Source: Tim Mosenfelder / Getty Nelly wants the case thrown out. The St. Louis rapper is hoping a judge dismisses a lawsuit brought against him by a British woman who claimed he raped her in England. Report the Associated Press : The federal lawsuit was filed in November in St. Louis, the rapper’s hometown. The woman accuses Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes Jr., of assaulting her in a dressing room at the concert venue in Essex in December 2017. Nelly hasn’t been criminally charged and has denied the allegations. The woman is identified only as Jane Doe in the lawsuit. Nelly’s attorney, Scott Rosenblum, filed a response to the lawsuit Thursday, arguing that the woman shouldn’t be allowed to remain anonymous and “avoid public scrutiny.” The woman alleges that she paid to have her photo taken with the 44-year-old rapper after the concert before he took her to a separate room and sexually assaulted her. The woman’s attorney, Karen Koehler, said the woman reported the incident to police more than a year ago and she believes the investigation is ongoing. Essex police didn’t immediately respond to an after-hours phone message from The Associated Press seeking information Friday. If this sounds familiar, Nelly settled a similar lawsuit  (the accuser claims there was a settlement, the rapper lawyers say it was dismissed) in September 2018 from a woman who claimed he raped her on his tour bus. Florida Man Attacks McDonald’s Employee Over Straw Policy

Oh, Florida Man. Were you just not loved as a child? In the latest example of a resident of the Sunshine State acting like he's several cards short of a full deck, Daniel Taylor was arrested on New Year's Eve for physically assaulting an employee at McDonald's. Not that anyone could really blame the guy. After all, are you aware that one now has to ask for a straw at ths fast food restaurant?!? This really is what set Taylor off, according to witnesses, at least one of whom filmed Taylor got ballistic at a McDonald's in St. Petersburg. Video of the incident, which we've featured on this page, shows Taylor SCREAMING at a young woman behind the counter because, onlookers confirm, he was furious after picking up his order — and not finding any straws in the condiments section. “He was very upset, he started berating her, swearing, saying 'There’s no law like that,'” said the woman who captured this crazy footage, adding of the employee; “She said, ‘Yes it is, we’re not allowed to put straws out.'” The best part of this entire confrontation, as you'll see in the footage, is how the McDonald's employee responds: With fists flying!  In the video, other patrons can be heard saying “get the police” and “let her go.” But the employee doesn't seem to need much help. She can fend for herself! That's for sure. “YES this really did happen last night for all those asking me… it all started because he wanted a straw!!!,” read the caption to this video on Facebook. “The young girl said she used to box.” It has been viewed over 3.5 million times to date. According to the arrest report, a drunken Taylor told the cops he wanted “her ass fired,” referring to the employee, of course. The response? “No, you're going to jail,” she said. While being hauled away, meanwhile, Taylor kicked someone else in the stomach! “The defendant was being escorted out of the business by management due to him battering another employee, and causing a disturbance,” the arrest report reads. “The defendant kicked the victim in the stomach while she was standing near the exit door.” We mean, he wouldn't be a Florida Man if he acted calm during an arrest, right? Daaamn: Bus Rider Slashes Woman Who Touches Her Dog & Slices The Victim’s Girlfriend

Source: Angelo Merendino / Getty A Harmless Offense Ends In Stitches One New York bus rider went OFF when a passenger tried to put her humanely paws on her dog, so much so that the dog owner slashed the passenger with a knife. The scene went down in the Bronx on a BX2 bus at around 2:15 p.m. on Monday. Imzadi Henriquez was the unfortunate victim of the dog-owner’s blade. “I put my hand out so the dog could smell my hand,” the 22-year-old told New York Daily News.  “She got mad at that and ended up smacking my hand.” Henriquez was riding the bus with her 20-year-old girlfriend, Lenora McClelland-Fraser. Henriquez says she brushed off the hand-smacking and went looking for a seat on the bus. But the dog-owner was not done with her. “Don’t touch my dog. You can’t fu**ing touch my dog. My dog is a service dog. You can’t do that,” the woman said, according to Henriquez. Henriquez then said the woman kept muttering about how she wished Henriquez’s mom would die. This struck a nerve with Henriquez since her mom recently had a health scare. When the bus stopped, Henriquez was getting ready to step off and walk away, but she heard the woman laughing and couldn’t leave it alone. “I ended up coming back on the bus to go ahead and confront her. We ended up fighting,” Henriquez said. “I don’t know who hit who first, but I then went to grab her jacket to take a swing at her. She ended up grabbing my jacket and swung at me.” Henriquez continued, “At some point, I grabbed her hair. Then she kept hitting me and hitting me and I didn’t know she had a blade in her hand until my girlfriend told me I was bleeding.” Henriquez’s girlfriend stepped in to help and the dog-owner ended up slashing her left arm, according to police sources. During the scuffle, the bus driver stopped the bus, and the dog-owner ran out and got into a green SUV taxi to ride off. Medics took the two knife victims to Lincoln Medical Center for treatment. Henriquez received stitches to close up two long gashes across her eyebrow, and a third near her ear. “I didn’t think that petting someone’s dog would have that kind of reaction and that it would escalate to that,” she said. “I’m not okay that I made the decision to go back and confront her, I can’t take that back. But I’m that person that— yeah, I probably would have done that again, honestly.” Daaamn. The police described the slasher as Black and between the ages of 30 and 35 years old. Jason Nichols took to Facebook to share a gut-wrenching voicemail from an irate woman BIG mad about a recent Fox News appearance he made. Nichols appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” last week to discuss Columbus Day with the host. And his words on the show apparently pissed off a cowardly woman who blasted him for being a “f**** n***r” who wants to change every holiday to “N***r Day.” “This message is for Jason,” said the woman. “I’ve been listening to him on Fox. You know, this f**** n****, you n****rs are not going to be satisfied until you change every fucking piece of s*** holiday to N****r Day.” According to Nichols that’s not the only phone call he got, and he might release another woman from a (clearly confused) West Indian woman. “They left it on the front office phone,” wrote Nichols in the comments section. “I didn’t even post the one from the lady with the West Indian accent which was just as bad if not worse. It’s par for the course I suppose but I usually never check the phone messages so they caught me off guard. SMH, that racist suuuuure was bold from the comfort of her own home. More on the flip.

As the hive suspected, Beyoncé DID give birth this week according to multiple sources. “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends,” a source tells PEOPLE. Great news right? While we are disappointed that Bey has yet to unveil the photoshoot of Blueprint 1 and Blueprint 2 that is surely coming, E! news issued reports of a Jay Z and Blue Ivy sighting at a L.A. area hospital Thursday as well as an exclusive item about a hospital visitor arriving with a pink and a blue balloon that has led to reports that the babies are a boy and a girl: An unidentified woman was photographed Friday at a Los Angeles hospital, carrying a bouquet of pink, purple and blue flowers with two giant baby foot-shaped pink and blue balloons that read, “Baby Girl” and “Baby Boy.” An eyewitness said the woman walked into the front of the building, then got back into her car and drove into an underground parking lot. She emerged five minutes later without the flowers. The woman’s gift also contained a card that reads, yep, “B & J.” What do you think they’ll name the twins? And how long are we gonna have to wait for the photos???

Arizona Cop Seen Punching 15-Year-Old Girl In The Face Via RawStory In a video uploaded to YouTube on Friday, a female Mesa, Arizona police officer can be seen punching and brutalizing a teen girl as her mother begs the officer to stop. According to the Free Thought Project, the 15-year-old girl was a runaway who the police officer was attempting to apprehend. As a witness filmed, the officer walked up to the girl and punched her, knocking her down. She then put the girl in a chokehold — even after the teen’s mother begged her and a second officer to stop, saying that the girl is asthmatic and has emotional issues. “She just punched her in the face!” said the woman holding the camera. As her legs kicked and flailed, the girl told the officers she couldn’t breathe, screaming, “Stop!” over and over, but they continued to pin her against the pavement. The second officer said that everything his comrade did was according to police procedure and that if she’d wanted to the officer “could have shot her dead.” Luis Paul Santiago, one of the witnesses, said on Facebook, “We’re going to call her tonight, we got her info. Pretty sad she had asthma which explains why she was kicking like a fish.” Sad as this is, at least we are seeing that there is a MAJOR problem with the policing in this country. Chicago Woman Dies After Being Beaten To Death With Sledgehammer A Chicago woman who was killed during a domestic violence incident reportedly died from injuries caused by being beaten with a sledgehammer. via Chicago Tribune A 39-year-old woman was killed in an apparent domestic incident in Addison overnight, according to police and sources. Police responded to the 900 block of North Craig Place to investigate a domestic disturbance at 3:12 a.m. Friday, Addison police said in a statement. Police were not releasing any other information except to say that it was an isolated incident. The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified the woman as Martha Worley, who lives at the address where the incident occurred. Sources said the woman was beaten with a sledgehammer and at least one other person was stabbed in the throat. Sources indicated that the offender was also injured and hospitalized. Worley was pronounced dead about 5 p.m. Friday at Loyola University Medical Center. She had suffered blunt head trauma prior to her death, a spokesman for the medical examiner’s office said. An autopsy is scheduled for today. This is crazy…and there are definitely a lot of holes in this story. We’ll keep you posted as it continues to develop…. Shutterstock

Woman Arrested For Brutally Stabbing Elderly Woman And Her Dog An attempted robbery that took a turn for the worst has left an eldery woman in critical condition and a scumbag burglar behind bars. via L.A. Times Riverside police on Tuesday arrested a woman suspected of stabbing and beating an 80-year-old woman as well as stabbing a dog, authorities said. The suspect was identified as Shannon Lynn Jones, 25, of Bishop. She was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, home invasion robbery, burglary, animal cruelty and vehicle theft, authorities said. The victim was in serious but stable condition with multiple stab wounds and blunt-force trauma to her body after the attack Monday morning in her mobile home in a trailer park in the 4000 block of Pierce Street in the city’s La Sierra neighborhood. Police described the incident as a home-invasion robbery and said the woman’s 1995 Toyota Camry was stolen. The dog was stabbed Monday morning in a different mobile home in the same trailer park, according to police. The condition of the animal was not released. Kate Middleton: Spotted at Starbucks!

Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has been laying very low since announcing she is pregnant, but not so low that she’s cut out her morning Starbucks run. With little fanfare, she exited Kensington Palace for a very hush-hush walk through Kensington Gardens with dog Lupo followed by a trip to the coffee chain! Escorted by a security guard, the 31-year-old Duchess “looked beautiful,” according to an onlooker … to the surprise of pretty much no one on Earth. “Her hair was done nicely and she had a scarf, lovely long coat and boots on … she was wrapped up warm, so I couldn’t see the bump,” the observer adds. It’s unclear just how much she’s showing at this stage, but don’t expect a lot of splashy celebrity gossip magazine photo shoots or Instagram updates. Anyway, as the security guard waited outside with Lupo, Prince William’s wife went inside and placed her order herself: Her decaf drink, plus a cookie. Thus armed with provisions, the expectant royal took Lupo’s leash back from the security guard (the pooch is “so cute and well-behaved,” the spy says), and carried on. “She’s a regular,” a Starbucks staffer says of the Duchess. “Kate was smiling,” the observer continues. Sadly, no Kate Middleton photos were taken, but she “paid with a Starbucks card, which she swiped herself.” Royals. They’re just like us.
