David Eason Testifies at Custody Hearing: Did He Throw a Tantrum?

Jenelle Evans managed to maintain custody of her children throughout numerous arrests, violent episodes, and documented instances of substance abuse (including at least one while she was pregnant). But her marriage to David Eason has put her in a position where she's only permitted to see her kids during supervised visits for one hour a week. Granted, Jenelle certainly contributed to the environment that led CPS to remove her children for their own safety. But it was David's violent temper — and his decision to shoot and kill the family dog — that prompted the investigation. Yes, Eason's fits of rage are infamous — which is one reason it's so surprising his lawyers decided to put him on the stand during his custody hearing. Now, The Ashley's Reality Roundup has the latest on what went down during one crazy week in court. Take a look: 1. One Mad Dad David’s violent temper tantrums have been well documented over the years. In April, he shot and killed Jenelle’s 11-pound French bulldog during one such outburst. 2. Justice For Nugget David’s decision to murder little Nugget resulted in a CPS investigation that caused the Easons to lose custody of the three children who were living with them on the property they dubbed “The Land.” 3. The Long Decline David and Jenelle had already lost custody of two of their children, and now, the remaining three have been removed from their care as well. 4. The Wild Card David’s erratic behavior has already caused irreparable damage to his family, and remarkably, he keeps finding ways to make the situation worse. 5. It Never Ends David has clashed with at least two of his kids’ current caretakers in the parking lot outside the courthouse, and he arrived to the first day of testimony with a gun on his dashboard, seemingly in an effort to send a message to reporters. 6. A Baffling Move Now, David has been called to the stand by his own attorneys, and the process is already off to a messy start. View Slideshow

Ashley Martson: I Regret Putting Jay’s Life in Danger …

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? viewers had mixed feelings as they watched an enraged Ashley dial 911 on Jay . He was no longer in the house. And her behavior in order to drive him out of her home went overboard — alarmingly so. While fans sympathize with her given that he had repeatedly cheated on her and then lied to her at every opportunity, many were upset with her actions. Now, with a cooler head, nearly seven months after that scene was filmed, Ashley is acknowledging that she went too far. Take a look below and see her express her regrets — and offer an explanation for why she acted like that. 1. Ashley Martson Looks Majestic 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Ashley Martson got all dolled up for a mock wedding photoshoot, and she looks stunning. 2. It started with Ashley’s quest for the truth Ashley asked Jay’s apparent only friends, the guys at the barbershop, i Jay had been sticking his tattoo needle in other girls, so to speak. 3. She did not like the answer Not only had Jay cheated, she learned that he had boned a girl AT the barbershop, taking her into the bathroom and banging her. The disrespect to the establishment got him roughed up by the owner. 4. She wanted Jay gone Ashley confirmed with the girl that Jay had banged her — not merely gotten a BJ from her, as he had claimed — and furiously packed up his belongings with the help of a friend. 5. When Jay barged into her house, she gave him a piece of her mind “You’re a f–king piece of s–t, I hope you know that,” Ashley told him. 6. She confronted him with the truth In contrast to his claim about oral sex, the girl had told Ashley that the two of them did “pretty much anything that you could think of” in that bathroom. The Ugly Problem With Chris Brown’s ‘Nice Hair’ Lyrics

Here is the original post:

Source: Kevin Winter / Getty When I first came across Chris Brown’s lyrics about “nice hair” on his latest too-damn-long album Indigo , I refused to get mad. I was tired of self inflicting pain on myself over the fact I do not have what society has deemed “good hair.” I shamed myself for forgiving him after he pummeled Rihanna’s face and questioned how a comment about hair would be the straw that broke the camel’s back. I forgave Chris in the past because of youthful ignorance. Because, back then, I couldn’t decipher the language of domestic abuse. Then I experienced it and understood that what occurred between Rihanna and Chris wasn’t a mutual fight, it was abuse. But with her forgiveness of the troubled singer, I too forgave him and started listening to his music again. Incident after incident, I forgave Chris Brown. After all, I’ve been a Chris Brown fan since the beginning *cue throwback photo of me and Chris at the Scream Tour after party* But a las, Chris Brown doesn’t disappoint (only if you count the fact that he consistently disappoints), and is at the center of controversy again with his admission, “Only wanna f**k the black b**ches with the nice hair.” But Chris Brown, in typical Chris Brown fashion, doesn’t see the problem…or he does and rather fuel flames by jumping on the defense and dare the women who are offended by his comments to post a photo of themselves, because he assumes we’re all ugly with skid row edges. “Weird ass angry people,” he wrote in response to a comment about his lyrics on Instagram. “Sincerely, from the bottom of my balls…I DON’T GIVE A F**K BOUT YALL NEGATIVE BOOTYFACE A** B*TCHES…IM START GIVING AWAY FREE LACE-FRONTS FOR ALL YOU WIERD (sic) FEMALES WIT THE SKID ROW EDGES AND LOW SELF ESTEEM. ASIDE FROM THAT…HOP OFF THESE NUTTS.” And if that wasn’t insulting enough, he took a step further for the visually impaired, “Half y’all look like BUDWEISER FROGS. SO PLEASE DON’T COME WIT DA BULLS**T. I WILL FIRE DAT A** UP AND ROAST THE HELL OUT OF YOU OVERLY SENSITIVE DUCKHEAD A** WIERDOS.” As I continue to grow as a woman and my understanding of beauty standards reaches profound depths, his latest stunt is shameful. Especially when much of his fan base is Black women without “good hair” who forgave him. This latest stunt exposes the Black men who use and abuse Black women to only abandon them in the long run. Brown has built his career on the backs of Black women’s support. From his mother to Rihanna to the little girl (me) who camped out to get her CD signed. We spent our hard earned dollars on his product to only be told we’re ugly Becke we don’t fit with his Fine China. The “good hair” conversation is old and tired like Chris Brown’s drug-fueled antics, but unfortunately, it’s a reality whether people like to acknowledge it or not. And most of the time, we rather not acknowledge it because for those who don’t fit into the category (myself included) it’s painful. And for that very reason, I decided I was going to cut off my emotions and tap out of the “good hair” convo to spare what sanity I had left after a week of social media buffoonery. Yet, here I am. But where there’s a “good hair” fire, there’s colorism smoke and a plethora of misguided “pick me” women and men who think  4c girls are just in our feelings or that Chris Brown or any other colorist’s comments don’t apply to them. To men, it’s just “preference.” I t is absolutely OK to be attracted to to different people for your specific reasons. However, when the basis of your preference is rooted in beauty standards defined by European features, you are no longer in the land of preference, but tap dancing on the plantation. The closer to White, the closer to right. And given Chris Brown’s dating history (Karrueche and Karrueche 2), he clearly has a type. And that type doesn’t include 4c or dark skin women . Outspoke Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tokyo Vanity exposed Brown on Instagram accusing the singer of discriminating against dark skin women. “When we was in the club in Miami and in the club in LA, b*tch in your section your rules was ‘No darkies.’ In response to Tokyo calling him out, he posted her bare face on Instastories, with the caption “Damn U fine Babygirl, let me take you to dinner.” When are these entertainers going to get it? And learn that alienating your core audience is career suicide. Brown was barely dancing in the good graces of women post-Rihanna now another assault on us because Black women are clearly dispensable. And if we continue to perpetuate these beauty standards created by our oppressors, we will not grow as a community to a place where colorism is just a conversation versus an overwhelming feeling of not being good enough for even our own people. Do better Chris Brown. RELATED STORIES: Chris Brown Arrested For Felony Assault Warrant After Florida Concert Chris Brown Slammed With A Restraining Order From Another Woman

Little People, Big World: Are the Roloffs Snubbing Audrey and Jeremy?!?

On May 13, Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff announced they were expecting their second child. On May 14, we published an article with the headline  Little People, Big News: Roloffs Congratulate Tori and Zach on Impending Baby . This post included Tweets from family members such as Matt and Audrey, all of whom sent their very best wishes to the couple on this wildly exciting piece of news. Why is this relevant at the moment? Because Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff announced yesterday that they are also expecting their second child. “Baby #2 is coming in January!!! Ember is gonna be a big sister! We are so grateful and excited for this little blessing to join our family,” Audrey wrote as a caption to the photos above and below, which include both her first child and a photo of her sonogram. Added Jeremy, echoing his wife’s message and sentiment: “Ember Jean is going to be a big sister! We’re very excited to grow our family. Thanks for following our journey and for your continual support of our family.” That was then. And now? Nothing. Nothing at all from any of Audrey and Jeremy’s loved ones. Just a few hours ago, Amy Roloff posted a picture of son Zach playing soccer. In this same time period, Matt Roloff posted a picture of himself in Cabo with girlfriend Caryn Chandler. One day ago, Tori shared an adorable family photo of herself, Zach and their son in San Francisco. Our point here is that the Roloffs have been active on social media in the 24 hours or so since Jeremy and Audrey made their huge announcement — and yet no relatives made any mention of the pregnancy at all. Such a (non) reaction has to make you think, doesn’t it? In the past, we’ve documented the alleged feud between Jacob Roloff (who has not commented on the pregnancy, either) and Audrey, as the former reality stars appeared to avoidn each other at all times and at all costs. Insiders have claimed the two disagree strongly over their faith and religion . Specifically, Jacob has supposedly taken issue with how outspoken Audrey can be about Christianity and God, especially when she sometimes combines talk about such topics with items she and Jeremy are trying to sell. Might other Roloffs feel a similar way about Audrey? Or might they be angry that Audrey and Jeremy left Little People, Big World last summer? The couple took all viewers back about a year ago when they confirmed this decision, remarking that it was simply time to move on and focus on other projects. (Audrey and Jeremy have since written a book and started a podcast.) “A year ago I made the decision that this season would be our last,” Jeremy wrote at the time, adding: “It has been an amazing run, and I can’t say thank you enough to all of you who have watched and supported us along the ride… “We thank you, and always enjoy when we get a chance to meet one of you. Whether it be in the airport, on the street, at pumpkin season or at one of our upcoming Beating50percent events! “THANK YOU for all the love and support. Your messages, comments, gifts, and mail are noticed and appreciated. You guys are the best.” None of Audrey and Jeremy’s loved ones seemed especially irritated by this decision when it was made, and TLC still renewed the show for another season. But it’s hard not to read into the radio silence in response to this pregnancy announcement now and not wonder… do better feelings remain? Colt Johnson: New Girlfriend Asks 90 Day Fiance Fans to Stop Bullying Him

Late last month, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Colt Johnson’s new girlfriend was revealed . She’s young, she’s hot, and like Coltee’s ex, she’s Brazilian. Now, we know her name, and she has opened up about how she really feels about dating Coltee. We previously reported on Colt’s alleged new lady love after he clued followers in on her existence a couple of weeks ago. At the time, someone reported that she was a friend-of-a-friend, which gave the allege source the inside scoop. That person claimed that this woman was dating Colt on a lark, but we emphasized at the time that we could not confirm the story’s veracity. Now we know this gorgeous woman’s name — Jess Caroline. And to hear her tell it, she’s dating Coltee because she wants to, not as some sort of prank. Jess Caroline spoke about the relationship on social media. “I lost my flip flops at the pool party on my first date with him,” Jess wrote. She recalled: “I was barefoot, dirty feet, hair was a mess, and super drunk.” In Touch Weekly reached out to her to confirm that she is dating Colt and that someone else is not just pranking 90 Day Fiance fans with her photo. “We have been together for a while,” Jess has shared. “[Anyone] who knows me,” Jess wrote. “Knows that I’m chill and have good intentions.” In other words, the claim that she was dating Colt because the idea seemed funny and nothing more sounds pretty bogus. “Also,” she continued. “That I don’t judge people’s choices. …” So what is her purpose for going on a date with the infamous reality star? Jess explained: “I’m with him because I want [to be] and because he wants [to be].” “We have chemistry,” Jess revealed. She knows that people have said cruel things about Colt. “If you say, ‘He’s ugly and fat,’ well, he can lose weight,” she acknowledged. So can a lot of people, though dramatic weight loss is usually unhealthy. The real point is that Colt’s weight is nobody’s business. “The important thing,” Jess emphasized. “Is how he treats me.” “He makes me laugh and he’s nice,” she claimed. “We like the same movies and songs.” “I know about his past,” Jess wrote. “And have watched the show. In reference to Larissa, she said: “I don’t defend him or her.” They were two people in a deeply toxic relationship, and Jess sees that. “It was just a relationship that didn’t work out,” she expressed. “And life goes on.” “I’m not going to be rude to anyone,” Jess declared. Meaning that no one should expect her to launch an all-out attack on Larissa. Jess would like to see people on social media and beyond be nicer. “Let’s have some empathy to people and their choices,” Jess asked.  “Let’s try to make things lighter,” she suggested. “And criticize less, please.” You know what? That’s pretty reasonable. Larissa Lima has also moved on from Colt, dating a younger, hotter dude. She wrote on Instagram that she is “happy” that Colt is dating again. “Life goes on,” Larissa wrote of her attitude. That’s very similar to the sentiment that Jess expressed. Coltee really does have a type. View Slideshow: Larissa Lima: Heartbroken After Colt Johnson Starts Dating Again?
