Hannah Brown: My Life is Chaos and I’m Struggling

Hannah Brown is the first to admit that her life has been turned upside down . Her role as Bachelorette was not the journey she expected. Instead, she’s living alone for the first time, and she’s being very honest with fans. Hannah is struggling with where her life has brought her. Hannah Brown posted a lengthy confessional essay on her Instagram. “Honest policy: I’m struggling,” the beloved Bachelorette begins. She acknowledges that “Life is so different.” “Since last August, I’ve been a pageant queen, a bachelor contestant, and the Bachelorette,” Hannah notes. “I’ve been in love with multiple people, I got engaged, I broke off an engagement,” she recalls. “And I shared it all with millions of people.” “My faith has been questioned by thousands who don’t know my heart,” Hannah laments. “And,” she continues. “My transparency with my decisions has labeled me promiscuous.” None of her actions have deserved that label — though there is of course nothing wrong with promiscuity. “Simultaneously,” Hannah writes. “I’ve become a role model for young women and started bigger conversations around faith, and sex.” “I’m living on my own for the first time,” she adds. “And shuffling through this life of next steps with press, media, and opportunities galore.” “I miss my friends and family that have watched my life explode,” Hannah expresses. Living on your own for the first time is a big deal. That’s also a stark reminder of how young Hannah is. “I feel guilty,” she admits. “Because I don’t have the time or emotional capacity to fill each of them in on my life right now.” Hey, no judgment here. “I can’t keep up with the people that matter most,” Hannah laments. “Because I can barely keep up with my own life right now.” “I am not complaining about this past year of adventures,” Hannh clarifies. In fact, she notes that there have been some very positive changes. “The woman who has emerged would shock the mirror-image young girl from a year ago,” she says. Hannah acknowledges: “I have so many blessings to be thankful for.” “However,” she adds. “It’s uncharted territory for me, and it’s been hard to really process what the heck is going on.” “Maybe I needed write this out to remind myself I’m human,” Hannah suggests. “And it’s okay to be overwhelmed.” She adds: “And maybe, I just needed to remind you guys too.” “Life is beautiful, but wild,” Hannah emphasizes. “I think it’s okay to be strong-to know you’re strong-but to still feel weak simultaneously.” “I believe that’s when the magic happens,” she writes. “My spirit has opportunity to grow and blossom from this place.” “Healing and restoration can happen,” Hannah affirms. This is where Hannah begins to discuss her journey through the lens of her faith. She is a Christian. “I can rest knowing that My Savior has compassion and wants to help and love me through this journey,” Hannah writes. “I’ve just got to let Him.” “I don’t know if I have been lately,” she admits. “But I am now because honestly, I think I would give out if I didn’t.” “So yeah,” Hannah continues. “I’m not going to struggle to disguise my weakness.” “I’m just gonna give over the keys to my main man Jesus,” Hannah concludes. “And let him bless me through this ride.” In times of doubt and troubles, leaning on your faith can be a powerful way to cope. The Bachelorette Recap: Which Luke Did Hannah Choose?

Two Lukes entered on The Bachelorette this week, both hoping to enter Hannah Brown at some point. But only one Luke left. Indeed, the rare Tuesday installment of this beloved ABC franchise produced what amounted to a one-on-one battle for Hannah’s affections, following some serious back and forth between two men with the same first name. Would producers make Hannah choose the stalker-ish one who declared his ever-lasting love for her after about three hours? Or the one who warned her that this guy is a phony who isn’t exactly on the level? This is what it came down to for Brown this week, who jetted off to Scotland while pondering the decision and giving each suitor a forum with which he could trash the other. More or less, that is. At one point, Hannah pulled the two Lukes aside to get them to talk out their differences. The Bachelorette told these fellas, who previously got into a physical altercation on the rugby pitch, that she was irritated with their accusations against each other, along with their perceived dishonesty. “I’m not going to sit here and ever tell Hannah anything I don’t believe,” Luke P. said, adding he didn’t see Luke S. as “a fit” for the woman he wanted to be his wife. Added Luke Parker : “At the end of the day, I told Hannah how I feel. My feelings about you being here for the right reasons haven’t changed.” However, Luke S. wasn’t convinced his rival’s intentions were pure, telling him flat out: “With you, it’s just lie after lie, manipulation after manipulation. I wish Hannah could see what’s going on right now.” The viewers can see, of course. And numerous celebrities can see, having alerted Hannah to all the clear red flags Parker is basically waving high in the air . But Hannah continues to either be blinded by love or lust when it comes to this contestant. Very frustrated by the entire situation, she actually cancelled the night’s cocktail party, calling it a “confusing night” that ended a “hard week” at the subsequent rose ceremony. Announcing she intended to follow her instincts with the evening’s selection, Luke S. made a point to pull Hannah aside for the final time, telling her he intended to send himself home amid the drama. For real! “I would just urge you to keep your eyes open for … I think you know who I’m talking about,” he told her, obviously talking about that other, allegedly conniving Luke. You know, the one who did receive a rose from Hannah. “Luke P. is still here because my heart wants him to be here – my head doesn’t always want him to be here,” Hannah explained to the camera. She added: “It makes it really difficult to know what’s the best decision to make. We know we have chemistry, but there are red flags and I honestly haven’t had time to explore our relationship the way it needs to be explored.” She wants to have sex with him. We think that’s what Hannah is saying here. With Luke S. outta there due to his drama with the overwhelmingly disliked suitor, Jed warned the rest of the men to watch their backs going forward. “We’ll have to be really careful in this,” he told the group. “He will do anything to rise up. He will pull anyone down. He’s not a good dude, he’s proven it over and over again.” This is starting to sound more like Game of Thrones than The Bachelorette, huh? The Bachelorette Spoilers: Hannah Brown Is Engaged! (And We Know Who the Lucky Guy Is!)

Folks, we have good news and even better news: The good news is, Hannah Brown is engaged! The even better news? She’s not engaged to Luke Parker! Once again, Reality Steve has delivered in the spoilers department , and it sounds like everything’s coming up roses for the Beast Mode Bachelorette. In case it’s not abundantly clear, major Bachelorette spoilers lie ahead, so read no further if you wish to be surprised by this year’s finale! There was a lot of speculation over the weekend surrounding photos of Tyler Cameron and Jed Wyatt, who were both spotted partying near their respective hometowns. Since Hannah wasn’t present at either fiesta, and since other females were on hand, many took the celebrations as signs that Tyler and Jed are both still single. But now, Reality Steve is shutting the rumor mill down and setting the record straight: First, he informs his readers that Tyler and Jed were Hannah’s final two bachelors. Then, he tells us in no uncertain terms: “Hannah picked Tyler Cameron and they are engaged.” We’ve known the identities of Hannah’s final four for quite some time, but this is our first official confirmation that Hannah ends up with Tyler C. in the end. So who is the lucky guy who will hopefully be exchanging vows with Hannah in the very near future? Well, he’s a model and former college football player who will have his first one-on-one date with Hannah during tonight’s episode. Tyler had aspirations of becoming an NFL quarterback, but those dreams came crashing down when he came off the bench for Wake Forest during a 2013 game against Florida State. Cameron posted Nathan Peterman-like numbers in his brief outing, throwing three interceptions in the span of just four passes. Those would have been solid stats if the opposing secondary played for Tyler’s team, but alas, that was not the case, and poor Mr. Cameron was condemned to the drudgery of male modeling. Quelle horreur! Anyway, clearly Tyler charmed Hannah, and he’ll have his first chance to charm America tonight. We don’t know much about him, but we know he’s not Luke Parker, which is good enough for us. As for Luke, he reportedly gets sent home for slut-shaming Hannah , which confirms that he’s every bit the douche-nozzle we suspected him of being. Derek Jeter is the most clutch athlete in the history of modern day sports. But he’ll soon be faced with pressure-packed situations that make plate appearances in the World Series seem like relaxing walks in the park. How quickly can he change a dirty diaper?!?  Can he heat up breast milk in efficient fashion?!? Does he have a strong swaddling game?!? These questions are now more pertinent than ever because Jeter is a first-time father! Just a few minutes ago, The Players Tribune, an online publication started by the future Hall of Fame shortstop, posted the following message on Twitter: “Congratulations Derek and @hannahbjeter on the birth of your baby girl, Bella Raine Jeter, born Thursday, August 17.” No word yet on the child’s measurements or the exact time she entered the world, but we’re guessing she did so in dramatic fashion. Just based on the identity of her father. The retired New York Yankees star and the supermodel announced in February that they were expecting a baby girl. “Now, pregnant with our first child, Derek and I are looking to the future,” the model wrote on Jeter’s website . “Whatever her name is, I know she’ll run circles around him. In a post that went viral, she added of her bundle of her impending children: “They’re going to be born into such an extraordinary situation. They’re going to have to be some strong little people. “We don’t want them to be defined by their dad’s name – for them, we want him to just be ‘Dad.’ That will be the piece of him they’ll have that the rest of the world doesn’t. “It will be special, and it will be theirs.” Following this afternoon’s big announcement, the Yankees also took to Twitter to send their well wishes to the new parents, Tweeting: “Congrats to Derek & Hannah Jeter on the birth of their daughter, Bella Raine Jeter. We can’t wait to meet her!” What great timing, too. The Yankees are fresh off a four-game sweep of the New York Mets and start a three-game series against the hated Boston Red Sox tonight. Hannah and Derek can rock their little girl to sleep while seeing if the latter’s former team can give itself a legitimate shot to win the American League East by taking a couple games in this series. Jeter and Davis, it should be noted, began dating in 2012. They tied the knot on a golf course at Meadowood Napa Valley Resort in St. Helena, California, in July of 2016. Chrissy Teigen: Of COURSE I’ve Had Plastic Surgery!

Chrissy Teigen is absolutely delightful, just a real and true gem. One of the things that we love about her — and let’s be real, there’s a long, long list — is her honesty. Girl does not hold back about anything, and it’s always wonderful to see. And earlier this week at a promotional event, Chrissy really let some home truths fly. See, she’s doing a new makeup palette in collaboration with Becca Cosmetics, and at a launch party for the product on Thursday night, she told reporters that she’d had plastic surgery. Extensive plastic surgery, even. One of the things she claimed to have done, odd as it may seem, is liposuction on her armpits. “I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things,” she said. “It’s a big secret, but I don’t care.” “It was nine years ago or so,” she continued. “And it added two inches to my arms. Now it’s back though, so now I gotta pay for [liposuction] again.” She said that it was “so easy,” and that “It made me feel better in strapless dresses, and I felt more confident.” “It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I’ve ever done. The dumbest, but I like it, whatever. I have no regrets, honestly.” It sounds weird when you first think about it — liposuction in the armpit, that is — but it sort of makes sense, doesn’t it? And if it makes her feel more confident, then more power to that armpit fat removal! But the liposuction wasn’t the only cosmetic procedure Chrissy admitted to — she also said “Everything else is fake, but my cheeks are real.” “Women are like, ‘those fake-ass cheeks,’ and I’m like, No! This is my real face!” She even pointed at her nose, her lips and her forehead, saying “Fake, fake, fake.” Those who heard her firsthand say that she was obviously joking about having plastic surgery on her face, and most reasonable people reading it would figure that out, too. But goodness knows that the vast majority of internet users are not reasonable people. After her quotes began circulating, several outlets and readers took her joke as fact, so much so that Chrissy had to hop on Twitter to set the record straight. “Reminder to never ever joke, ever,” she wrote.  However, she did clarify that “I did to the armpits, no regrets except it clearly came back.” She adorably added “You think I’d have this ass if I’d done extensive work? Like who would ask for this ass.” Oh, Chrissy. Never, ever change.

Though they’re no longer together , they’ve been through a lot together. They brought Honey Boo Boo into the world, they became famous together after a particularly scandalous appearance on Toddlers and Tiaras. And later, they tried to save their failing relationship, even though Sugar Bear had cheated on June with multiple people and June had dated a child molester at one point when they were broken up. They gave it their best shot — or a shot, anyway — but things didn’t work out. These days, Sugar Bear is married to Jennifer Lamb , and Mama June has unsuccessfully dated a couple of guys. Although it seems like they’ve made up their minds, that their love story is over, that may not be the case. Because another important fact about these people is that Mama June has spent the last several months completely transforming her body — she’s lost a massive amount of weight . And it seems like Sugar Bear might be kicking himself for losing her. According to a new report from Hollywood Life, Sugar Bear got a glimpse of that new Baywatch photo shoot June did — the one where she’s showing off her new bod in that iconic red swimsuit. And it’s making him feel all kinds of ways. 13 Reasons Why: Officially Renewed for Season Two!

Boy, do we have some great news for all the people who fell in love with Netflix’s hit series, 13 Reasons Why. Oh, and we also have great news for all the people who fell in love with bashing the hell out of the show . Netflix just announced that 13 Reasons Why is officially getting a second season, set to air sometime next year. The announcement didn’t reveal any additional details, so all we’re left with is a whole bunch of confusion. Because seriously, how are they going to pull a second season out of this story? If you haven’t seen the show yet, either because you’re not interested in seeing graphic suicide and rape scenes or because you’re just not interested period, there’s actually a lot of possibilities for season two. For instance, while Hannah Baker, the girl who killed herself and left behind the titular 13 Reasons Why, pretty much had her story all wrapped up, the other characters didn’t. At the end of the first season, one character tried to shoot himself in the head. We saw him being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Last we heard, the character was in critical condition, so that’s quite the loose end. Another character was preparing for a school shooting, which would provide plenty of material for the story. We could see Hannah get justice for all the things that happened to her, or we could see more of her parents’ side of the story. It’s hard to say what will happen at this point, but before the news of the renewal broke, one of the show’s writers dropped a big hint about what could happen next. It sounds like even though Hannah killed herself before the first season even began, the character will almost definitely be a big part of the next season. “One of the things that is a fundamental element of our show is the weaving of past and the present,” the writer, Brian Yorkey, explained . “Hannah’s story is still very much not finished. She’s an integral part of whatever the next chapter of the story is, and she’s very much still at the center of it.” While many people are excited about the return of the Selena Gomez-produced series , many people are not. “THE SHOW WAS CALLED 13 REASONS WHY SHE ALREADY TOLD US THE REASONS WHAT IS THE POINT OF SEASON 2,” one particularly passionate person tweeted in response to the news. Another joked “13 Reasons Why There Really Shouldn’t Be Another Season of This — written and directed by me coming to Netflix early 2018.” Others have argued that having a second season, especially featuring Hannah, lessens the impact of her death — the character killed herself, there’s no coming back.
