Nina Dobrev isn’t the only Vampire Diaries star moving on. With rumors circulating that this actress is now dating Derek Hough , sources tell Us Weekly that Paul Wesley has struck up a romance with former costar Phoebe Tonkin. The gorgeous pair were spotted at the Soho House on Saturday, allegedly on a double date with Ben McKenzie and Shelley Hennig, according to an eye witness. ” Paul and Phoebe were 100% romantic – they were across the table from Ben all cozied up on the couch kissing each other,” the onlooker tells the tabloid. “She had her head on his chest.” Following about two years of marriage, Wesley filed for divorce from Torrey DeVitto in July. He knows Tonkin from their (recent) days on The Vampire Diaries , though this Australian beauty left the show in May and now stars on its spinoff, The Originals . Both The Originals and The Vampire Diaries Season 5 kick off on Thursday, October 3.

Lindsay Lohan and Matt Nordgren: It’s Over Already!

That was fast. Lindsay Lohan’s blossoming new relationship with former NFL player Matt Nordgren made headlines a week ago. Now they’ve split. The reason for the short-lived couple’s breakup? Lindsay Lohan, Matt Nordgren Break Up He’s once again linked to former Hills star Audrina Patridge. And The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong. And Bachelor winner Vienna Girardi. Just kidding. Though he did date all three women before. According to the insiders, this split is pretty clear-cut: He’s doing Ashley Horn . Just kidding again. Seriously: “Their work schedules and the distance just make dating impossible. He really likes and respects her. He thinks she is back on top , emotionally and physically.” So, she was on top of him physically. Good to know. And because of said improvement in her health and well-being, “He respects her sobriety and wishes her the absolute best. They will remain good friends.” Lindsay Lohan and Matt Nordgren , who also appeared on Most Eligible Dallas , were friends before they started dating, so it’s very possible they will remain so. As for her future prospects in the romance department, we have no doubt that if she stays on the right path, the guys will be lining up to date the actress. We know Oprah will threaten Lindsay if she effs up or starts hanging around with the wrong crowd again too. So that bodes well for her staying sober.

After Brad Womack famously selected no one in his first stint as The Bachelor , the Texas bar owner was brought back for a second go-around last winter. He got engaged to Emily Maynard, but that fizzled out before long. Now it’s Emily being sought by ABC to return for another stint on the reality franchise. In fact, the network has already asked her to be The Bachelorette, sources say, and despite her earlier lack of interest, “It’s basically a done deal.” Wow. Another source close to Emily Maynard , the single mom of six-year-old Ricki, tells Life & Style that while “she hasn’t signed the contract yet, she’s fully on board.” Since splitting with Brad in May after becoming engaged to him on The Bachelor season finale, the North Carolina product has been linked to various men. Jeremy Shockey of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers and Most Eligible Dallas cast member Matt Nordgren come to mind, though she has denied seriously dating either. Perhaps the allure of being The Bachelorette grew on her. “Emily is America’s sweetheart,” adds the source. “Fans will be thrilled! Everyone loved her.” True. If Emily doesn’t pan out, look for a castoff from Ben Flajnik’s season to fill the role ( The Bachelor spoilers we’ve read single out a few prospects).
