Chris Harrison: Tyler Cameron Won’t Be The Next Bachelor After His Date With Gigi Hadid!

Tyler Cameron may have scored a date with supermodel Gigi Hadid, but he may have just lost his chance of handing out roses on next season of The Bachelor.  *grabs the tissue box*  Host Chris Harrison seemingly shut down The Bachelorette  runner-up’s shots of being the next Bachelor after he was spotted getting drinks in Soho with none other than the beautiful Hadid. Days after he left Hannah Brown’s new LA home !  (In very comfy attire, and in the early morning, so take that as you will.) It’s safe to say that Tyler is embracing his newly single status, as he should, the poor guy just got his heart broken on national television after Hannah rejected his heartfelt proposal. But Chris Harrison isn’t too impressed .  “If Tyler is bouncing round from girl to girl and loving the life and enjoying the limelight, which, by the way, good on him. That’s fine,” Chris told Entertainment Tonight. “If that’s what you want to do right now, I don’t blame him.” “He’s probably enjoying life really, really well — but that’s not someone we’re going to want to have as our Bachelor or Bachelorette ,” he stated. “So, it’s about sincerity. It’s about where you are in your life. And if that’s where he is in his life, then he’s not the guy for us.” Ouch!  Bachelor Nation is probably feeling a tad bummed right about now.  But hey, as long as Tyler is happy — we’re happy, right guys?!    Cameron and Hadid met through Instagram, but apparently they have a few mutual friends in the modeling industry. “She knew of him before he got any wind of fame from the Bachelorette,” an insider told  E! News . And yes, the date went really well, because according to E!, there are many more in store for Tigi.  “Gigi thinks Tyler is really cute and nice and liked that he was a good listener,” shared the source. “They have been texting for weeks and have plans to hang out again while Tyler is in NYC.” “They are both taking things slow but have both made it clear they are interested in each other.” So yeah… sounds like we can pretty much kiss the idea of seeing Tyler on our TV’s anytime soon goodbye.  And as for his future with Ms. Brown? Well, despite the obvious sparks that are flying between Gigi and Tyler, it sounds like he is still open to see what the future holds for him and Hannah.  But with her living in LA now, geographically, it is not exactly the ideal dating situation. “Tyler saw Hannah in LA and they had a good night and a good talk.” wink, wink, “But it’s probably not going to amount to much right now,” a second source tells E! .  “She moved to LA and he doesn’t live there.” “They agreed to keep talking, but that’s it for now,” the source added. “It’s geographically challenging.” With or without the Bachelor franchise, Tyler will be just fine.  Even though Bachelor Nation may not be… IDK how many more plot twists we can take?!  But to leave you with a piece of good news (you’re welcome) , Chris Harrison is keeping the Florida stud in mind for another ABC show, adding that Cameron would be a good contestant on Dancing With the Stars . “Tyler dances. Who has recently been revealed as a total loser, however? That’s easy: Peter Weber. Weber’s ex-girlfriend, Calee Lutes, came forward to Entertainment earlier this month and alleged that the front-runner ended their serious relationship in order to appear on the show. This is the same accusation that was also leveled against another prominent suitor this season, Jed Wyatt. Is more about to come out in regard to Lutes, Weber and their supposed situation? Yes, Chris Harrison said late last week on a podcast. “Peter is going to have a little explaining to do. I know more about Peter, just because I did some digging,” Harrison told Lauren Zima, adding: “Because some allegations were made in her claims that had to do with us and casting, so I was just curious so I asked around. “In that regard, I’m less worried and less intrigued about Peter’s situation. Because I know some truths that either I’ll explain or Peter will explain” How… ominous? Intriguing? Downright confusing? Lutes claimed to the aforementioned gossip outlet that Weber shockingly dumped her in December, after previously discussing moving in together and even having kids. “I thought there was another girl, so I looked at his recent followers on Instagram, and noticed that a Bachelorette producer had recently followed him,” she explained in mid-July. “I didn’t think much of it at the time, but I knew there was something he wasn’t telling me. He immediately deleted EVERY trace of me on Instagram. “He deleted our pictures, which is expected, but he also untagged me from photos, deleted my comments from his page and went as far as unliking my photos/deleting his comments from my Instagram as well.” After that? Lutes says she didn’t even know Weber was cast on The Bachelorette until ABC released his name and photo as part of its overall suitor reveal in March. “He absolutely betrayed me,” she says, continuing as follows: “He interviewed for a reality dating show while simultaneously planning a future with me. I trusted him entirely and he pulled the rug out from under me. “Also, if all of this wasn’t bad enough, I’ve had multiple people reach out to me and tell me that he was seeing other women while we were exclusive.” Brown finally sent Luke Parker packing just two weeks ago , but questions still surround the men left standing in line to be her soulmate. “Peter’s ex… has her version… it might be her truth, because that’s her perspective of being broken up with is you’re hurt and you didn’t see this coming. Maybe he did,” Harrison said on this podcast. “I just want to give Peter a chance to talk, because I know some things… and maybe she didn’t know. “That’s the thing too, and if she doesn’t know the truth about it, it may have looked crazy to her, or may have seemed crazy.” Harrison concludes by sounding like he’s sticking by Peter, but is maybe less sure about the shadiness level of another Bachelorette finalist: “There’s less of a gray area for me here, as far as Peter is concerned. Chris Harrison Reveals Why 2 Former Bachelorettes Were Missing From Reunion Special

Well, folks, another season of The Bachelorette is just around the corner. And if you’re anything like us, you can’t wait to see Hannah Brown find love among her 32 suitors. Of course, if you can’t wait until the finale, you can always just check out our Bachelorette spoilers and amaze your friends with your clairvoyant abilities. Hannah has the honor of anchoring a milestone season for the show. This is the series’ 15th go-round, and to celebrate, host Chris Harrison sat down with all of the former Bachelorettes. Well … almost all of the former Bachelorettes. When this photo appeared on Harrison’s official Instagram account, fans were quick to point a pair of surprising absences. Two of the OG three stars of the show — Meredith Phillips from season two and Jen Schefft from season three — were nowhere to be found. Fans — at least the ones who have been watching long enough to remember those two — immediately wanted to know what was going on. The pic was posted just days after we learned that two suitors were booted from Hannah’s season  prior to filming due to allegations of inappropriate behavior. So was there any such scandal surrounding Jen and Meredith’s absence? Well, if you’re hoping for something juicy, we’re afraid we have some bad news. The ladies were apparently absent due to a boring old scheduling conflict. “Unfortunately Jen and Meredith couldn’t be there because we had to settle on a date,” Harrison told E! News. “At the end of the day, we had to shoot this thing,” he added.  “So, we just picked a day where we could get as many as we possibly could, but unfortunately schedules, vacations, was one of them, just couldn’t be changed. “And we just had to pull the trigger and do this thing.” Of course, there might be more to the story than Harrison is letting on. Schefft is now a married mother of two who has made a point of avoiding the spotlight in recent years. Conversely, Phillips came forward last year and alleged that she was sexually assaulted by a masseuse during the filming of her season. She has not spoken publicly about whether or not that incident impacted her decision to avoid the reunion taping. In any event, Harrison says he’s pleased with the turnout: “I was grateful that we had as many as we did, which was 12 of the 14,” he tells E! “Obviously [new Bachelorette] Hannah [Brown] is not a part of it, she’s shooting the show.”  As for Jen and Meredith, Chris says they have not been forgotten: “Jen and Meredith are represented, they’re celebrated in this thing, we love them very much and they’re a part of our family and this sisterhood, but they just couldn’t join us,” he says. Tracy Shapoff: The Bachelor Contestant Caught Using Slurs, Fat-Shaming

On Thursday, Chris Harrison announced the contestants vying for Colton Underwood’s affections … and virginity. One of these women, Tracy Shapoff, is already causing a stir among the Bachelor Nation in the worst way. She has tweeted some alarming things. Some are awkward … but some of what she has said online is absolutely abhorrent. When Chris Harrison said that Tracy would make a “flashy first impression,” we don’t think that this is what he menat. He also mentioned that Tracy may “find herself the center of drama night one.” This, however, isn’t about Tracy’s behavior on the show. Instead, it’s about a series of old tweets of hers that have surfaced now that her name has been announced. In 2010, she tweeted: “Do ppl really think they’re finding love on reality tv…or am I just the idiot that watches it?” Obviously, that tweet isn’t harmful or problematic. It’s just a little awkward since Tracy herself has now found herself competing for love on reality television. At the time, she could not have known that she would one day end up on screen, indirectly referring to the Bachelor Nation as “idiots.” We wish that the rest of these tweets were as innocuous. They are not. Another has a much more hateful message. “Wow it’s really cool when you goto get in a cab and some fat prick w/ veneers flips out because he claims he hailed it first…ahole,” Tracy tweeted in 2011. That tweet, in which she seems to single out the alleged weight of a stranger for criticism, is only one example. It appears that Tracy has — or, at least, had — a real problem with anyone who mgiht be overweight or fat. This next tweet is so vile that we can’t even write out all of the words, and it also includes fat-shaming. “Liposuction is r—-ded…stop wasting your money and just get your fat ass to the gym,” she tweeted in 2010. Abhorrent. Let’s ignore her absolute cluelessness about genetic differences that allow one person to lose weight through exercise more easily than another. Regardless of someone’s reason for doing liposuction, that’s no one’s business but theirs and their doctor’s. And, obviously, no one should use slurs. She just hurled the r-slur, which probably means that she felt comfortable using it in her speech, too. In another tweet, she expressed outrage that two older and allegedly overweight women were enjoying themselves at the gym. “Wish these fat old women on the treadmill would shut the hell up,” she lamented in 2010. Her tweet concluded with a demand: “Stop dancing and just [work out].” Obviously, these are older tweets. They date back to 2010 and to 2011. Fat-shaming back then was not okay, even if the general cutlure was less aware of it. Using the r-slur was emphatically not okay either, and to be honest, we think that everyone knew that even then. If we were talking about Tracy committing assaults or violence, this would be the end of the discussion. But saying things — even terrible things — far in the past is not necessarily irredeemable. Tracy can absolutely apologize and show that she has grown as a person. After all, who among us isn’t at least a little wiser or kinder than we were in 2011? Some members of the Bachelor Nation have been quick to point out parallels between Tracy’s exposed tweets and another recent scandal. During Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette, Garrett Yrigoyen was exposed for “liking” a lot of vicious, dehumanizing political posts. These Instagram posts weren’t just partisan — no matter your political views, the posts he “liked” were deeply bigoted. Garrett apologized, but the posts that he had liked were only a few months old. In the mean time, Tracy’s date back the better part of a decade. Audiences may be much more willing to believe that Tracy has had a change of heart. Jenna Cooper: Inside Her Bachelor in Paradise Cheating Scandal

It's the Bachelor in Paradise scandal no one saw coming. On the Season 5 finale of this ABC reality series, Jordan Kimball got down on one knee and proposed to Jenna Cooper… and she said yes! Hooray, right?!? Not so fast. Around the same exact time this proposal aired, a handful of text messages went viral that Bachelor guru Reality Steve alleges were sent back and forth between Jenna and her actual boyfriend/lover this summer. It certainly appears as if Cooper was sleeping with someone else while she was being wooed by Jordan on the aforementioned series. What is actually going on here? And s there any chance Jordan and Jenna still walk down the aisle next year? Scroll down to get caught up… 1. What a Perfect Looking Couple Ah, yes, but looks can deceive. This is the most recent photo Jenna shared of herself and Jordan on Instagram prior to the cheating bombshell getting dropped online. 2. The Proposal Jordan asked for Jenna’s hand to wrap up Season 5 and the two then asked Chris Harrison to officiate their wedding in June of 2019. 3. The Wedding Would Have Been Televised, Too They announced on the finale that the date would be June 9, 2019 and Cooper said the following about the planned union to People Magazine: “I want our wedding to be extra and fun, just like our personalities. There will be some performances, some outfit changes.” 4. But Now? YIKES! It’s hard to believe the reality stars make it down the aisle, not when an unnamed person contacted Reality Steve and claimed to have been in a relationship nearly this whole time with Jenna. 5. Why Did This Man Come Forward? “Jenna is a manipulator. She manipulated me. She manipulates the other guys she ‘networks’ with and is apparently manipulating this Jordan guy,” he told Reality Steve, explaining that he met Jenna prior to Bachelor in Paradise filming and was still with her two days before the finale aired. 6. More Jenna Bashing: Added this individual of Cooper: “She uses men for money and business help and loves the attention along the way. And she just loves to rub in your face that she’s pretty and everyone wants her and how she can easily move onto the next. I’m tired of the bullshit and am calling her out.” View Slideshow

Rachel Lindsay to DeMario Jackson: STFU! You Don’t Know Me!

If you were to ask Rachel Lindsay, DeMario Jackson has a lot in common with Jon Snow. Because he came back from the dead? Because he may be the Prince That Was Promised? No. Because, according to Lindsay, Jackson knows nothing. Appearing on The E&G Podcast yesterday, Jackson touched on his brief stint as a suitor on The Bachelorette this past season, one in which Lindsay gave him the boot after learning DeMario had a girlfriend. “I was only there for the two weeks in the house,” Jackson said, prior to delving into controversial territory: “From the beginning you knew that she was attracted to white men. You knew that. No disrespect, you just knew. She had that vibe. “From night one, we all set down, all the guys and I said, ‘They’re going to have a black representative, either myself or Eric, and they’re going to have Dean, Peter, and Brian as the final four.’ “We all caught that.” In the end, Lindsay selected Bryan Abasolo over Peter Kraus on the show’s finale. Both men are white, but that’s nothing more than a coincidence, Lindsay says. Commenting on a photo from the podcast’s official Instagram page that was promoting Jackson’s appearance on E&G, she wrote the following on Tuesday: “Says the guy that dated Lexi [a white woman]. Demario never knew me and still doesn’t.” DeMario, of course, has become more famous for the controversy that engulfed him and Corinne Olympios on Season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise than for his time on The Bachelorette. Production on that spinoff was halted for a couple weeks while Warner Bros. conducted an internal investigation that eventually cleared DeMario of all sexual misconduct charges. He appeared on the show last night, sat down opposite Chris Harrison and discussed all he’s been through. “I know who I am. I know I’m not that monster they’re trying to portray on TV,” Jackson said. “Like Michelle Obama said, ‘When they go low, you go high.’ It was hard to go high, but I had to do it because I train and mentor children, and I can’t tell them to be something that I’m not. “That’s what kept me going. And great family, friends, school teachers, people at the gym. It was crazy to see the response from them… There was just so much love. I was extremely humbled.”  Olympios will speak on air to Harrison next week. Kim Kardashian: I Can PROVE I Wasn’t Doing Cocaine!

When we saw this, we absolutely cracked up. (Ugh, cocaine pun not intended) Just yesterday, Kim Kardashian denied that she does coke via Twitter, all because of what some social media sleuths spotted on her Snapchat. She said, at the time, that it was just candy. Well now Kim's changed her story a bit, and she's posted a series of Snapchat videos that build up to a dramatic reveal of what Kim now says looked like cocaine. We hope that you enjoy the video below as much as we did. You're welcome. We worry when people have too many explanations for why they're innocent, you know? You usually want to find just one believable explanation and stick with it. But, first, a quick refresher: Because there's been a lot of news between yesterday and today. Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat to promote her products, because of course she did. That's who she is. After spotting what looked like two lines of a suspicious white powder reflected in the mirror behind Kim, some followers began to wonder if Kim had slipped up and shown a couple of lines of unsnorted cocaine on the countertop behind her. And the rumors spread. As you may recall, we didn't find this scenario super likely. First of all, Kris Jenner didn't raise her children to clumsily expose hard drug use to the world. Oh, they all have some minor social blunders from time to time. But of all six of her brood, only Rob Kardashian can be honestly said to be  bad at social media . And then there's Kim's general disposition. Technically, yes, she's maybe  dabbled at smoking weed  in the past. But she's now a married mother of two. And she also claims to not even like the taste of alcohol. (She probably needs to order some tastier drinks, but whatever) Kim caught wind of the rumor, and yesterday she tweeted out her denial, and claimed that what appeared to be white powder was candy. She even named the candy store — Dylan's Candy Shop. But it was later, in her Snapchat videos, that she walks people through  “Okay, guys, I just got back to my hotel room, and look at this table: Same position — it is still there!” She is, of course, referring to the pair of white streaks that look an awful lot like a suspicious white powder. After some gentle parenting, Kim holds up evidence that she really did go to Dylan's Candy Shop. “So, we did go to Dylan's Candy Shop. I did think that it was our pixie sticks.” Note that past tense — she now has a new explanation. (Anyone else getting flashbacks of that one weirdo in middle school who would try to snort pixie sticks? What a waste of sugar) The next part zooms in on Kim's proposed explanation. But you know what? We don't want to spoil the surprise. For the record, even though she changed her story, we totally believe her. (After seeing this, we realize that if they ever reboot Matlock , Kim would be an amazingly inspired casting choice for the titular character) But this whole thing is super funny. We hope that you get a laugh out if it, because we sure did. And it sounds like Kim did, too.

Bachelor in Paradise Sets New Premiere Date, Makes Stunning Announcement

ABC has a couple of exciting announcements to make. First, the network has confirmed that Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 will, indeed, air this summer, despite the multi-week scandal that delayed production at the start of filming. As a result of the He Said/She Said/And Also a Producer Said between Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, new episodes of this reality series will kick off on August 14, immediately followed by a second new installment on August 15. The show was originally scheduled to premiere on August 8. It was pushed back, however, after Olympios and Jackson got very drunk… then got naked in a pool together… and then got into some seriously raunchy action. Things got so hot and heavy and sexually heated that a producer thought Corinne may have been too drunk to give consent. Once this possibility was raised, Warner Bros. shut down production and sent all contestants home. Olympios stated publicly that she felt “victimized,” while Jackson said his “character” was being “assassinated.” In the end, an investigation determined no sexual assault of any kind took place and cast members were invited back down to Mexico to finish filming. But no way would Corinne and DeMario be included among these cast members, right? Mostly. That’s mostly right. HOWEVER, Olympios said in a brief statement on Wednesday that she’ll be appearing on one episode of Season 4 after all. “I am very happy to be appearing on the Bachelor In Paradise Special,” she said simply today. Jackson, sources, confirm is on board for this same special. In an interview with E! News shortly after his name was cleared, DeMario said he had no hard feelings toward Corinne. He detailed their sexual encounter ( in MAJOR detail ) and wished Olympios the best on multiple occasions. It’s unclear just when this special will air, but Season 4 itself will take place over six weeks this summer. Those six weeks will feature past Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants attempting to find love for a second time in Mexico, while they also witness the wedding of Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 couple Carly Waddell and Evan Bass. This ceremony was filmed on June 17. Following the sex and alcohol scandal, producers said they would emphasize certain rules on Bachelor in Paradise going forward, including a two drink per hour maximum. They also said bartenders would keep a much closer eye on who was drinking and how much they were drinking. “I am also happy about the changes that have been made to the production of Bachelor In Paradise,” Corinne said in a previous statement, adding: “While I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have been a participant on The Bachelor , and while I was invited to return to Bachelor In Paradise when production resumed, I respectfully made the decision not to return.” What changed her mind? Or did she always plan on making a cameo on Season 4? We’ll never know. But with no misconduct determined to have taken place, perhaps Olympios wants a forum to tell her side of the story. The Bachelorette: Why Was Rachel Lindsay Announced Now?

By now you’ve heard The Bachelor spoilers : Rachel Lindsay is The Bachelorette, despite still being in contention for Nick Viall’s heart. On TV, that is. She’s been eliminated by this point, as filming has concluded. We’re just learning about it ahead of time … from ABC.   Therein lies the true “historic” nature of this announcement. Yes, Rachel Lindsay is the first African-American lead in 34 seasons of the reality franchise. That is significant and a very good thing. Giving away the fact that Rachel, a popular contestant this season, is not The Bachelor winner is a surprising and controversial decision. Rachel is still competing on the show, and will go on a hometown date (as will Corinne Olympios, Raven Gates and Vanessa Grimaldi). You can follow the links above to find out, but the assumption that Nick eliminates her after the hometown date isn’t necessarily true. It wouldn’t make a lot of sense if she made the finale now, but she could easily make it to the subsequent overnights following hometowns. For obvious reasons, the next star of The Bachelor or The Bachelorette has never been announced during the current season they’re on. As a result, Chris Harrison has apologized for this spoiler … one most likely necessitated or inspired by The Bachelor spoilers themselves. The third- or fourth-place finisher going on to be the next lead of the franchise is not abnormal. Finding out about it right now definitely is. If you’re hoping for a detailed, truthful answer to why the show’s brain trust went this route, you’re not gonna get it this week, anyway. “I hate that anything was ruined for #BachelorNation but I’m incredibly excited that @therachlindsay is our new #Bachelorette,” Harrison wrote. Notably absent? Any explanation of why. Entertainment Tonight reports that The Bachelorette will begin production sooner than usual, right after Nick’s season wraps on March 13. Producers need to start the process of casting suitors for Lindsay as soon as possible, and need additional time to generate interest? The producers did do this with Emily Maynard, who wasn’t on The Bachelor that season, as a means of getting applicants / fans excited. Perhaps the fact that Rachel has less of a social media presence than Corinne, Raven or others played a role in their decision to spill? Or, maybe it’s as simple as Chris, Mike Fleiss and their associates wanting to get ahead of the story and control it from the beginning. Every season, it’s spoiled. Just not by them. Rachel Lindsay has a fan base, one that is likely to grow in the period between the announcement and when she’s eliminated by Nick. Now that we know she’s The Bachelorette , the producers can craft what we see on and off the show accordingly to boost her popularity. Moreover, it avoids any disappointment by Bachelor fans who might be hoping for Raven or Vanessa to get the job (or Corinne, LOL). Dragging it out increases the possibility of spoilers, rumors and confusion taking away from Rachel’s announcement tour. No longer. As for whether the viewing audience will accept a black Bachelorette , and rumors that this had something to do with the early unveiling? We don’t see it. Some leads are more controversial than others (Nick). Others (cough, Juan Pablo Galavis) have even gone onto be universally despised. Still, The Bachelor and Bachelorette soldier on, and by and large, the biggest stars of both genders are more popular with fans than not. Rachel will be no exception.
