D-D-D-DAMN! Fabolous Indicted For FOUR Felonies In Alleged Emily B. Brawl, Could Serve 20 Years –Will “Quickie Matrimony” Be His Saving Grace?

(Photo by Jerritt Clark/Getty Images) Fabolous Indicted On Four Felony Charges Over Domestic Violence Arrest Rapper Fabolous is facing some pretty severe charges over his alleged violent brawl with longtime girlfriend Emily B. and her family. Video spread everywhere months ago of Fab threatening Emily B., her father, and brother. The rapper tried to make it go away several times, as we reported, by trying to sort out a plea deal. Ultimately the rapper rejected the state’s deal. This afternoon, TMZ is reporting he was indicted on FOUR felony charges and could serve up 5 YEARS on each charge if found guilty. That’s 20 years total…d-d-d-d-damn!!! Reportedly, a grand jury in New Jersey indicted the rapper last week on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon (a pair of scissors). Earlier today we reported that Emily B. and Fab are rumored to have gotten hitched, could this all be fro a reason??? According to to something call the “marital communications privilege”, neither spouse can be compelled to testify as to private, confidential communications between them in either criminal or civil proceedings. So this might work in Fab’s favor. But there’s also video! Ouch! So far Fab nor his team have addressed his new charges. He has, however, referenced life giving him “lemons” in a recent post… This is a lot for Fab and Emil B. to digest right now surely. What do YOU think the outcome of all of this will be?

Swirl Stay Winning: Kanye West Will Not Face Felony Charges In LAX Attack

Kanye is having a G.O.O.D. day. Kanye West Will Not Face Felony Charges For LAX Attack Looks like Kanye is in the clear with this one, but dude needs anger management ASAP. According to Los Angeles Times Rapper Kanye West won’t face any felony charges over his altercation with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office on Friday declined to file felony assault and attempted robbery charges against the singer and referred the issue to the L.A. city attorney to see if the incident warranted a misdemeanor charge. West, who has long maintained a hostile stance toward paparazzi and even rapped about his contempt for the media, was captured on video July 19 wrestling the photographer to the ground. Deputy Dist. Atty Amy-Hannah Broersma wrote that West and “attacked a freelance photographer” who was subsequently treated for contusion and muscle strain at Marina del Rey Hospital. She wrote that the case was declined after investigators from the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division presented the case and a video of the incident was reviewed. The prosecutor said an attempted robbery charged was declined because there was insufficient evidence of any “specific intent.” She added that felony assault charges were rejected because the victim did not sustain significant injuries. The prosecutor noted the victim’s camera was not booked into evidence and “it is unknown whether it was damaged, therefore vandalism charges were not considered.” The singer’s lawyer has insisted that West was simply trying to stop the photographer from taking a picture. A video shows West emerging from the airport and heading toward a waiting car. He then stops and appears to get into an argument with one of numerous photographers on scene. The video, obtained by TMZ, shows West grabbing the photographer. He appears to have the photographer in a headlock as he forces him to the ground. While a camera is between the pair, his lawyer told authorities the video shows he never grabbed it. As long as Kanye has his hands full with North…..the world is safe.

Miley Cyrus Engagement Ring Pic: Gorg!

The Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth engagement. It’s become more of a mystery than the continued success of Two and a Half Men. Are they together? Are they broken up? Will a wedding ever take place? In the latest chapter of this saga, Cyrus has posted a new photo to Twitter in which she’s wearing the 3.5 carat Neil Lane ring presented to her by The Hunger Games star, including with it a gold necklace, black sunglasses and a simple caption: #gorg. Is this a message from Cyrus to her fans that all is okay with Hemsworth? In a revealing interview with V this month, she attempted to quiet all split rumors by simply saying she and Liam are too busy to walk around together and go to Starbucks every morning. But those words didn’t seem to take. Perhaps this picture will therefore do the trick.

Jenelle Evans: Facing Two YEARS in Jail if Convicted on Drug, Assault Charges

Jenelle Evans’ recent arrests for possession of heroin and assault may land her in jail for two years or more if convicted, according to a new report. That’s harsh enough that even mom Barbara Evans might feel sorry for her. The troubled Teen Mom 2 star was arrested with husband Courtland Rogers in April but the case is just getting underway today, her lawyer Dustin Sullivan said. “We are waiting for her to be indicted for a felony,” her attorney said. The sentencing guidelines, if she’s convicted , “could be 25 months.” Her next court date is July 1, and Sullivan said he expects the grand jury to indict her on felony charges either before then or shortly thereafter. The 21-year-old Jenelle Evans has insisted, of course, that she is innocent of the charges, and that the entire situation is her estranged hubby’s fault. “Jenelle is going to fight these charges hard because she wasn’t responsible, Courtland Rogers was,” the source said, adding that it was his house. Or his parents’ house, to be precise (they’ve since been kicked out). Speaking of Rogers, he’s still in jail, since he was on probation for assaulting Evans and their unborn child (she miscarried) at the time of his arrest. He’s been unable to pay $50,000 in bail; Jenelle was released. What the MTV star has been up to since? No one knows for sure. You can bet that it hasn’t been helping raise Jace, though.
