Bachelor in Paradise Season 1 Episode 4 Recap: AshLee Gets Busted, Kalon Gets Spurned

Bachelor in Paradise Season 1 Episode 4 welcomed back another blast from the past, and featured more of the surprising twists that have become its calling card. If you watch Bachelor in Paradise online , you know that means tears, drama, more tears, fights and overall nonsense involving Bachelor and Bachelorette castoffs. Even better? This is the first half of a special two-night Bachelor in Paradise EVENT concluding tonight! Good times! On to Monday night’s recap … Michelle Money, having been thrown a life raft of sorts when Chris Bukowski and Elise Mosca left together last week, was spurned at the start. Robert Graham was given the next date card, and chose Sarah Herron, not the Money Maker. At least she helped Sarah braid her hair for their date. Then it was time for a new arrival: Cody Sattler! The affable gym rat from Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette arrived and promptly asked out Clare, who confessed that she was kind of dating Zack. After Cody persisted, she went to talk to Zack, who she discovered may not have been that into her after all … but still shot down Cody. Who gave his date to Marcus. While Cody stayed behind to mingle in the house instead of cause drama, Marcus took Lacy out for dinner and these two are totally getting engaged. Call it a hunch. Call it a very strong hunch. Zack told Clare patched things up and made out, Kalon McMahon showed up and asked out Michelle, who reluctantly said “yes” to The Bachelorette villain. Kalon, being Kalon, told the cameras some of the specific things he wanted to do to Michelle’s gorgeous body and said he was attracted to “crazy.” Michelle, apparently recalling that Kalon once called Emily Maynard’s daughter Ricki “baggage,” changed her mind and turned down the Texan. Bachelor in Paradise Cast Photos 1. Michelle Money Michelle Money of The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad fame is back for Bachelor in Paradise. She has been called a “different breed of beautiful.” That’s one way to describe her. Jackie and Sarah then did the same. Burrrrn . Fortunately, Kalon crafted a backup plan. “If they didn’t want to join me, screw them,” he said. “After three seasons, I am finally going on a date with someone I like.” He went on a date with himself. Well played. Next up to show up out of nowhere was Jesse Kovacs, who took Jackie out on a date and really hit it off with her. Michelle and Cody bonded at the house. Then it got awkward as AshLee started dissing Clare to Zack, basically slut-shaming her for hooking up with Juan Pablo on The Bachelor and worse. AshLee, whose reputation for being fake around the cameras has long been rumored, actually remarked that she was surprised there was no camera on her. There was. She got busted. The back talk eventually got back to Clare, and by the time AshLee went to apologize (likely due to having no other choice), it was too late for damage control. Graham, AshLee’s love interest, was also pretty shocked when the story reached him, wondering if this is the kind of person he wants in his life (no). At the rose ceremony, Lacy chose Marcus. Clare chose Zack. AshLee chose Graham and … he walked out without saying a word! End scene! We’ll pick up the action tonight in Bachelor in Paradise Season 1 Episode 5. If Bachelor in Paradise Season 1 Episode 4 was any indication, it should be awesome. The Bachelor & Bachelorette: 22 Most Stunning Exits 1. The Bachelorette Spoilers: What’s in the Note?!

Between an awkward live ultrasound, a stage-crashing Canadian and a rehashing of this summer’s racism scandal, The Bachelorette: Men Tell All episode had it all. The quasi-reunion show featured so many twists that one of the most dramatic segments was buried in the show’s credits and almost overlooked. The Bachelorette Clip – The Note Usually, the credit roll slot features some quality bloopers from that week. Fun stuff, to be sure, but nothing impactful. Not the case at all last night. Instead, we saw host Chris Harrison enter Andi Dorfman’s dressing room (or sitting area, or something) to present her with note from one of her final two. His tone was serious, as was the look on Dorfman’s face. It’s hard to glean much from the brief clip, but this didn’t look like the glowing Andi we saw last night, but rather a conflicted, emotionally drained Andi. “Between you and I, you should read it,” Chris said, handing a folded-up piece of notebook paper to Bachelorette Andi, who looked on with grave concern. You don’t need The Bachelorette spoilers to tell you that this didn’t necessarily take place during the Men Tell All special, despite it being packaged that way. Andi’s wearing a different dress than she did on Monday’s show. In fact, it looks a lot like the one she’s wearing in the new season finale promo (below). This would imply the note was delivered before the proposal … The Bachelorette Season 10 Finale Sneak Preview The timeline is the real key here. Is it possible that the Andi-Chris note exchange did take place before or after an outfit change at the Men Tell All special? Obviously, but it’s not a given is our point. With all the rumors swirling around the finale, namely the runner-up still pining for Andi and/or the winner cheating on Andi , the note is all the more interesting. So what’s in it? Here are some theories: Assuming this was presented after the finale, the Season 10 runner-up is begging Andi to pull a Jason Mesnick and change her mind. Assuming the note was given to her prior to her final decision, it could the end of Nick’s book, a fairy tale which he notably left blank. Or, rather than an illustration of Prince Nick getting down on one knee, perhaps Josh is reassuring her for the 20th time that he loves her. It’s something regarding the lie detector test results, which would be beyond lame but not out of the question for the show in question. The most likely scenario, given The Bachelorette spoilers we’ve read, seems like #1 … though the dress and the timeline skew make it far from clear. And the Winner is? Nick Viall Click Here To Vote for Nick Josh Murray Click Here To Vote for Josh Who should Andi pick of The Bachelorette top two? Is Nick Viall or Josh Murray the best man for the beautiful lawyer from Atlanta? Vote! View Poll » In the end, it’s all speculation until next Monday. But what do you think? And who do you think she should pick when the season comes to an end next week? What big twists Chris promised can we expect? Share your comments with us below! DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft to Return, Grill Brad Womack on The Bachelor

Brad Womack rejected Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas on the Bachelor a few seasons ago. This time around, we have a hunch he ends up engaged at the end. Engaged to … well, read The Bachelor spoilers here if you’re curious. In any case, Jenni and DeAnna will return to confront Brad when his second stint as the show’s leading man commences January 3. Can you say awkward? So … what have you girls been up to? A previously released promo already revealed that Womack will be greeted with a slap by one of the aspiring women this season, an event that sets the tone. Producers say many of the women will “question his intentions” and grill Brad Womack with “tough questions” despite his “radical personal transformation.” We imagine Jenni and DeAnna have a couple of things to read off the cue cards say to the man who broke their hearts. We can see some thrown drinks, too.
