If The Bachelorette spoilers are any indication, JoJo Fletcher and her final rose winner on Season 12 of The Bachelorette are in trouble. We're not saying we wish anything negative, or that we have inside knowledge of their personal lives … but the rumors aren't great. Specific issues regarding Jordan Rodgers aside, even if you just look at overall odds, her prospects for long-term success are mixed. At best. Why do we say that? Isn't it obvious? This is a dating competition throwing two people together under a pretense that is hard to sustain. We have ranked the 12 stars of The Bachelorette based on who was most successful at finding love during her stint as ABC's queen. See how they stack up from worst to first, and tell us whether you think JoJo and JoRo will end up a success story or cautionary tale … 1. Jen Schefft Bachelorette Jen Schefft broke up with winner Jerry Ferris on the After the Rose special because she just “wasn’t feeling it.” 2. Emily Maynard Emily Maynard and Jef Holm broke up just a few months after his proposal in 2012. He was never the right guy anyway. Should’ve picked Sean. 3. JoJo Fletcher She’s engaged to Jordan Rodgers and sure seems happy about that for now. But will the Season 12 star of The Bachelorette continue her rise to the top of this list … or quickly tank to the bottom? Or somewhere in between? TBA, Bachelor Nation. T.B.A. 4. Andi Dorfman Andi Dorfman found love with Josh Murray on The Bachelorette. Unfortunately, their engagement ended after only six months or so. 5. DeAnna Pappas DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak broke up seven months after their finale aired. She went on to marry Stephen Stagliano, a high school teacher and the twin brother of former Bachelorette contestant Mike Stagliano! 6. Jillian Harris Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski broke up one year after their finale aired. Swiderski later appeared on Bachelor Pad. Jillian now appears on HGTV’s Love it or List it Too. DeAnna Pappas is expecting once again. The former Bachelorette star took to Instagram on Monday evening to share a precious photo with her followers, including with it an even more precious announcement. “So excited to finally share that we are expecting #BabyStag2 #AddisonMarie #BabyStag @stephenstag we are so full of joy and so blessed!” Pappas wrote as a caption. The cute image above depicts Pappas and 18-month old daughter, Addison Marie, who DeAnna and husband Stephen Stagliano welcomed into the world in February of 2014. Addison is touching her mother’s baby bump in the adorable photograph. “Stephen and I are thrilled to be expanding our family!” the 26-year old tells People, adding: “We have wanted more kids for a while now and are so blessed that we are pregnant again.” Pappas and Stagliano have been married since 2011. Prior to this relationship, Pappas looked for love on both The Bachelor (during Brad Womack’s 2007 season) and The Bachelorette (in 2008).
Former star of The Bachelorette Ashley Hebert is pregnant and expecting her first child with her husband and 2011 final rose recipient, J.P. Rosenbaum. The self-described “cool dentist,” Hebert first won hearts as a contestant on Brad Womack’s season of The Bachelor (the second), only to finish in third place. Ashley Hebert , 29, later went on to star on The Bachelorette, where she first met J.P. Rosenbaum, 36. He proposed in Fiji on the finale, and they wed in 2012. Their wedding was aired on ABC, just like Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici nuptials earlier this year. The couple now lives together in New Jersey. “Whenever we’re around each other, it’s just easy and comfortable and fun,” Rosenbaum famously said on the show. “It’s a chemistry you can’t ignore.” “It’s just there.” “I can’t be without her. I don’t want to picture a life without her. I am more confident with the direction this relationship is heading than I’ve ever been.” Congratulations to the happy, expectant couple … and we’re still waiting for those three words and eight letters, Juan Pablo ! Noticeably absent from this season of The Bachelor? Not drama. Oh, there’s been plenty of that, including off camera (thank you, Juan Pablo’s anti-gay comments). What there hasn’t been is any indication that Juan Pablo Galavis is head over heels about the winner. Lots of talk about the journey, but no such proclamations. A source connected to The Bachelor tells E! Tuesday. “He really likes the woman he chooses at the end.” Now there is a strong, emotional statement. The Bachelor Season 18 Episode 7 Promo If you’ve read The Bachelor spoilers – beyond simply to find out who wins – you may know that this isn’t the first hint that Juan Pablo does not get engaged. And then there’s this. Asked if he’s planning a TV wedding a la Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici or Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, Juan Pablo says: “That’s something you have to think about. Because I like a big, very Latin wedding. I work in the music industry and have a lot of friends so … I don’t know.” Doesn’t sound like he’s even pondered it, in other words. Also worth noting? Juan Pablo never married his ex Carla Rodriguez, his daughter’s mother, and with whom he is still close, despite their relationship of several years. He also gives mixed signals left and right. One minute he’s having sex with Clare Crawley in the ocean, the next he’s refusing to kiss girls and sending the wrong message. What is his endgame? Does he even know the answer? Maybe we’re completely reaching, but he does not sound like someone who’s put a ring on it after a few weeks of TV dates. Or possibly ever. Just a theory. Catherine Giudici is officially a Lowe. The Bachelor winner took her husband’s last name following her fairy tale TV nuptials with Sean Lowe last month. The switch is official, as Catherine Giudici proudly declared, “The best day of my life. I’m a Lowe!” to her 500,000 Twitter and Instagram followers. The newlyweds have just returned from a romantic honeymoon in the tropics, and Sean says he is “so freakin’ happy” with how it all turned out. Married life does seem to suit the couple rather well. Since returning from her honeymoon, she’s been posting photos of her and her new husband cuddling in bed, as well as photos from her wedding. The two had their doubters when he picked her on The Bachelor, but he was true to his word that she was the one – and he was willing to wait for her. Seriously. They passed a premarital sex polygraph . In making the name change, Cat follows in the footsteps of Bachelorette Trista Rehn, took her husband Ryan Sutter’s last name after their marriage. Molly Malaney, who married former Bachelor Jason Mesnick in 2011, did the same, although Ashley Hebert did not take J.P. Rosenbaum’s last name. Desiree Hartsock is engaged to Chris Siegfried, and they seem like they’re going to make it, so we’ll see if she goes the Lowe route soon enough. As for Juan Pablo and his chosen bride? If you believe The Bachelor spoilers , don’t hold your breath for any name changes … we’re just saying. Where are all your favorite Bachelor and Bachelorette couples now? Grammy Awards, schmammy awards. Reality TV lovebirds Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici were married in a live Bachelor TV wedding event Sunday night! His dad Jay officiated the ceremony and called the romance of the duo, who got engaged in late 2012, “an epic fairytale on display for the whole world to see.” Sean Lowe , 30, watched Giudici, 27, walk down the aisle in a Monique Lhuillier gown. Soon enough, the beautiful bride was tearing up as she read her vows. “The first time that I saw you, you were like a light to my bug. I had to find you. You mesmerize me with how brightly you shine,” Catherine told him at the altar. “Sometimes I feel like I’m going to explode by how much I love you … I’m completely consumed by you … I promise to love you after my heart bursts.” “You are my dream and my reality.” “From the moment I met you I wanted more. You had me hooked from the beginning and I didn’t want to let you go,” Sean Lowe then told Catherine Giudici . “We met in the strangest way possible … I know we met on The Bachelor so that I could fall in love with my best friend … Every day I am encouraged by your love and your selflessness.” “I’m going to love you for eternity.” The bridesmaids, including Giudici’s BFF from the season of The Bachelor where she met Sean, Lesley Murphy, also wore gowns designed by Monique Lhuillier. Sean Lowe’s niece and nephew, Kensington and Smith, served as the flower girl and ring bearer, and Cat’s nephew, Dylien, was a second ring bearer. In addition to the couple’s family and friends, there were several familiar faces from The Bachelor and Bachelorette worlds, including Trista and Ryan Sutter. Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum, Jason and Molly Mesnick, Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried, Arie Luyendyk, Jef Holm and others attended as well. Even Juan Pablo Galavis, the current star of the show (see The Bachelor spoilers to read how his journey for love turns out) was on hand for the event. Congratulations to the happy couple! The Bachelor’s 18th season on ABC is just a few episodes old, but already, one Bachelorette looks to be rising to the top of the competition: Nikki Farrell. To those avid readers of The Bachelor spoilers , this is not surprising. We won’t give away too much here, but you can follow the link to learn more. What we will say is that she’s not getting sent home anytime soon, which should be obvious if you’ve observed how she makes Juan Pablo Galavis swoon. Juan Pablo’s reception of her during the season premiere ( watch The Bachelor online to see that and the next two episodes) appeared to set the tone. The 26-year-old, blonde Missouri native, a pediatric nurse and part-time model, did not secure the first impression rose, she was noticed for sure. Nikki Farrell presented him with a stethoscope so that he could “hear how nervous and excited she was.” JPG was excited too, not-so-subtly feeling her up. In each of the next two weeks, she’s won the group date rose, no doubt sparking jealousy among the rest of the women … and that’s only the beginning. Soothsayer Reality Steve suggests that Farrell may just turn out to be the “villain” – the least liked woman in the house on Season 18 of The Bachelor . If she also won the final rose, it would make her a member of an exclusive club with the likes of Vienna Girardi, Shayne Lamas and Courtney Robertson. None of whom stayed engaged to The Bachelor , it’s worth noting. It remains to be seen if Nikki Farrell makes it all the way, or whether she (or whomever wins this season) stays together with Juan Pablo Galavis . We would have to bet against that, if only because of statistics. The track record just isn’t good, despite a recent uptick. Former Bachelor and Bachelorette star DeAnna Pappas and Stephen Stagliano, the twin brother of Bachelor Pad winner Michael Stagliano, are married! The couple wed Saturday in her home state of Georgia. DeAnna Pappas, 29, walked down the aisle in a strapless Disney Bridal wedding gown with a birdcage veil and cowboy boots. “They were giddy with excitement,” an observer at the unforgettable affair said. “She looked incredibly happy.” Michael Stagliano and Holly Durst , his then-fiance and also a contestant on The Bachelor , originally set the couple up. Stephen proposed in August 2010. Durst and Michael Stagliano went on to win Bachelor Pad this summer, but he was caught off guard by her engagement to cast member Blake Julian. Pappas, who was rejected by Brad Womack the first time he starred on The Bachelor , became The Bachelorette and got engaged to Jesse Csincsak. That did not last long. But this one’s gonna be forever! I don’t know what it was with Vanessa, but we kind of clicked from the very beginning. – Zac Efron, July 2007 Those words are difficult to read today for fans of the couple known as Zanessa, as E! News has broken the shocking news: Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have split. “They were together for so long. It just ran its course,” an insider says of the break-up, while another source swears the pair remains friends and that “no third party” was involved. As is often the case with celebrity couples, scheduling may have played a role in Zac and Vanessa’s demise. They met on the set of High School Musical and have been together for years, but their careers have taken them to different parts of the world recently. For instance: Efron is currently shooting The Lucky One in New Orleans, while Hudgens is wrapping up Journey 2: The Mysterious Island later this week in Hawaii. It’s a sad day for those of us who believed we’d be celebrating a Zanessa wedding in the near future, but let’s not cry because it’s over. Let’s smile because all of this happened…
Posted onDecember 13, 2010byBenny Hollywood|Comments Off on DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft to Return, Grill Brad Womack on The Bachelor
Brad Womack rejected Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas on the Bachelor a few seasons ago. This time around, we have a hunch he ends up engaged at the end. Engaged to … well, read The Bachelor spoilers here if you’re curious. In any case, Jenni and DeAnna will return to confront Brad when his second stint as the show’s leading man commences January 3. Can you say awkward? So … what have you girls been up to? A previously released promo already revealed that Womack will be greeted with a slap by one of the aspiring women this season, an event that sets the tone. Producers say many of the women will “question his intentions” and grill Brad Womack with “tough questions” despite his “radical personal transformation.” We imagine Jenni and DeAnna have a couple of things to read off the cue cards say to the man who broke their hearts. We can see some thrown drinks, too.
