These Were the 18 Best Celebrities of 2018

For the record, the following is not a list of our favorite celebrities from 2018. Or even our least favorite celebrities. You might say it's somewhere in between. We adore some of the folks included below and we abhor others. But there can be no denying the impact they had on popular culture over the past 12 months, which is why this is a rundown of the 18 “best” celebrities over this latest calendear year. Who sits at #1? You're moments away from finding out… 19. Donald Trump Look, if you’re talking about the star who was heard from the most in 2018, and who was discussed the most, this traitorous President is clearly the only answer. But we can’t put someone who is number-one in the heart of Vladimir Putin atop our list. So we’ll just mention Trump here, but place him as low as possible. 18. Bill Cosby Or perhaps we should just called him inmate number “NN7687.” 17. Jenelle Evans and David Eason We could almost separate these two, they each stirred up so much controversy in 2018. But if Evans won’t come to her senses and divorce this bigot, then we’ll follow suit and keep them as one. 16. Lady Gaga This star herself was not born in 2018. But she was remade as a legitimate actress who could actually win an Oscar. How nuts is that??? 15. Kylie Jenner She’s a mother now. How crazy is that?!?!? 14. Khloe Kardashian She’s also a mother now, as well as a sympathetic figure for having to endure the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal. View Slideshow

DAMN: A Now-Deleted Instagram Post May Have Revealed A New Kendrick Lamar Album Is Coming In 2019

Source: Joseph Okpako / Getty We Might Get A New Kendrick Album Sometime Next Year Kendrick Lamar  could have some new material coming sooner than we all think… During a recent interview with the  Los Angeles Times , Lamar debunked rumors that he was working on the follow-up to his 2017 masterpiece  DAMN.  “He claims he hasn’t been working on a new album, but says that he’s constantly working,” the interview mentions when speaking on potential new music from the star. But luckily for Kung Fu Kenny fans, the Compton native might actually have some new material releasing in 2019. As Pop Craze  points out, it looks like Polydor Records–which handles Interscope’s distribution in Europe–may have accidentally announced a 2019 K. Dot’s release. The label posted an Instagram story that named all the artists who were expected to drop projects in 2019, which included some pretty big acts like Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey, Selena Gomez, Schoolboy Q, and Kendrick Lamar. Polydor Records, who distributes Interscope albums in Europe, revealed in a now-deleted Instagram story that the following artists are releasing albums in 2019: @LadyGaga , @CarlyRaeJepsen , @Madonna , @LanaDelRey , @ToveLo , @SelenaGomez , @KendrickLamar , @BillieEilish and many more! pic.twitter.com/xPSfYSPtTM — Pop Crave (@PopCrave) December 25, 2018 As we mentioned before, the post has since been deleted–which means that it either contained inaccurate information or it contained some information that wasn’t supposed to go public. And of course, the latter could mean new Kendrick. Rumors of a new Kendrick album have been swirling since about a week after the rapper dropped DAMN. in 2017. In September, Kenny’s TDE labelmate, Isaiah Rashad claimed he had heard the rapper’s forthcoming album, but a few days later, TDE head Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith announced that a Kendrick album wasn’t dropping anytime soon. All signs point to Kendrick not having a new album in the works….but we’ll go with the little glimmer of hope that he does have one in the stash instead. Continue reading

A Star Is Pissed: Madonna Throws Hella Shade At Lady Gaga For Saying THIS

Source: Xavier Collin / Splash News Ever since Lady Gaga hit the scene ten years ago, Madonna has felt like the Mother Monster totally jocked her whole style. Madge reignited the beef on Monday after seeing a video of Gaga doing press for her latest film A Star Is Born , saying, “There can be 100 people in a room and 99 of them don’t believe in you, but all it takes is one and it just changes your whole life.” The Material girl took to IG and posted a video of herself saying something very similar in the ’80’s. “If there are 100 people in a room and 99 say they liked it, I only remember the one person who didn’t.” WOW — Madonna: “There's 100 people in a room…” pic.twitter.com/nBDt13kk79 — Jarett Wieselman (@JarettSays) December 2, 2018 Adding fuel to the mayo fire, Madonna posted a another pic with the caption, “Don’t F–k with Me Monday,” causing Gaga’s little monsters to go off in the comments. Is Gaga ‘single-white female’ -ing Madonna, or is Madge just hating?

Kareem Hunt, NFL Star, Brutalizes Woman in Surveillance Video

Kareem Hunt, one of the top running backs in the National Football League, has been caught in the act. And the act is really quite awful. TMZ has obtained footage of Hunt violently beating a woman inside of a Cleveland hotel this past February. The surveillance footage is from February 10 at 3:22 a.m., to be exact, and it clearly depicts Hunt arguing with an unidentified 19-year old female. We see the Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro confronting his victim and then shoving her very hard, prior to the woman striking Hunt in the face. At this point, truly loses it: he pushes one of his friends into the woman and then kicks her while she's crouching on the floor. Law enforcement was called to the scene, but no arrests were made. Hunt, who led the entire league in rushing last year, was not suspended by the NFL nor disciplined in any significant way by the Chiefs. In August, team CEO Clark Hunt publicly stated in August he doubted Hunt would be suspended, meaning he was well aware of at least some kind of incident. We do not know if he saw this video or if anyone in the league office has seen the video. The situation is reminiscent of what transpired with Ray Rice. Also a talented running back in 2014, Rice was suspended for two games for punching his girlfriend. But then this CRAZY footage of Rice knocking her unconscious went public and the league increased its penalty, causing many to wonder why the NFL needed videographic evidence when Rice had already admitted to punching his loved one.  Commissioner Roger Goodell has become infamous for failing to appropriately deal with players who beat women. At the time of this Hill incident, the woman told police the entire thing started because Hunt kicked her out of his room after she refused to hook up with one of the men in his entourage. Sounds very classy of him. In December of 2014, meanwhile, Hunt's wide receiver teammate Tyreek Hill – then a star on Oklahoma State University’s football and track teams – was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation. According to reports, he allegedly punched and choked his girlfriend… who was pregnant at the time. Watch the video now to be very disgusted by Kareem Hunt.

Lady Gaga, Kesha Trash Katy Perry in Leaked Texts: She’s So Mean!

Back in 2016,  Kesha alleged that she was raped by famed record music producer Dr. Luke. Luke has worked with some of the biggest names in pop over the course of his career, and Kesha insisted that she was not his only victim. In court documents that were unsealed last year, Kesha accused Luke of raping Katy Perry, and to the surprise of many, Perry remained silent on the matter. But while she never spoke out on social media, Perry did respond to the allegations in court. And it seems the singer was not happy to be dragged into a legal battle she wanted no part in. In a 2017 deposition unsealed today and obtained by Radar Online, Katy makes her feelings on the situation very clear: “Annoyed, pissed off that she would bring me into it in this way, annoyed at both Luke and Kesha,” Perry replied when asked how she felt about Kesha’s claims. Perry stated that she was never assaulted by Luke, but declined to support him publicly, as she knew her fans would be “very angry” if she were to defend an accused rapist. “I would be attacked, I would be the one woman that is against women and I’m not against women, but I believe in innocent until proven guilty and I believe in justice,” she told the court. “I want to stay out of it because I know them both and I empathize with both of them and obviously it’s a horrible situation for both of them,” she added. “And the only two people that know what really went on are those two people.” Today’s unsealed files also contain a transcript of a 2016 text message conversation between Kesha and Lady Gaga on the subject of Perry: “Was crying a lot today and needed my mom,” Kesha told her fellow pop star. “I’m really upset with Katy Perry … She could bring the whole thing to a head…She was raped by the same man. She is probably really afraid to lose everything.” “U are really strong standing up to him, she’s not as strong as u yet,” Gaga assured her friend, adding: “Have you talked to her?” “[You’re] right. I need to find sympathy and empathy for her. She’s so mean. It’s hard,” Kesha responded. “Do you want me to see if I can talk to her?” Gaga said. “I know she’s mean.” Kesha was definitive in response, texting, “OMG, NO!” in response to Gaga’s offer to intervene. While no criminal charges have been filed against Luke, he and Kesha have both filed civil suits against one another. Their legal battle remains ongoing.
