The Portal and Portal Plus is a smart display device that could turn off potential users because it is always listening and always watching plus is connected to Facebook at all times. The smaller version of the Portal comes with a 10-inch 1280 x 800 display while the Portal Plus comes with a15-inch 1920 x 1080 pivoting display. Facebook’s goal with the introduction of both devices is to ” help you feel closer to the important people in your life and make video chats feel less like a call, and more like you’re actually in the same room.” Both models are powered by AI, Portal’s Smart Camera, and Smart Sound technology plus utilize voice control and Google’s smart assistant Alexa . You will be able to make video calls with friends on Facebook Messenger list and they the recipient of your calls don’t even need to have a Portal. Now for those who do still have security concerns, Facebook ensures they kept that issue in mind when making the Portal. You can disable the camera and microphone with the press of a single button, and if that isn’t enough for you, it comes with a small cover that will cover the camera’s lens. Facebook also states the device doesn’t listen to, view, or keep the contents of your Portal video calls. Source: Richard Cartwright / Getty On tonight’s episode of How to Get Away With Murder, we get handed the memo from Captain Obvious that the governor played Annalise. But let’s start from the beginning. The episode starts with a report about the investigation. In short, they claimed that while Nate Sr. was being transported to the next facility, one of the two escorting officers (30-something White women) tried to take a letter he was writing. Remember that atonement letter he was writing to the family of the man he killed? The letter he was writing because he was in a better, more peaceful place? So, yeah, one of the officers tried to take the letter, which agitated him to the point of trying to stab the officer with a pen. It all goes downhill from there and ends with the guards shooting him to death. There were no other witnesses to verify the officers’ accounts, security cameras at the psion were broken, and Nate Sr allegedly stopped taking his antipsychotic drugs prior to this incident, which caused his behavior so this is considered a justifiable homicide. So, we’re supposed to believe that a frail 71-year-old-man overpowered two 30-something prison guards? We all know this is a bald-faced lie and Annalise and Nate are not letting this go. The next step is getting Ron to seek an inquest, which he does. However, it’s not going to be easy, even with Annalise’s students on the job. They end up digging up dirt on at least one of the officers related to domestic violence to demonstrate hot temper. It’s a start, but the inquest is already looking like it’s not going to go well. As a result of the bad press and the inquest not going well, the governor wants to can the Fair Defense Project. Now do you see why we all believe issa setup? Plus, the governor would be committing career suicide by actually pardoning a violent offender. This becomes even clearer when both women get antagonistic toward each other. Annalise tells her she can’t wait to take her down. The gov then says she has more dirt on Annalise, it’s the adoption paperwork. But what adoption paperwork? Lordt. This is scandalous, but Annalise ain’t never scared and she will be preparing to fight the governor. The governor ain’t scared either, make no mistake about that. Back at the inquest, Annalise takes the stand. She gives a passionate plea for people to see that this is the usual okie doke where it’s a coverup. She even sites Emmett Till, The Central Park 5 and the Scottsboro Boys cases as examples of how the so-called justice system thrives on the myth that Black men just live to harm White women all day and must be locked up and/or killed. However, the jury isn’t moved enough and still finds that the homicide was justifiable so the case is discharged. In kind of good news, Annalise convinces her boss at Caplain and Gold to take her back. She plans to help him get rid of some misconduct charges in his file. He’s a hard sell but Annalise is determined to get back in so that she can use her pull (and some protection) at Caplain and Gold to get back at the governor. Then, Michaela stops by Gabriel’s apartment right quick and he comes out shirtless looking all good and invites himself to the wedding with her as his date. Then he starts talking all that yang about how gorgeous she is and how he admires her, etc. Mind you, he has literally been stalking her online this entire season. Michaela tries to resist because there’s a tiny piece of her that still values her situationship with Asher but she can’t and they end up making out. It’s also important to note that Asher is listening to this entire situation from his apartment on the other side of the wall. Frank and Laurel are also watching this (because Frank has Gabe’s place bugged) and Laurel says that Gabriel is playing them so he needs to tell Annalise who he is already. Then Bonnie pops in on this conversation and is like, “Tell her what?” The episode concludes at the wedding again. We see Bonnie kneeling over what is clearly a man’s body. We don’t see his face but he’s wearing a tux. She steps away from him toward someone else who seems to be in and out of consciousness (we pick up this person’s point of view as viewers, but still don’t know who it is). Bonnie tells that unseen person to take his car and “him,” and drive away, and she’ll figure everything out later. There’s only one episode left until the fall finale! Who died? Who is Gabriel and what does he want! The suspense is ridiculous! Lil Wayne’s “Uproar” reminded people why Swizzy is one of the greatest to ever do it, and on Friday, the Bronx legend dropped his second studio album Poison featuring some of his Hip Hop colleagues including Kendrick Lamar, Pusha-T, Nas, Jadakiss and 2 Chainz. Swizz spoke to The Fader about his 10-track project and how his presence is needed right now in the music game, saying: “I feel like real lyrics and music are needed. I’m not against other artists having fun and doing what they do, but as far as me having the experience and longevity that I have, what am I bringing to the table in 2018? That’s why I keep saying “quality” I don’t feel like there’s enough quality out there. There’s a lot of quantity.” And if you thought the Harvard Grad was just some old head, beat-maker who’s not in the know — you thought totally wrong. Bohemian Rhapsody is more than a Freddie Mercury biopic it’s an exploration and celebration of one of the most popular rock bands of a generation, Queen. The movie is in theaters now and one this episode of Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine , we break down the film with Rami Malek as Mercury, Gwilym Lee as Brian May , Ben Hardy as Roger Tayler and Joseph Mazzello as John Deacon . Also joining us on this episode is Lucy Boynton who plays Mary Austin , the muse and lifelong friend of Freddie Mercury. Rhapsody delivers grade a acting from everyone involved with Rami Malek being the bright spot. His performance as the legendary rock icon was spot on, from the movements to the lip syncing and the performances. I asked the guys about recreating Queen’s iconic Live Aid performance , Rami revealed that doing one song and stopping was a lot harder than the guys doing the entire Queen set. He told us, “Sometimes it would be more exhausting just to do one of the songs then take a break and do the entire concert because you’re running on so much adrenaline that is carrying you from song to song.” The film nailed the energy of the show. I watched Queen’s performance at the benefit concert and it was almost identical. It’s scary how they were able to pull it off. Rami explained he felt the similarities too, “I remember working on the entire piece when we shot it and seeing how it was similar to their performance you could feel when the adrenaline was kicking in for them as well.” One of the other highlights of the film was watching Rami and Lucy Boynton work together on screen to craft Freddie and Mary’s relationship turned friendship. To me, I felt as if, at least for the movie, Freddie felt like he owned Mary because she was his girl. Lucy explained a pivotal scene when Mary starts living for herself. Lucy really perked up when she heard my opinion of the film saying, “It’s interesting that you say, you see that in the film, I guess that is that thing of the kind of expectation you have of people. Of what they give you and do for you, so I think Freddie really relied on Mary as a staple and center point of his life. You think that such a beautiful and romantic thing until you reverse that and think about how that must of have felt on the receiving end to be seen as someone’s center point as they go off and around.” Overall Bohemian Rhapsody is a good film that celebrates Queen and delivers an award-winning performance from Rami Malek that’s worth going to the movies to see, but if you want a deep dive into the life of Freddie Mercury, as I felt like the movie could have went deeper into the life of Freddie Mercury. Bohemian Rhapsody is in theaters now.

The Kardashian women have never been known for having the greatest taste in men, but it seems Kourtney is now actively trying to outdo her sisters in the bad romance department. It won’t be easy, but she’s already got a lot of points accumulated from her decade with Scott Disick, and now she’s out to prove that her capacity for bad decisions truly knows no bounds: As you’ve likely heard, Kourtney broke up with Younes Bendjima last month, a decision that was applauded by just about everyone in her inner circle. Unfortunately, Kourtney is allergic to smart choices, so now, just a few weeks after she kicked him to the curb, Kourtney is reportedly back with Younes — and her family is less than thrilled about it. “They are definitely hooking up again,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “She just really can’t be alone,” the source adds. The reconciliation comes on the heels of reports that Younes cheated on Kourtney with Jordan Ozuna , a model who had ties to the Kard clan. “Younes told her that nothing happened with Jordan and that they are just friends, and she believed him,” says the insider. Apparently, the most vocal critic of Kourtney’s latest decision has been her sister Khloe, which is more than a smidge ironic, as Khloe took Tristan Thompson back after he was caught repeatedly cheating on her while she was carrying his baby. “Kourtney told Khloe that she has no room to say anything, because she was humiliated by Tristan and took him back anyways,” the source explains. “And she told Kim to just mind her own business.” And then there’s Kris Jenner, who could care less what sort of awful decisions her daughters make, so long as they result in compelling television. “Kris just wants ratings for the new season, which they are filming right now,” the source says. “She told Kourtney to stay unpredictable so she remains relevant.” That may sound harsh, but in a way, it’s Kris’ way of expressing her love for her daughters. The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards proved that both Jennifer Lopez and Madonna pretty much never age or change. The former was honored with a lifetime achievement award at the ceremony and also put on an incredible performance that showed off her dance moves and her ridiculous body. The latter, meanwhile, stood on stage and was tasked with paying tribute to Aretha Franklin, the truly legendary singer who passed away last week from cancer . But most viewers think she made this tribute all about herself. Following a video of Franklin’s “I Say a Little Prayer” on a big screen, members of the audience – including Lopez and Camila Cabello – were reduced to tears as they remembered the iconic artist. Madonna then spent her segment in front of the crowed rambling on about the impact Franklin had on her career. This maybe, possibly could have worked. Madonna could maybe, possibly have brought everything back around and used her tale as a way to depict the enormous impact Aretha had on the entire music industry. Instead, though, she barely even mentioned Franklin by name. At one point, for example, Madonna shared her experience at an audition where she sang Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” in a last-minute decision after she had failed to bring sheet music or prepare another song. Okay… She explained that she ended up belting out this track “by heart,” acapella. And then said that the two men for whom she was auditioning didn’t believe “some skinny-ass white girl” was going to “[sing] a song by one of the greatest soul singers that ever lived.” No one watching had any idea what this had to do with Franklin herself. It just sounded like Madonna giving herself a great deal of props. Social media was quick to erupt with criticism for the strange, self-serving way in which The Material Girl essentially ignored the entire point of this Franklin tribute. Madonna did end up saying at least a few nice words about Franklin. She concluded her rambling speech as follows: “I want to thank you, Aretha, for empowering all of us. R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Long live the queen.” But the damage had already been done. Some folks are even calling for an apology to be issued, as explained by these two individuals on Twitter: I hope the vmas plan to issue a public apology for allowing Madonna to disrespect Aretha Franklin’s legacy like that #VMAs. “I’m so lost. I thought Madonna was supposed to be paying homage to Aretha but I all heard was her paying homage to herself. Come on, you are probably thinking. Could this have been all THAT bad? When asked if he’d run for office, James quickly shut the idea down, saying, “I don’t think so.” But he quickly realized he was being close-minded. “I sit here and say ‘I don’t think so’, I don’t know.” Lemon followed up, “If someone tried to recruit a Lebron to run for president. [If] they said, ‘Listen they’ve got no one. If you don’t run, Trump’s gonna win,’ would you run?” Well in that case, I may,” James admitted.
