According to TMZ however, it appears that things are getting worked out slowly but surely. Jesse filed legal documents which state that he will pay Aryn $100,000 for child and spousal support in addition to another $60,000 to cover all of her lawyer fees. The paperwork stipulates that he will pay the $160,000 total in 3 installments from his first 3 “Grey’s Anatomy” checks. Things still can’t be qualified as “good” between the embattled exes, but at least they are closer to getting this ugly divorce over with and moving on with their lives.

While there, she was asked to speak on the brief feud between Tip and Wendy Williams who blasted him for wearing “lifts” in shoes to help his short stature after he spoke on her bikini photos. According to Tiny, there’s simply no reason for Tip to try to be taller because he already “thinks he’s the man.” “No, the man doesn’t really care about being tall. Blige and her soon-to-be-ex husband Kendu Isaacs may be in the process of getting a divorce, but they are still joined at the hip when it comes to money matters. That’s because the exes have been accused of owing nearly $2 million. The Internal Revenue Service last week slapped the one time couple with a federal tax lien for $1.7 million in back taxes. In total, the feds said their couple – who are in the midst of a bitter divorce – are in the hole to the tune of $1,764,724, according to public records obtained by BOSSIP. The IRS doesn’t mess around when it comes to collecting debts, so Mary and Kendu could face seizure of their homes, cash or other assets in order to pay the bill. Mary has hit the road and is in the midst of a national tour to bring in money after a judge ordered her to pay Kendu some $30,000 a month in temporary child support so he can get back on his feet. Belafonte claims he’s the de facto dad to Mel B’s daughter with Eddie Murphy, so he made a formal request for stepparent visitation on Friday. In his declaration to the court, Belafonte notes that he started dating Mel B when her daughter with Murphy was only one month old. He has spent the last decade raising the child as his own, and because of this, he argued for future visitation. The 10-page declaration states, “By all intents and purposes, I am Angel’s father.” “I believe my request for stepparent visitation is in Angel’s best interests, as Angel has been accustomed to spending time with me and sees me as the only father figure in her life,” he said. Belafonte presented proof of this with the fact that Angel calls him “daddy” and also tells him via text messages that she loves him. He says that there is no financial motivation, and his only desire with the divorce is to not hurt his step-daughter.

Jesse Williams Slams Aryn Williams’s Complaints The divorce and custody battle between Jesse and estranged wife Aryn Williams is getting pretty nasty. According to TMZ, Jesse filed some court docs to counteract the claims Aryn has made about his fatherhood slipping ever since he bounced to live the single life in Hollywood. If you’ll recall, Aryn is pressing for sole custody of the kids because she claims Jesse has been too busy running the LA streets with his rotation of hoes to be a focused father — even introducing the kids to some of his new women. Meanwhile, she’s at home with the kids every day. Jesse says that Aryn only has the “incredible privilege of being a stay-at-home mom with a full-time nanny” because of the amount of time he spends away from her and the kids. Basically, by requesting full custody because he isn’t around as much, she’s punishing him for providing for her and the kids. He claims that Aryn “micro manages” all the time he gets to spend with their two small children — even refusing to answer his Facetime calls to the children. He says when she DOES answer, she’ll leave the TV on so the kids’ focus isn’t really on their father. Of course, Aryn calls BS on everything he’s saying. SMH. These two are going TO WAR. The couple took a big step toward being more amicable on Wednesday, according to TMZ . They, along with their four children, took a trip to the psychiatrist for a family therapy session. However Mel and Stephen took separate cars to the therapist’s office, while their four daughters, ages 5, 9, 12 and 18, arrived in a third car with the family nanny. Sources say that despite their anger and mountain of differences between them, Stephen and Mel really want to make sure their kids are okay with the transition in their lives. This is apparently the first time the two of them have been able to be in the same room in a cordial fashion for some time. Sources also confirm that up to this point in their split, a session like this would have been damn near impossible. Well at least they’re being mature about it! They were very buddy-buddy just a month ago…so perhaps with this new time they’re spending together they’ll be able to reconcile their differences and either move on peacefully OR come to enough common ground to work through it all. We previously reported that the struggle crooner was facing problems seeing his 6-year-old son Julian . According to TMZ, Thicke was seen at Kids World this weekend in L.A. Despite a restraining order put in place by ex-wife Paula Patton, prohibiting him from going anywhere near their young son in the wake of allegations he was physically abusive to Julian. Robin has vehemently denied being physically abusive to all the parties involved. Close sources familiar with famous exes claim Paula has let go of the co-parenting problems and agreed to let Robin see Julian 3 days a week for a few hours each day but only under the condition that a court-appointed monitor is present. The gossip site cites a monitor was present during the trip to Kids World. Paula’s sincere change of heart stems from the fact that the actress wants her son Julian to have a close relationship with his father.
