Source: Petra Schönberger/Future Image/WENN.com / WENN Kevin Spacey’s Sexual Assault Case Has Been Dismissed The sexual assault charges Kevin Spacey was facing have reportedly been dismissed. According to reports from TMZ , a Massachusetts judge recently tossed out the disgraced actor’s case “due to the unavailability of the complaining witness.” Spacey was facing criminal charges of indecent assault and battery in connection to a July 2016 incident, in which he allegedly groped a then-18-year-old boy. This latest development in the case doesn’t come as a complete surprise. Many suspected that the charges against the 59-year-old would be dropped after the accuser refused to testify at a pre-trial hearing earlier this month. The alleged victim decided to invoke his Fifth Amendment right, not answering any questions about his missing cellphone that allegedly contained text messages proving Spacey’s innocence. The accuser dropped his civil suit against the actor about two weeks ago. When the alleged assault took place, Spacey was accused of buying the teen alcoholic drinks before sticking his hands down the his pants and grabbing his genitals. The former House of Cards star denied the allegations, which were first made public in 2017, and pleaded not guilty to the charges back in January. Even though this case is being thrown out, Kevin Spacey remains under investigation for other alleged sexual assaults that are said to have taken place in both Los Angeles and England.

Source: MStudioImages / Getty Faceapp had social media going crazy over the past week with people posting pictures of what they would look like as seniors. It even started a viral hashtag called the #faceappchallenge but now people who participated may have voluntarily given their information to Russians. Experts are concerned about the privacy and security of the app and it’s permissions and what it could be collecting from it’s users. Basically if you have the app the Russians who created the app can now have access to your personal information and identity which could pose a problem on many levels. Via NYPost: But be warned: FaceApp, which you grant permission to access your photo gallery, also includes in their Terms and Conditions that they have the right to modify, reproduce and publish any of the images you process through its AI. That means that your face could end up being commercialized — or worse. UK-based Digitas strategist James Whatley said on Twitter, “You grant FaceApp a perpetual, irrevocable… royalty-free… license to use, adapt, publish, distribute your user content… in all media formats… when you post or otherwise share.” That means they can also use your real name, your username or “any likeness provided” in any format without notifying, much less paying, you. They can retain that material as long as they want, even after you delete the app, and you won’t be able to stop them. Source: Al Pereira / Getty We may have found the biggest Tupac fan in the Midwest. And no, it’s not who you think it is. The Associated Press reports that 66-year-old Jerry Foxhoven , formerly Iowa’s Department of Human Services Director, was let go from his job after sending a Tupac-referencing email to all 4,300 of the agency’s employees. Now, other folks had complained about Foxhoven’s Tupac themed emails before and according to company documents, Foxhoven released about 350 pages worth of emails with the words “Tupac” or “2Pac” sent to and from him during his two years at the Department. Want your mind blown? This, is Jerry Foxhoven. He would host “Tupac Fridays” parties in the office, traded lyrics with employees and marked his own 65th birthday with a Shakur-themed party, complete with “Thug Life” decorated on the cookies. All in all, Foxhoven seemed to be inspired by the “So Many Tears” rapper, telling colleagues that he was inspired by lyrics that included: “it’s time for us as a people to start makin’ some changes.” Foxhoven’s final email told his co-workers to celebrate Father’s Day and Tupac’s birthday (June 16th) by listening to tracks like “Changes” and “Ambitionz Az A Ridah” among others. The next day, Iowa governor Kim Reynolds told him to resign. Yeah, all because HE didn’t forget about Pac, even if some employees didn’t care for the slain rapper. But, nobody knows for certain why Foxhoven was let go from his position. And according to Iowa law, state agencies are required to release the “documented reasons and rationale” when employees resign instead of being terminated. “As the governor has said, a lot of factors contributed to the resignation of Jerry Foxhoven and now Gov. Reynolds is looking forward to taking DHS in a new direction,” spokesman Pat Garrett said. It looks like Crystal Methvin’s chickens have come home to roost. (We joke — despite her name, Ms. Methvin has no connection to this story) But police in Tennessee are warning about how the public can prevent hoardes of methed up ‘gators from terrorizing the countryside. Pro-tip: don’t dump your meth down the toilet. The Loretta Police Department in Tennessee “attempting to flush methamphetamine along with several items of paraphernalia.” “When you send something down the sewer pipe,” police remind people. “It ends up in our retention ponds.” This is where it remains “for processing before it is sent down stream.” “Our sewer guys take great pride in releasing water that is cleaner than what is in the creek,” law enforcement affirms. “But,” the Loretta Police Department admits. “They are not really prepared for meth.” Who is ? What has investigators particularly concerned is how far downstream methamphetamines might pollute the water. “it would create meth-gators in Shoal Creek and the Tennessee River down in North Alabama,” police fear. “They’ve had enough methed up animals the past few weeks without our help,” the statement casually laments. “So,” the police joke. “If you need to dispose of your drugs just give us a call.” “And,” the department promises. “We will make sure they are disposed of in the proper way.” First of all, very cute ending your PSA with a reminder that you’re not actually offering someone a solution that won’t involve their arrest. Whoever was trying to dump a bunch of meth was probably just trying to hide it from the police in the first place. But obviously, that wasn’t the eye-catching part of this bonkers story. So casually, the police mention animals strung out on meth causing problems. And then they mention meth-gators. Around 2015, Syfy started producing actual genre content again instead of operating their business model on some wild dare. But we have to guess that someone, somewhere is currently churning out a treatment for “Meth Gators” or something similar. (Personally, I prefer Methigator — a longer word but it reads easily) The idea of hordes of rampaging, meth-fueled gators frenzying through, say, a small town? I’d spend an afternoon daydrinking and watching that. Throw in some other meth-frenzied animals as a bonus and you could have the set up for a whole new franchise. Sharknado who??? On a less entertaining note, this story is a grim reminder of how much humans unwittingly dump into our environment every single day. “Flushable” wipes should never be flushed. The same goes for condoms and hair. Oh, and for meth . Scientists are only just now beginning to understand the role that microplastics are playing in the environment, but it’s nothing good. We all have to live our lives, even if we sometimes cringe at the thought of our carbon footprints. But the least that we can do is not deliberately introduce dangrous chemicals into the water. I don’t actually know what a meth-crazed alligator would be like. It would in part depend upon the dosage and the gator’s size. Alligators naturally have very slow metabolisms. I did come across a case of a massive python that was not only dosed with but addicted to methamphetamines. The drugs in its system, absorbed through its skin, made it more aggressive, confused, and erratic than normal. The python required six weeks of detoxification. So yeah, for the sake of whoever would have to run Gator Rehab, let’s avoid flushing meth.
Fans have been concerned for years that Azan Tefou, whose real name is Hassan, is just stringing along Nicole Nafziger. Viewers of this latest season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? haven't exactly been reassured by the content of Season 4. The plan remains the same: Nicole will embark on an expensive trip, meet up with Azan, and eventually bring him to the US with her. Nicole keeps showing a lot of eagerness. Azan, from what 90 Day Fiance viewers have seen, has not. After their latest mysteriously canceled trip, fans have been reporting that Azan is finally done catfishing her. Not because he had a moral wakeup call — but because she ran out of cash to send him. Is it true? Take a look: 1. Is it over? A lot of fans want to see Nicole get her happily ever after, but some of her supporters are less and less sure that she can get that with Azan. No matter how you feel about them as a couple, if this new breakup rumor about them is true, it’s going to be huge for the fandom. 2. First, they tried 90 Day Fiance Nicole apparently signed up because she thought that the show might help with the K-1 visa process. Nope! Where’s the drama in that? The paperwork (and it is expensive) remains the American spouse’s job. 3. That didn’t work Nicole says that men Azan’s age are not having any luck getting K-1 visas. Young Muslim men having trouble getting into the US is pretty believable, unfortunately. That said … this is the same couple who claims that Morocco doesn’t allow money to be sent out, which does not appear to be true. 4. The plan is still to live in America It’s just that that plan now involves extra steps, beyond those of the K-1 visa. 5. So they’ll get married in Morocco! That’s what Nicole and Azan tried to do, only to call off the wedding … twice. Nicole’s family is in less good humor about losing out travel money than Nicole herself. 6. Nicole promised that she’d made a careful investment She told her fans and family alike that she’d given Azan $6,000 so that he could start a shop in Morocco. It was a very vaguely defined store, and people worried that she was being scammed. Nicole’s intention was to put people at ease because they were laying the groundwork for their future together. Looks like a sibling for Stormi will soon be on the way! After months of rumors, People magazine (generally a reliable source on all things Kar-Jenner clan) is reporting today that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are officially working on having a second child! As if that weren’t exciting enough, an insider tells the magazine that Kylie and Travis are planning to get married , as well! The source says that while Kylie is “very happy with her life” the way it is now, she’s very much looking forward to the major changes that lie ahead. “Kylie loves being a mom and can’t wait to give Stormi a sibling,” the insider says. “Everyone thinks Kylie will be pregnant with her second baby soon. They are trying.” Reports that Kylie is pregnant with her second child have been circulating pretty much since the time Stormi was born, but this is the first time a credible source has claimed that the cosmetics mogul is actively trying for a second child. Of course, the other persistent rumor of the past year has been the claim that Kylie and Travis are engaged . While the insider stops just short of claiming that Scott has popped the question, she confirms that the couple is planning to tie the knot sooner rather than later. “She and Travis are discussing marriage,” the source claims. (it may seem a bit presumptuous of us to use the feminine pronoun, but when a Kardashian source goes this in-depth with a credible publication, we just assume it’s Kris Jenner.) Anyway, Kylie has been open for quite some time about the fact that she hopes to give Stormi a sibling soon. And based on her recent Instagram activity, it seems she’s hoping for another girl. When a fan commented on one of her pics, “Perfect lil family now give Stormi a brother,” Kylie replied, “Sister!!” “I do want to have more — when, is the question,” Kylie told James Charles in a recent makeup tutorial video. “Like, I want seven girls and then maybe I’ll consider having a boy.” Kylie added that becoming a mother has made her “really feel like this is always what I was meant to do.” Well, she certainly got an early start! And as the world’s youngest self-made billionaire , Kylie can afford to have as many kids as she wants! Congratulations may be a bit premature at this point, but we’ll go ahead and offer ’em up, anyway! After all, when does Kylie set her mind to something and not do it? Some shows are meant to stay dead. But with creativity at an all-time low in Hollywood, networks are banking on reboots of former successful shows to bring in a crowd. For the most part, reboots suck. These 13 shows forever tarnished the names of the shows that came before them. 1. 90210 – The CW The CW always seems to have reboots in the works. One of the earlier ones, 90210, was lackluster from start to finish. It had appearances from a select few original series stars, but it was too melodramatic to take seriously. It ended after five seasons after ratings collapsed. 2. Murphy Brown – CBS From the get-go, there was a dark cloud hanging over the Candice Bergen-fronted Murphy Brown. It was never a stellar ratings performer, and the show was not as talked about as the likes of Roseanne. When it premiered, the ratings were paltry and the reviews were just as bad. The only good thing is that much of the show’s original cast returned, but the show was not as good as it was back in the day. It was canceled after just one season. 3. Heroes: Reborn – NBC Heroes suffered from terrible writing and low ratings in its final two seasons, leading NBC to cancel the series after four seasons. To the surprise of many, it returned several years later in the form of Heroes: Reborn, with a largely new cast. It suffered from the same problems the original series had: Bad writing. It was canceled after one season. 4. Charmed – The CW The original Charmed was a huge success, but the reboot decided to ditch everything that came before it and the result was a TV show that felt like a low budget imitation. Despite horrible ratings, The CW renewed it for a second season. 5. Dynasty – The CW The CW’s take on Dynasty suffers as a result of a limited budget. It mostly sticks to the same sets every week, and is saddled with predictable plots, and has very little resemblance to the original series. Additionally, the cast seems to be changing on a weekly basis. It should never have been a thing. 6. Charlie’s Angels – ABC A decent cast was squandered with terrible dialog and even worse plotting. The series paled in comparison to the original series and even the two terrible movies. View Slideshow
