he figured out that he had no interest in responding. Foxx calmly got up, received some help taking his microphone off and slowly walked away. He didn't cause a major scene, he just decided he had enough of the interview once it got remotely personal. Foxx and Holmes have been together for about five years. This is a very serious romance,. But it's also one of the most private ones in all of entertainment, which may be why it works for them and may be why Foxx didn't want to discuss it. About that basketball rumor, though? About how they were seen on a court in Calabasas? “They were really happy,” an onlooker told Us Weekly of their Valentine's Day date, adding: “Katie was dancing as they walked in and Jamie was laughing. They seem really at ease and truly enjoying each other.” We'll just need to take this person's word for it. Watch Foxx abruptly end his ESPN interview below:
