Newly Wed: Eric Gunderson and Emily Hagar

Eric Gunderson of the American country trio “Love and Theft,” married his four-year girlfriend Emily Hagar, who’s a college student. They tied the knot at sunset on the front porch of the historic Hazel Path mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee on Saturday. The reception catered more or less 200 guests, was held in a tent on the grounds of the 1837 plantation. It also features a Moroccan theme. Hagar wanted it to be dark and romantic with a lot of candles, collection of lanterns, satin purple linens and jewel-tones. The foods served were a bit traditional which includes chicken, mashed potatoes, bread, green beans and salad. Hagar handled most of the wedding planning details. The couple will have their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. Newly Wed: Eric Gunderson and Emily Hagar is a post from: Daily World Buzz Continue reading

Lydia Hearst and Some Other Models Topless in Purple of the Day

I am happy that Terry Richardson finally let a little loose and brought some of his historic work to this photoshoot in Purple. Maybe his corporate gigs don’t let him take the pictures into the erotic, naked place he’s known for, but luckily Purple is the porn magazine for Fashion. They know that tits get attention and for some reason the models they hire for the shoot seem really down in stripping down, I even feel like they don’t even get paid to do these shoots, it’s all volunteer-based, and the depressing thing in all this is that they’d never do anything like this for me, no matter how I spun it into lookin’ like it’s for art or fashion… One of the models is Lydia Hearst, who is my internet friend and who I think is amazing, partially because she’s my internet friend, but also because she hasn’t called the cops on me or blocked me on Twitter, when most of these girls are too insecure or stupid to get my jokes or what I do, not that I really even know what I do, but I do know it doesn’t seem to bother Lydia….and that just makes her and her tits the best….

Luke Russert Disproving Those Nepotism Charges One Story at a Time

In your blizzardy Wednesday media column: Luke Russert does it the Luke Russert way, the NYT has no iPad comment, a new journalism moneymaking scheme, and David Remnick acts so haughty you’d think he runs America’s best magazine or something. Professional journalist Luke Russert says about the above Twitpic: “It’s not that bad, in fact being a correspondent in this weather is a day at the beach!” Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Whew. Even though the New York Times managed to make some money last year, they didn’t say a dadgum thing about the iPad during their earnings call ! The iPad is all that humans care about now NYT, get with the “program,” okay? The latest thing that a journalist is doing to try to make money and thereby not starve : a former religion reporter and a former con man are forming a business reporting venture in which they do investigative reporting on companies, then short the stock. Clearly, the money here will be made when they sell the odd-couple screwball comedy screenplay. David Remnick on whether the National Enquirer should win a Pulitzer: “I’m not a ridiculous prude about it, but: is that a great achievement of journalism?” Hello, pretentious. Who the fuck are you, Seymour Hersh’s editor?
