The Pennsylvania Superior Court also overturned the trial judge’s parole violation findings that sent the entertainer back to prison in 2017 for five months. Later this year The Weeknd will be featured in a crime thriller Uncut Gems. The Weeknd will play as himself alongside Adam Sandler , Idina Menzel, Lakeith Stanfield , Judd Hirsch, and Kevin Garnett . The film previewed at the Toronto International Film Festival , where the movie was described as, “an electrifying crime thriller about Howard Ratner (Adam Sandler), a charismatic New York City jeweler always on the lookout for the next big score. When he makes a series of high-stakes bets that could lead to the windfall of a lifetime, Howard must perform a precarious high-wire act, balancing business, family, and encroaching adversaries on all sides, in his relentless pursuit of the ultimate win.” The film is currently set to run 135 minutes, so just over 2 hours. It is set to open in theaters on Christmas this year with a trailer set to drop as soon as September. I would honestly say it’s probably the worst it’s been in our relationship because we don’t communicate because HE won’t communicate. So it’s hard to be dealing with court, having children, my son is about to be starting school. That’s where we are. Apryl adds just how Fizz has stepped in to pick up Omari’s fatherly slack When it pertains to me dealing with the father of my children, [Fizz] has stepped in. He sees the way Omari doesn’t communicate, and when he does communicate it’s ignorant at times. Me and him are as close as we are because he’s dealing with someone who is almost similar to his children. We have that compatibility. When he sees that I don’t have anyone helping me with the children, he’ll be like “look, you gotta go work. You gotta go make your money”, you know? What a friend would do. Here is here, hit play. Source: Petra Schönberger/Future Image/WENN.com / WENN Kevin Spacey’s Sexual Assault Case Has Been Dismissed The sexual assault charges Kevin Spacey was facing have reportedly been dismissed. According to reports from TMZ , a Massachusetts judge recently tossed out the disgraced actor’s case “due to the unavailability of the complaining witness.” Spacey was facing criminal charges of indecent assault and battery in connection to a July 2016 incident, in which he allegedly groped a then-18-year-old boy. This latest development in the case doesn’t come as a complete surprise. Many suspected that the charges against the 59-year-old would be dropped after the accuser refused to testify at a pre-trial hearing earlier this month. The alleged victim decided to invoke his Fifth Amendment right, not answering any questions about his missing cellphone that allegedly contained text messages proving Spacey’s innocence. The accuser dropped his civil suit against the actor about two weeks ago. When the alleged assault took place, Spacey was accused of buying the teen alcoholic drinks before sticking his hands down the his pants and grabbing his genitals. The former House of Cards star denied the allegations, which were first made public in 2017, and pleaded not guilty to the charges back in January. Even though this case is being thrown out, Kevin Spacey remains under investigation for other alleged sexual assaults that are said to have taken place in both Los Angeles and England.

According to Page Six , the 57-year-old’s mystery man has been identified as Marc Tomblin, who was convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon in 2013 in North Carolina. In addition, Tomblin, who works in “finance,” has a conviction of felony breaking and entering in May 2013 AND two robbery charges from August 2012. When TMZ caught wind of Tomblin’s past, they asked Wendy about it. Her response? She ain’t going nowhere. “I am a 54-year-old grown-ass woman,” she said. “I know what I’m doing.” Adding, “Look, my husband had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years … where I was cooped up only to be a show pony.
