As the hive suspected, Beyoncé DID give birth this week according to multiple sources. “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends,” a source tells PEOPLE. Great news right? While we are disappointed that Bey has yet to unveil the photoshoot of Blueprint 1 and Blueprint 2 that is surely coming, E! news issued reports of a Jay Z and Blue Ivy sighting at a L.A. area hospital Thursday as well as an exclusive item about a hospital visitor arriving with a pink and a blue balloon that has led to reports that the babies are a boy and a girl: An unidentified woman was photographed Friday at a Los Angeles hospital, carrying a bouquet of pink, purple and blue flowers with two giant baby foot-shaped pink and blue balloons that read, “Baby Girl” and “Baby Boy.” An eyewitness said the woman walked into the front of the building, then got back into her car and drove into an underground parking lot. She emerged five minutes later without the flowers. The woman’s gift also contained a card that reads, yep, “B & J.” What do you think they’ll name the twins? Jane Doe Said She Was In Shock And A State Of Denial Depending on where you stand, some new information about the Derrick Rose case either looks really good or really terrible. TMZ found a police report Jane Doe filed after the incident where it’s alleged Derrick Rose and his friends gang raped the young lady. The problem? The police report wasn’t filed until two YEARS afterward. Granted, it’s not unusual for women who’ve been raped to take a while to walk through the legal procedures. Unfortunately, some might look at this as a ploy for that young lady to try and get one over on the former Chicago Bulls player. via TMZ The accuser in the Derrick Rose rape case filed a police report with the LAPD two years after the alleged incident … after she had already sued the NBA star in civil court … TMZ Sports has learned. We broke the story … a woman identified as Jane Doe is suing Rose for more than $20 MILLION, claiming he and friends gang raped her in 2013 after a night of partying. The obvious question … why didn’t she go straight to police? We asked her attorney, Brandon Anand, who says there’s a perfectly logical explanation. “She was scared and didn’t know what happened. She was in a state of shock and denial.” Doe filed her lawsuit in August 2015. Law enforcement sources confirm she filed her police report AFTER she filed her lawsuit. Anand says he can explain that too … the statute of limitations on civil suits was winding down and they wanted to file the lawsuit before time ran out. After that, they filed the police report. We’re told Doe tried to reach a settlement with Rose before she took legal action — “but [Rose] didn’t acknowledge any wrongdoing,” so she decided to get the authorities involved. The civil trial is set to begin in October. The criminal investigation is ongoing. We reached out to Rose for comment. So far, no word back. What do you make of this new information? The very troubled young star – who accused her father of sexual abuse this week – landed today in Los Angeles and was immediately taken by a car service to a hospital on Pasadena. She is now being held on a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours and sources confirm her parents are seeking a 14-day extension, during which time they will apply again for conservatorship. Section 5150 is a section of the California Welfare and Institutions Code. It allows a qualified officer/clinician to confine a person believed to possess a mental disorder that makes him/her a danger to himself or herself, a danger to others and/or gravely disabled. Past stars to have been placed in similar situations include Britney Spears, Mischa Barton and Lindsay Lohan. A few hours after accusing her father of sexual assault, Bynes took to Twitter this afternoon and retracted the statement. “My dad never did those things,” Bynes wrote on Twitter . “The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he’s the one that ordered them to microchip me.” This isn’t the first time Bynes has referred to a microchip. She told Life & Style just last week that people are ” reading my mind .” The actress was also hospitalized on a psychiatric hold in 2013. This stint was followed by an extended stay in rehab, during which time her mother became her conservator. She was then released into her parents’ full-time care in December and appeared to be on a path to recovery. However, Bynes was recently kicked out of her school and then she became estranged again from her mom and dad. Last month, she was arrested for DUI. Amanda Bynes is clearly in need of major help. Let’s hope she gets it.

Kanye West is okay, folks! We mean… he’s crazy egotistical and he’s stuck being married to Kim Kardashian and everything. But he’s okay health wise at the moment. The rapper was taken to a hospital in Australia on Wednesday after suffering a migraine, sources confirm to E! News. But it was only a “precaution” and West is now doing “fine.” Kanye “didn’t have a major health scare or seizure,” the insider assures E!. In fact, Mr. Kardashian even went on to perform for his Yeezus tour just a few hours after getting an MRI and leaving doctor’s care. We’ve heard he’s now resting comfortably at a Sydney hotel with Kim and daughter North West , as Kanye has two more concerts to perform later this week in that city. The world famous couple was spotted shopping in Sydney’s central business district a couple days ago, hitting such stores as Zambesi on Flinders Street. Authorities were once again called to Justin Bieber’s mansion in Calabasas last night. A few weeks after neighbors phoned the cops three times due to excessive noise from a party at the singer’s home, sources confirm to TMZ that a member of Bieber’s security team called 911 around 3 a.m. because an unidentified female had passed out. Paramedics were dispatched to the premises, but called off 15 minutes later after being told someone was taking the 20-year old woman to the hospital. The woman, reportedly, ended up regaining consciousness and going home instead of to the hospital. We know Bieber was home at the time of the 911 call and we know another rager was taking place inside. Alcohol was involved. As for strippers and naked beer pong ? It’s unclear at this time. But Justin may wanna tone it down a bit in the future. At this rate, something terrible will soon take place at one of his shindigs.
