Brooke Mueller is either in denial. Or is just really good at kicking this whole substance abuse thing. The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, who entered rehab last week for the 19th time – no, that is not a typo – after an assistant found her passed out and dialed 911, is already out and back in the real world, just six days after admission. Sources tell TMZ Mueller’s goal this time around was simply to detox (from an admitted Adderall addiction ), which can typically take just a few days to accomplish… but it’s rather clear Mueller has an overarching problem here. Brooke will continue to undergo psychological outpatient treatment and she’s also regained custody of her twin boys, who had been under the care of her mother. For their sake, we sincerely hope Muller has her act together.

Paz de la Huerta is naked in this month’s Playboy . In related news, the sky is blue and Brooke Mueller just left rehab again. We kid (sort of), viewers of HBO’s Boardwalk Empire are well aware that the actress has no problem at all with nudity. She says as much in an interview with the iconic magazine. “I celebrate nudity every day,” de la Huerta says. “It’s our first wardrobe… We did the photos with no makeup, and we both wanted them to have a very natural feeling.” Based on the above cover, it’s safe to say she’s accomplished that. Assuming one’s natural state is to be spread eagle on the beach, that is. The star posed for photographer Mario Sorrenti, and it’s clear she’s a big fan of his work. Says de la Huerta: “I did my first nude shoot with Mario when I was 17. He made me feel beautiful, and I really feel it was on that shoot that I overcame my fear of being naked. Mario is such an artist. He has taken photographs of me in which my body looks like a sculpture.”

Ice-T is not gonna be happy when he hears this. Rapper AP.9, the man with whom Coco disrespected Ice-T in Vegas recently, is now strongly insinuating that he’s banging T’s wife, or was. Something like that. Ice blasted his wife on Twitter after photos surfaced featuring Coco and AP.9 getting cozy during a recent night out, calling the shots “disrespectful and in bad taste.” Coco said the pictures were harmless and stated that she’s “happily married,” but nevertheless apologized publicly to Ice for hurting him like that. This weekend, however, AP.9 was shamelessly trying to breathe life back into the story when he was asked by TMZ about the rumors he was nailing Coco. The rapper smiled and said, “That’s a RUMOR? Is that a rumor ?” He added, with a huge smile on his face, “No comment man.” When asked if he was worried about retaliation from Ice-T, not someone most people want to mess with, AP.9 shot back, “I’m from the hood … I’m not worried about nothin’.” So that about brings you up to date.
