Kailyn Lowry FINALLY Responds to Javi Marroquin-Briana DeJesus Breakup!

Earlier this week, the world learned that Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus had broken up after less than four months of dating. Rumored reasons for the split vary (Briana says Javi dumped her due to her desire for more plastic surgery; he insists that wasn't the case.), but at this point the breakup has been confirmed by both parties. The news wasn't terribly surprising as, frankly, no one expected these two to last this long. In fact, in the hours afrer word of the separation went public, many fans were less concerned with the “he said, she said” details, and more interested in what Javi's ex-wife, Kailyn Lowry, thought about the situation. Now, we finally have her long-awaited response… 1. Javiana At first, Javi and Briana’s relationship was viewed by fans as a revenge fling. But as the months went on, it began to look as though these two might be in it for the long haul. 2. Intensity in Two Cities From the start, Javi and Briana’s relationship faced a number of significant hurdles, not the least of which was the fact that he lives in Delaware, while she’s based out of Orlando. 3. The Kail Factor In the eyes of many TM2 fans, the biggest obstacle facing Bri and Javi was Marroquin’s ex-wife, Kailyn Lowry. But interestingly, Kail doesn’t seem to have stood in the couple’s way. In fact, she might be what brought them together. 4. Revenge Fantasy It’s widely believed that Bri began dating Javi in order to get under Kailyn’s skin. If that’s the case, it worked … at first. Kail seemed to lose interest in the situation after a few weeks and stopped publicly responding to news about the couple. Until now… 5. Kail’s Comments When news of Briana and Javi’s breakup went public fans were dying to know what Kailyn had to say. But there was a time when it looked like she would choose not to comment at all. 6. Javi Marroquin GOES OFF on Kailyn Lowry

Stop us if you've heard this before, but… … Javi Marroquin has some very negative things to say about Kailyn Lowry. The ex-husband of this Teen Love veteran took to Twitter on Friday and laid the proverbial smackdown on the mother of his won, blasting Lowry in a series of harsh messages. What prompted this outburst? It's unclear. What did Javi say about Kailyn?  Scroll down to find out… 1. Some Background: Kailyn and Javi are divorced. They share a son named Lincoln and have each accused the other of infidelity in the several months since they split. 2. HOWEVER… Recent rumors surrounding Javi have had more to do with Briana DeJesus than with Kailyn, as Marroquin and this other Teen Mom are apparently very hot and heavy . 3. Kailyn is Always Around, Though Even while she celebrated her love for Javi, Briana recently Tweeted “#yeaididwin,” a clear reference to somehow coming out on top over Lowry in the (non) battle for Javi’s heart. There’s clearly tension between all involved here. 4. Cue Javi’s Tweet Storm… “Someone’s bitter and can’t move on from s—t that happened almost two years ago,” the ex-reality star tweeted, adding the hashtags #yesterdayspaper #MarriageBootCamp and #moveon. 5. But He Wasn’t Finished Citing four-year old Lincoln, Marroquin added: “Have more important things to worry about right now than a past relationship that’s dead to me. Lincoln is the only thing keeping it alive. Which I’m blessed for don’t get me wrong. But him, that’s it.” 6. Did Lowry Actually Start It? Marroquin appeared to be replying to Lowry’s tweets during Friday night’s installment of Marriage Boot Camp, which documented the former’s battle over child support. View Slideshow

Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus: We’re a Family Now!

Hey, have you heard the good news?! Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus are officially dating! And not only that, but they seem to be comfortable enough with each other that they're working on merging their families into one, even though they've only been dating approximately three seconds! See, over the weekend, Javi threw a birthday party for Lincoln, the son he shares with Kailyn Lowry. He invited Briana DeJesus and her two daughters, and what happened next … well, you really just have to see it to believe it. But first, let's refresh our memories on this very special love story … 1. They Go Way Back! It’s true, they do — even before Briana joined the cast of Teen Mom 2, she and Javi were exchanging flirty tweets. Say what you will about their relationship, but it’s had a long, long buildup. 2. Javi’s Pursuit Though they have known each other for a while, it wasn’t until earlier this fall when Javi really began to go after Briana hard. In September, he even gave an interview to Radar in which he said that he’d “be open to dating Briana” because “she’s a really cool girl. Her whole family is awesome. She’s really beautiful. We text back and forth. We’ll see what happens.” Subtle, Javi. 3. Complicated The thought of the two of them actually getting together seemed a little far-fetched. After all, Javi already married a Teen Mom when he married Kailyn, and Briana just gave birth to another guy’s baby in July. Would forming a Teen Mom super couple really be the right move? 4. YES Apparently so: in October, Javi confirmed that he and Briana were finally officially together! It was still a little weird, because she denied it at first, but it seems she’s cool with being public now. So we’re really doing Javiana, it seems. 5. Spiteful Love As you can imagine, things didn’t go so well after the world found out about Javi and Briana’s love. Many reports claimed that Kailyn believed Javi’s just getting with Briana out of spite, and … yeah, we can see it. During this entire season of Teen Mom 2, Javi’s seemed heartbroken that Kailyn moved on so quickly, so it makes sense that he’d try to get under her skin any way possible. 6. The Thirst is Real A lot of people think Briana isn’t with Javi for love — or not JUST for love, anyway. Some theorize that she’s trying to marry him to get his military benefits, others say that she just wants to settle down with a guy who would actually create a family with her, unlike her first two baby daddies. When Briana DeJesus joined the cast of  Teen Mom 2  for the show's most recent season, Kailyn Lowry seemed to be the only veteran cast member who didn't have a problem with it. That all changed when Briana began dating Javi Marroquin , Kailyn's ex-husband and the father of her second child. These days, Bri and Kail are bitter enemies, and it seems there's no end to their feud in sight. Check out our rundown of the latest shots fired in this increasingly brutal war or words: 1. Kailyn Lowry Helps Raise Money for Puerto Rico: Exclusive Details!

Kailyn Lowry is, for whatever reason, one of the most hated of all the Teen Moms. Which is weird, because when was the last time you saw one of the moms put in so much work for such an important cause? Over the weekend, Kailyn, along with Jo Rivera and Vee Torres, hosted an event to raise money for Puerto Rico, which is still suffering after the devastation of Hurricane Maria. And the details are just so very, very touching … 1. Hurricane Maria In September, Hurricane Maria caused an unprecedented amount of damage in Puerto Rico. Dozens of people were killed, and dozens more are still missing. Even now, much of the island is left without power and clean water. 2. Teen Moms Help Out Shortly after the hurricane, Kailyn and Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell began working on fundraising ideas — they even asked their social media followers for help in chartering a ship or a plane to deliver supplies to Puerto Rico! 3. A Plan After a bit of planning, Kailyn announced what she’d come up with: she would team up with her ex, Jo Rivera, and his fiancée, Vee Torres, to host a fundraiser! 4. Teamwork! Kailyn, Jo, and Vee held their fundraiser on Saturday night in Bloomfield, New Jersey — look how great they all look together! 5. $$$ Guests could make a $50 donation ahead of the gala, or they could pay $60 at the door. A portion of that money went towards Americares, a non-profit disaster relief organization that’s working in Puerto Rico right now. The rest of the money went towards their next fundraiser — more on that in a moment! 6. The Details! Kailyn exclusively spoke to us about the event, explaining how it went and why it was important to her. “Catelynn and I really wanted to come up with a relief fund after what happened in Puerto Rico,” she explained. “Since Jo’s family resides in Puerto Rico, we had to reach out to him and see what they needed and what we could do to help.” View Slideshow

Kailyn Lowry Takes Lux to Disneyland!

Kailyn Lowry took her youngest, precious baby Lux, on his first trip to Disneyland. There are pictures. Really cute pictures. We’re guessing that baby daddy  Chris Lopez was not invited . That sounds like it’s for the best. Thinking back, what do you suppose was your earliest memory? How many memories do you have that date back to before you could walk? Probably not very many from when you were two months old. Certainly not enough for you to have been able to recount a trip to Disneyland from before you were old enough to really, fully experience and appreciate a trip to The Happiest Place On Earth. But here’s the thing about childhood development — babies respond to and learn from their environment. Exposing them to more colors and images and pleasant sounds and smells stimulates their minds and imaginations. So an experience as wonderful and magical as a trip to Disneyland could still be great for this vital period in Lux’s development. Even though, as a 2-month-old (and even as an almost-3-month-old), he’s very unlikely to consciously remember the trip. And hey — they’ll always have these precious photos. This photo from behind might seem like a throwaway, but the text on the back of the hat is important. Note that both mother and son are wearing mouse ears, which is beyond adorable. We have to wonder if Kailyn had to go out of her way to get that. Like … is “Lux” really a common enough name that they had it in the gift shop? It might be. We just don’t know. If you want to see them from the front, though, take a look at our new favorite photo of Kail and Lux. They are just so cute! Look at his little baby face! Newborns, right after they come home, don’t really show that much of a conscious response to their environment. They’re still developing, folks. They’re sort of like very, very cute plants that also make noise and messes. But even after just a couple of months, you start to see more alertness. Look at Lux looking right into the camera. He’s at the part of early development where he’s really becoming a little person. Lux could be talking in just a few months (or in a year — it varies). Of course, deadbeat dad Chris Lopez will probably whine about how he should have been included in Lux’s visit to Disneyland. By the way, it would normally be at about this time when we’d point out that Kail chose wisely, that Disneyland is a much better place to visit than Disney World, because the latter is unfortunately located in Florida. At the moment, however, temperatures around Disney World are in the 70s. It is very nearly 90 degrees right now in Disneyland. (And we’re less than a week from Halloween!) Those high temperatures are, we imagine, why Kailyn decided to manually carry Lux and opted out of using a baby-carrying harness. Kailyn Lowry: Forget Chris Lopez, Our Baby Has MY Last Name!

If you’ve been keeping up with Kailyn Lowry and all of her baby drama, you know that the naming of precious little Baby Lo has been a little bit of an ordeal. Like, it took her nearly two entire months to name the kid. But then, in a trendy Instagram post, she revealed that she’d finally completed the task, and the world was introduced to Lux Russell . Lux is … well, it’s an interesting name, we’ll say that. And according to some quotes from an interview Kailyn just did with The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, the reasoning behind the name is just as interesting. As she explains , “It took me so long to name the baby because I was trying to work with Chris to agree on the name. But we just couldn’t agree.” “Until we ended things for good and I decided I would just pick something I loved and he agreed to the first name prior to me deciding it would be the name for sure.” So they had a hard time settling on a name they both liked, but they both thought Lux was OK, so now that they’re completely done with each other , she just went with it. “I finally decided on a name because it felt like I was going nowhere with Chris trying to decide,” she says. Fair enough. But when they were still trying to reach a decision together, they liked the name Lux because it’s “different but not completely off-the-wall.” They were also strongly considering naming the baby Christian. As for Lux’s middle name, Russell, Kailyn chose it because of Russell Vitale, a hip hop artist she likes who goes by the stage name of Russ. It may seem like an odd choice, but Russell is a classic name on its own, and besides, her other two kids were similarly named. Isaac, bless his heart, was named after Isaac Hanson of the beloved boy band Hanson, and Lincoln’s middle name is Marshall, after Marshall Mathers. Lastly, Kailyn reveals the answer to another question we’ve been wondering for a while now: whose last name does the baby have?! She says that her third son’s full name is Lux Russell Lowry — she gave him her last name, and she simply says that she “doesn’t know” how Chris feels about it. Which is a little concerning, because it sounds like she and Chris have really had no contact for a while now, if he doesn’t know something so basic about his own son.
