As the hive suspected, Beyoncé DID give birth this week according to multiple sources. “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends,” a source tells PEOPLE. Great news right? While we are disappointed that Bey has yet to unveil the photoshoot of Blueprint 1 and Blueprint 2 that is surely coming, E! news issued reports of a Jay Z and Blue Ivy sighting at a L.A. area hospital Thursday as well as an exclusive item about a hospital visitor arriving with a pink and a blue balloon that has led to reports that the babies are a boy and a girl: An unidentified woman was photographed Friday at a Los Angeles hospital, carrying a bouquet of pink, purple and blue flowers with two giant baby foot-shaped pink and blue balloons that read, “Baby Girl” and “Baby Boy.” An eyewitness said the woman walked into the front of the building, then got back into her car and drove into an underground parking lot. She emerged five minutes later without the flowers. The woman’s gift also contained a card that reads, yep, “B & J.” What do you think they’ll name the twins?
