If you like Rob Schneider and poorly thought-out gay jokes, then this is your jam: InAPPropriate Comedy Trailer The sketch comedy film is directed by and stars Vince Offer. The ShamWow! guy. He made a movie. Oscar-winner Adrien Brody stars as Flirty Harry, a hard cop with a flare for fashion in a film about iPad apps gone wild. Still not convinced? How about Lindsay Lohan lashing out against the Paparazzi that won’t leave her alone in an entirely-too-planned bout of strained self-awareness? Sketch Comedy movies like Kentucky Fried Movie and Movie 43 tend to fall into the “dumb comedy” arena. And there’s nothing wrong with dumb comedy. But for heaven’s sake, have we not yet learned that “offensive” doesn’t automatically equal “comedy?” Ya gotta try. Who’s with me!? (*crickets*) What do you think? Terry Bradshaw Apologizes For Racist Comment Against Reggie Bush Terry Bradshaw offered up a apology yesterday for a controversial comment he made regarding Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush during their game Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts. Via EOnline : The 64-year-old Bradshaw was addressing fellow NFL studio analyst Jimmy Johnson as the two were watching a clip of Bush running for a touchdown when he said, “Look at this, Jimmy—like he was chasing that bucket of chicken the wind was blowing the other day.” Realizing his mistake, the former footballer now tells USA Today the quip was never directed at Bush but was meant for Johnson in that he meant to say “you” instead of “he.” Pronoun trouble aside, given the racial connotations attached to the remark and the fact that Reggie is African-American, Bradshaw acknowledged his screwup. “[I am] so sorry if I hurt anybody and I’m shocked I’m in this position,” he told the paper. The brash commentator said the quip was actually part of a running joke he’d been having with Johnson, noting Jimmy’s “big thing is chicken, Kentucky Fried Chicken. He won’t share it with anybody.” But Terry said he botched the delivery, which was exacerbated by the fast-paced nature of covering the highlights, not that that’s an excuse. “I can’t defend myself. I’ve never been in a situation like this. I don’t know how to react, except to apologize for something I didn’t know I said. I’ve been upset today. It’s not me. I’m shocked,” he admitted. Both Fox and Johnson stood by that explanation, stating the ex-quarterback’s joke was solely meant for his colleague. Flag on the play! Terry Bradshaw is a complete and utter buffoon. We love how easy people refer to such statements as misspoken. You don’t misspeak if it’s not in you. It just means you were in an environment where you forgot to censor what you say.

Honestly, whenever a movie’s main selling point is “Hey, check it out! Oscar winners talking about poop and wieners!”, we’re skeptical. We’re sure Kate Winslet likes to show off her range and all, but there’s a reason she’s not known for her comedic roles. There are a lot of red flags surrounding the production of Movie 43 (2013), actually– that it took four years to finish, for example, or that 15 writers and 11 different directors, including Zack and Miri Make a Porno (2008) star Elizabeth Banks , were involved– but here’s the thing. The usual rules don’t apply to this movie, and here’s why: Ever wish that Peter Farrelly would make his version of The Kentucky Fried Movie (1977)? Well, here it is. Halle Berry plays a dirty version of truth or dare (let’s just say turkey basters are involved) in a restaurant, Naomi Watts dons a side ponytail as a mom who bullies her home-schooled son, and Anna Faris wants Chris Pratt to poop on her. Plus, a segment chronicling the invention of the “iBabe” promises to be Movie 43′ s answer to Uschi Digard ‘s mam-entous appearance as a “Catholic High School Girl in Trouble,” and that’s enough to sell us on almost anything.
