Kim Kardashian to Tristan Thompson: I Will Straight Up Kill You!

Giving birth is meant to be a blessed adventure. For Khloe Kardashian, however, it was far closer to an awkward adventure. That's what happens when your long-term boyfriend is caught cheating on you mere days before your due date. This, of course, was the unfortunate situation in which Khloe found herself back in April – and, making things even more uncomfortable, E! cameras were rolling on Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 15 at the time. On this Sunday's new episode of the reality series, we'll see Kim's siblings and mother arrive in Cleveland just in time to watch her give birth. It's actually one of the few examples of a truly unscripted few moments on the show. In this sneak peek, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian encounter Tristan Thompson for the first time since his wild cheating scandal broke. And things are… sort of calm? Kind of chill? Khloe Tweeted during the previous installment that she really wanted a peaceful birth for her daughter, which is why she invited Tristan along and why she waited to explode at him until after True arrived. In the video featured here, Kim is the one who has to control her emotions, joking behind Thompson's back at one point that she wants to murder him by slitting his throat. LOL, right? “Are you going to say hi to each other or no?” Khloe asks her sister and boyfriend after Kim has been in the room for multiple minutes and the two haven't said a word to each other. The reluctant stars then hug. “The vibe in the room is calm, I thought there would be way more tension,” Kim later says confessional, adding: “As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So I'm gonna keep it cute, I don't have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her.” For her part, Kris tries to diffuse the tension by dancing all around in excitement over becomign a grandmother once again. Oh, and Kylie FaceTimes in to see Khloe's belly. “I'm really excited to have everyone there, but oh my god, I'm getting that much closer to actually having to give birth, which is still just, phew,” Khloe adds in her own confessional. Lorde to Kanye West: You Ganked My Stage Ideas, Bruh!!

Last week, Kanye West was forced to flee as shots were fired on set . Also, everywhere near his primary residence is on fire. Now, he’s facing accuastions from Lorde that he totally ripped off her stage designs for his shows. And she has the photo comparisons to back up her claim. Kanye West and Kid Cudi’s “Kids See Ghosts” Tour has attracted the wrong kind of attention. Lorde, the absolute legend who won a Grammy before graduating high school, took to her Instagram Stories. There, she shared a series of images noting what she found to be a suspicious similarity between her tour’s stage design and Kanye’s. The suspended box design, creating a second floor to the stage without taking up any stage space, is pretty difficult to miss. Did Kanye really steal the work? Lorde suggests so with a few words. “I’m proud of the work I do,” Lorde wrote in reflection. “And it’s flattering when other artists feel inspired by it,” she continued. Lorde clarified about that flattered feeling: “to the extent that they choose to try it on themselves.” “But don’t steal,” she insists. “Not from women or anyone else,” Lorde writes. “Not in 2018 or ever.” Es Devlin is a designer who has worked closely with Lorde. “It’s hard to come up with stuff that feels new,” Lorde shared in 2017. “And with the tank it felt weird and interesting and quite specific to me,” Lorde shared. She spoke of her collaboration with Devlin: “The two of us just built it from the ground up, bouncing ideas back and forth.” Devlin has also very notably worked with Kanye for many, many years. In an apparent response to Lorde’s post, Devlin made a post on Instagram showing a similar “box” in the opera, Carmen , by Georges Bizet. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time that someone has noticed that Kanye’s stage design seems similar to another. Last time, it was this image (above) of hanging lights. Kim Kardashian herself took aim at Saint Laurent, suggesting that Kanye’s set design had been ripped off. (One could argue that no one gets to lay claim to the concept of hanging lights, but it really doesn’t matter) That makes defending Kanye against Lorde a little complicated. That is, assuming that Ye has any defenders left who aren’t in his bed or on his payroll. Some could cynically suggest that Lorde is being opportunistic. Lorde is famously friends with Taylor Swift. Even more famously, Taylor and Kanye have a serious beef. In 2016, Kim orchestrated Taylor’s temporary downfall. Now, however, Taylor is back. Meanwhile, Kanye chose 2018 as the year to purge himself of any lingering goodwill that the public may have for him. Is Lorde just kicking Kanye while he’s down by attacking his art? So, did Lorde jump the gun by indirectly accusing Kanye of ripping off her work? Did Kanye and Lorde just come up with similar ideas? (Great trains run along the same tracks, if Kanye is still considered to be “great”) Or did Es Devlin rip off a design from an opera and then pass it off to both artists? We would suggest that it’s more likely (and also kinder) to suggest that no one is stealing from anyone. Stages only have so many possible designs, folks. That said, we can understand why Lorde might be sensitive on the topic. There is a widespread phenomenon, from business meetings to the art world, of men duplicating a woman’s ideas and receiving credit for it. It’s good to be on guard for that — even if you might, occassionally, be mistaken. View Slideshow: 21 Celebrity Feuds We Never Saw Coming

Lorde and Jack Antonoff: Dating?!

It’s been about six weeks since Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff broke up , and both parties have remained relatively mum on the cause of their split. Sure, they’ve made some vague remarks to the press, but we don’t really know what prompted to abruptly end their  Although we’re starting to get a rough idea of where it all went wrong… That’s Jack hanging out with singer and former Lena bestie Lorde. We’re not saying they’re definitely hooking up, but it’s worth noting that the amount of time Lorde’s been spending with Jack is inversely proportional to the amount of time she’s been spending with Lena. In other words, yeah, we basically are saying they’re hooking up. Jack and Lorde (real name Ella Yelich-O’Connor) claim that they’re just friends, but their recent behavior seems to tell a different story. For starters, the two of them spent the entirety of Grammy weekend together. Now granted, they’re frequent collaborators, so it made sense that they were seated next to each other at the ceremony. But partying with a friend of the opposite sex when you’re fresh from a high-profile breakup obviously sends a certain message. And onlookers say Jack and Lorde didn’t seem to mind that others were picking up on that message. But the clearest indication that Jack and Lorde are hooking up is that the two of them were recently spotted hanging out one-on-one in Auckland, in her native New Zealand. Antonoff played a show there with his band, but the fact that he decided to stay on in the farthest nether-regions of the planet just to spend a few more days with Lorde might speak volumes about their relationship. “There’s nothing going on between Ella and Jack,” one insider tells People magazine. “There’s not any type of romantic situation. They’re just friends — they really are just friends.” It sounds like the source here, really, really wants to believe there’s nothing romantic going on between Jack and Lorde. We wouldn’t be surprised if the insider went on to make a bunch of uncomfortable comments about Odell Beckham Jr . The source is Lena Dunham, is what we’re saying.
