Just because you go on a reality TV show to find love, it doesn't mean you will. The Bachelor and its many spinoffs have been on the air for over seventeen years. It may have seemed like these Bachelor Nation stars found love on one of the ABC shows, but they're with someone different today. Have a look below. 1. DeAnna Pappas DeAnna got engaged to Jesse Csincsak on The Bachelorette Season 4, but their relationship did not stand the test of time. Pappas went on to marry Stephen Stagliano in 2012. They welcomed a daughter Addison in 2014 and a son Austin in 2016. 2. Ali Fedotowsky When The Bachelorette Season 6 wrapped, Ali seemed loved up with Roberto Martinez, but the engagement came to a halt in 2011. She subsequently got close to Kevin Manno, the same man she married in 2017. They have two children together! 3. Bob Guiney We forgot all about this dude, but here we go: He and Estella Gardinier, Bob’s final pick from The Bachelor Season 4 split up. He got married to Rebecca Budig in the aftermath, but they split up after six years of marriage. But he followed that one up with Jessica Canyon. They’re married and have a son! 4. Byron Velvick Byron called off his engagement to Mary Delgado in 2009 but got married to Belinda Velvick in 2015. They have one daughter. 5. Jillian Harris Harris was got engaged to Ed Swiderski on Season 5 of The Bachelorette. It didn’t work out. Years later, Harris announced her engagement to Justin Pasutto in 2016. They’re now married and have two kids. 6. Juan Pablo Galavis Things quickly went south between Galavis and Nikki Ferrell — the final rose recipient of The Bachelor Season 18. T hursday’s Senate confirmation hearing involving Christine Blasey Ford and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh provided the latest opportunity for Black women to stand up against sexual assault. RELATED: What You Need To Know About Ford And Kavanaugh’s Senate Testimonies Dozens of Black women demonstrated against Kavanaugh — the object of Trump’s undying devotion — outside of the Senate building where both Ford and the nominee offered testimonies. Black women also went in on Kavanaugh inside the Senate building. Tarana Burke , the MeToo movement founder, was front and center during Ford’s testimony. These men are wholly uninterested and unmoved by this woman’s words…Dr. Ford has to talk about the worst trauma of her life in front of them. Kamala Harris , who has also been outspoken in opposing Kavanaugh, had some strong statements to deliver during the hearing. She affirmed and defended Ford, who was relentlessly questioned about her story of sexual assault against Kavanaugh. “You are not on trial,” Harris said, knowing that Republican senators were skeptical about the college professor’s character, not just her account. “You are sitting here before members of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee because you had the courage to come forward [and], as you have said, you believe it was your civic duty.” Another Black woman also had a moment during the Ford-Kavanaugh hearing: Anita Hill . Senator Dianne Feinstein , the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, referenced Hill during her opening statement. She recalled a 1991 trip to the airport in which saw a crowd watching Hill’s sexual assault testimony about then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas . She used Hill to make a powerful point. “How women are treated in the United States, with this kind of concern, is really wanting a lot of reform,” Feinstein said. Black women clearly communicated their viewpoints on Kavanaugh, and they showed no sign of backing down. T here are some concerns about the safety of Black students at the University of South Alabama after nooses were discovered Tuesday (September 25) hanging from a tree on campus. See Also: Michigan State University Has A Strange Response To A Racist Student The university released a statement on Wednesday notifying the college community that the campus police identified the student responsible for the incident. “A University of South Alabama student has been interimly suspended and banned from campus, pending a formal hearing, after confessing to an incident discovered last night outside the campus dining hall. USA Police have determined the student acted alone in hanging a bicycle and two nooses in a tree,” the statement said. Free counseling was offered to students, but it’s unclear what steps the university will take to ensure student safety. The local NAACP chapter noted in its statement that Mobile, where the campus is located, was the site of the last documented Ku Klux Klan lynching. “This is a rare and isolated incident, and from a safety standpoint the student responsible has been suspended and barred from campus until a formal disciplinary hearing can be held,” the university’s spokesman Bob Lowry told NewsOne . Prior to the president’s statement, the Mobile County chapter of the NAACP criticized the university for not immediately addressing the situation. “This is a circumstance that many of us feel needs immediate attention considering America’s history and Mobile’s history,” a statement from Jordan Harris , president of the chapter, said. Harris pointed out that members of the KKK were responsible for hanging 19-year-old Michael Donald in 1981 from a tree in Mobile. A cafeteria worker was also fired after posting an offensive tweet from the university’s dining hall account. “The rope outside of the caf last night was just a sign that our food is KILLER! Come get some fried chicken and tell us any different,” the tweet said. The worker was an employee of Aramark, which manages the dining facility, the university stated. This week on an emotional Teen Mom OG Season 5 Episode 13 , there was a paternity test, a heartbreaking medical crisis, and a whole new level of diva-like behavior from everyone’s favorite reality star-turned-cam girl Meanwhile, Maci met with a doctor to find new ways to manage her own health condition, and a producer made a trip to Austin. You know what that means. #FireFarrah Watch Teen Mom OG Season 5 Episode 13 Online But first, let’s talk about the latest Teen Mom OG paternity test. Obviously, we’ve seen quite a few such tests over the course of the show’s history, but we think it’s safe to say no one saw this latest storyline coming. Of course, that’s mostly just because Gary Shirley’s dad isn’t on anyone’s radar. Jody – Gary’s “alleged father,” as a nurse calls him at one point – is one of those aging f-ck ups that seems like he’d be fun to grab a beer with at your local dive bar. But that doesn’t mean you’d want him as your dad. Jody reveals that while he was locked up on that day that Gary entered the world, he firmly believes that he is the father, as Maury would say. At one point Gary asks who else might potentially be his dad, and Jody just gives a baffled shrug that basically amounts to a silent “yo mama” joke. It’s an intense situation, but let’s be honest – no one tuned into last night’s episode to find out the identity of Gary Shirley’s father. If you watch Teen Mom OG online , you know Farrah Abraham has been out of control for, well, as long as we can remember. You probably also know that Farrah got fired and the press chalked it up to her ongoing cam girl career. Well, this week’s installment reminded us that producers had about one million legitimate reasons to kick Farrah to the curb, and her choice to continue getting naked on the internet was just one of them. At one point Farrah became upset with producers – like, really, really upset – because she thought the set teacher (a California state law requirement) had given Sophia candy against her wishes. As with so many conflicts involving Farrah, the situation escalated rapidly and underscored just how difficult it is to work with this woman. As if that wasn’t enough, we were then treated to a montage of Farrah brutally mistreating the show’s production staff. The producers are as baffled as the rest of us about Farrah’s decision to return to sex work, but as this episode reminds us, it’s far from their only reason for wanting to cut ties with Farrah. Elsewhere in the TMOG universe far more beloved cast members are dealing with far more serious problems. Maci’s medical issues have doctors using terms like “ovarian drilling,” which sounds downright terrifying. Meanwhile, the Baltierras are dealing with the fallout from Catelynn’s miscarriage – a heartbreaking development that’s clearly shaken them both to their core. “You’re beautiful; you’re smart; you’re strong.” That’s both the poignant title of this week’s episode and the mantra Cate uses to help her endure the trauma. Tyler remains thoroughly supportive throughout, and clearly just wants what’s best for his wife. As difficult as it can be to watch, Catelynn’s might be the most important storyline the show has ever done, and we’re not exaggerating when we say it might just save some lives. Tyler’s reaction to Catelynn’s suicidal ideation served as a potent reminder that while he’s not without his flaws, he’s about as good as it gets when it comes to Teen Mom husbands. Last night’s episode may have ended with the dreaded words “to be continued…” but we don’t think anyone would deny that this was an hour of drama that stood on its own as a testament to the power and potential of reality television.
