90 Day Fiance stars being unlucky in love is nothing new, but now, not even their rebounds are safe. First, Larissa Lima broke up with Erickee . Now, Jay Smith and his sidepiece-turned-girlfriend Kayal have split. Kayla is opening up about where they went wrong, and why she now fears for Jay’s stability. Kayla O’Brien was there to pick up Jay when he emerged from ICE custody at the tail end of July. Now, Kayle is opening up to RadarOnline on her relationship with the notorious cheater and how they have now broken up. “We were happy,” Kayla characterizes their relationship. “We always had a good time together.” Depending upon whom you ask, Kayla and Jay may have been together as far back as January. “We didn’t fight,” she claims. “We still acted like best friends.” Even when things were good, Kayla admits, she “always did way more for him” in the relationship. “Deep down, I think he is a good person, but he’s just lost,” Kayla suggests. “He was just moving on his own motives,” she describes. “And I had mine as well.” “We’re different people,” she points out. “Who value different things.” It’s always so interesting to hear women making all kinds of excuses for men. Society conditions them to do so from a very young age. Still, it’s clear that the general horniness wore off and she could see him clearly: “He’s a mess. I wish him peace.” Over the weekend, Jay showed up at the same event as Ashley — who has a protective order preventing him from approaching her. “God help him if he’s messing with Ashley again,” Kayla laments. “All I can think of is all the hard work to reverse the damage,” she worries. “There’s a current PFA,” Kayla points out. “If she turns on him again he’s so f–ked.” She’s at a loss, expressing: “I don’t know why he would put himself in that position… I feel sorry for him.” So, what was their relationship really like? “He was loyal for a period,” Kayla says. “And good to me for a period,” she adds. “But,” Kayla admits. “That’s all I want to say.” Wow. Sounds like a prince. “I am proud of myself to have loved him and done what I did for him,” Kayla claims. “Regardless of if he appreciates it now or not,” she insists. “He needed me and I will always be that person.” “Anyone I love will have unconditional love and support,” Kayla asserts. “And,” she concludes. “He can’t take that from me.” That last line … implies a lot of unspoken misery. I do feel sorry for that girl. In the mean time, Jay decided to post some thirst traps to Instagram now that he’s single again. And who should comment but his also single former castmate, Larissa Lima? As you can see in this screenshot by John Yates, she simply left a “fire” emoji under his post, but it was clearly enough to set of Ashley. (For those of you wondering how Ashley knew like it’s some mystery, she has thousands of fans and one of them told her) “Grab yourself an Evian and stop being so damn thirsty,” Ashley demanded of her erstwhile castmate,.Ouch. Ashley Martson: I Was Kidnapped, Assaulted, and Nearly Died

Last November, we reported that 90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson had been kidnapped and brutally attacked when she was 19. Now, Ashley is speaking up on Instagram and inviting her fans and followers to hear the grim story of her survival story. This is a huge step for her, and she even released a statement about how she’s no longer afraid to address her trauma. First of all, Ashley explains why she decided to get ahead and leak her story through blogger John Yates late last year. “I wasn’t sure how the other tabloids would portray me,” Ashley explained at the time. She added: “I knew he would post it with the with dignity and respect with the understanding that this is a very sensitive subject.” And, she revealed, she had been warned that an old “friend” already planned to leak the story of the brutal 2005 assault. “People are disgusting,” she correctly observed. “Sending this story to tabloids shows how s–tty people really are.” In 2005, Ashley was near her car outside of work when a man, Sean Patrick Gallagher, attacked her with a box cutter and tied her up. He took her elsewhere in her own car. In a small athletic field, he stopped the car, terrorized her, and sexually assaulted her. He could have — and may have been planning to — end her life. Only 19 at the time, Ashley mustered the incredible courage to fight back against he armed monster. She struck him with a bag and used her own teeth to chew through the zip-ties that had bound her hands so tightly that they were discolored. Ashley made a run for it, on foot, sliding down an embankment and wading across a creek to get away. Gallagher was eventually identified with DNA evidence. He was already in prison at the time. At his trial, Ashley did not hold back when it came to scolding him for fighting the charges, forcing her to relive her horrific trauma. In 2009, after Ashley’s testimony, it took only 90 minutes for the jury to convict. He was found guilty of kidnapping, rape, involuntary intercourse, robbery, and terroristic threats. Last November, it was John Yates who shared the story — at Ashley’s request — to get it out in the open, the right way. Now, Ashley is addressing the topic herself on Instagram. “I was kidnapped and almost killed,” Ashley acknowledges. “But,” she continues. “I’m no longer afraid to speak out.” She then directs people to read about it. There isn’t exactly new information, since it’s been public knowledge, but her statement is brand new. Ashley has known a lot of awful experiences in her life. Kidnapped at 19. And she continues to battle Lupus, a devastating and chronic autoimmune disease that threatens her life. Leaked text messages appear to accuse her ex-husband, Jay Smith, of sexually assaulting her while she was recovering from a medical treatment. There is no limit on the horror that one can experience in a lifetime, but we hope that Ashley never relives any of these nightmares again. Ashley is a profoundly strong woman. Jay Smith Sends Fans a Message: Will He Run to Avoid Deportation?

Sunday night’s 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? showed Ashley calling 911 on Jay and kicking him out of the house. Even so, they eventually reconciled and were together for another three months … before Jay’s cheating caused yet another breakup. Now, Jay is facing imminent deportation, and is spending his remaining time in the US … getting a tattoo. On his face. Jay Smith went live on Instagram (which he has set to private at the moment, probably to avoid backlash after Sunday night’s episode). He showed himself receiving a facial tattoo on the right side of his face, near and above his eye, by his temple. While the end result of the tattoo remains unclear, it appears to be a silhouette of Jamaica, his home country. Jay is a tattoo artist and his passionate about tattoos. But fans are a little surprised. Is he trying to send a message before he gets deported? Viewers who only keep up with what’s airing on TV have already seen Ashley kick Jay out of the house and call the police on him. Ashley did file for divorce on January 11 of 2019, which was after he cheated on her by boning some girl in the barbershop bathroom. But just days later, Ashley had a health crisis — she was found unresponsive at home and rushed to the hospital. Ashley had experienced kidney failure, believed to be a symptom of her lupus. Jay rushed to be by her side. Just 11 days after filing for divorce, Ashley withdrew her papers. Things were good … until Ashley and Jay split up in April. She accuses him of cheating and more. Ashley has already spoken on Instagram about the consequences that Jay is facing. “He will be deported on Aug. 7,” Ashley announced recently. “Unless he runs,” she predicted. “Which is what I’m assuming he’s probably [planning].” Yikes. “The thing that’s really frustrating,” Ashley expressed. “Is he’s here illegally now. …” Jay and Ashley did get married, so some are saying that it may be Ashley’s fault for not filing the right papers on her husband. “I did file for his adjustment of status,” Ashley clarified. “And then two weeks later,” she recalled. “He screwed up again.” “So,” Ashley added. “I withdrew it.” She didn’t want to be held legally and financially responsible for a guy who used her so that he could some lay pipe in the US. “ICE has already been here to arrest him,” Ashley revealed. “They know where he works.” “I mean obviously, if they come to my house at this point, I’m gonna tell them where he’s at,” she warns. It’s easy to confuse any discussion of immigration or deportation with the nightmarish child concentration camps along the US border. However, Ashley is referring to a legal deportation, not asking the US government to commit additional crimes against humanity. “So,” Ashley said. “I’m not sure why he’s still sticking around.” She then added: “because we got a letter three weeks ago saying he has an active warrant for his arrest.” “It’s not ‘if.’ He ‘is’ going to get deported,” Ashley told her followers. “And he knows he is.” “And he even called me,” she claims. “He went to the attorney, and he said like, ‘I’m f–ked.’” “Like he even offered money,” Ashley accuses. “Like, ‘Can I pay you to withdraw the divorce?’” We’re not sure where Jay would expect to get enough money to make that offer tempting to Ashley, who appears to be doing well for herself. While elements of Ashley’s reaction to Jay have rubbed people the wrong way, few if any 90 Day Fiance viewers are Team Jay. The ones who are are, well, mostly just horny for him. In the mean time, if Jay is really planning on going into hiding to avoid deportation, we’re not sure how long that will last. The dude has a tattoo of another country on his face . Ashley Martson Health Battle to Play Out on 90 Day Fiance?

The 90 Day Fiance fandom has been discussing Ashley Martson’s health a lot this year. After two major hospitalizations, that makes sense. But some so-called fans don’t believe the evidence. They say that she is faking her ongoing battle with lupus. Now, Ashley’s mother is speaking out about how unfairly her daughter has been treated by fans — and by producers. An Instagram user named @cindygarney is claiming to be Ashley Martson’s mom in a series of comments captured by SoapDirt . She has had it up to here with the public thrashing that her daughter has received among some members of the fandom. “I am Ashley’s MOTHER!” Cindy’s post begins. She suggests: “Maybe you should be patient and watch the upcoming season [of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After ].” “You will feel pretty sorry for such harsh comments,” she warns. Fans say that they have received mixed messages about Ashley’s lupus. “Stories may have been inconsistent due to contacts and someone posting on her behalf too quickly,” Cindy suggests. She adds: “I have never commented on anything” “But,” Cindy writes. “I’m sick of seeing her being [dragged] through the mud.” Cindy notes: “I am the one who sits by her side while she suffers.” For the record, it is extremely clear that Ashley’s lupus is the real deal. We all wish that it were not. “You have no idea the hurt you cause her by stating she is faking her illness,” Cindy warns. Famously, and despite how shockingly little they are paid, 90 Day Fiance stars are under strict contracts to not discuss behind-the-scenes details. “I’m not under contract,” Cindy notes. “So I’m gonna say my side.” “I’m not gonna argue with anyone,” she adds. “I’m just stating my side in defense of my daughter,” Fans seem impatient for more information about Ashley and Jay’s life. Cindy reminds them that new episodes are just weeks away — the new season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? premieres on April 28. “I think everyone needs to sit tight,” Cindy advises. She then reports that producers had filmed a lot about Ashley’s health battle, but that those segments never made it to air on Season 6. “They did a whole story the first season and then didn’t share it,” she accuses. “Which I don’t feel was fair.” “The show talked non stop about another cast member who had a visible illness,” Cindy laments. “And completely edited Ashley’s out.” “Just because Ashley doesn’t look visibly ill 24/7 doesn’t mean she isn’t,” Cindy notes. Lupus doesn’t cover you in boils or make you look like a lich. It ravages your internal organs and threatens your life. “For them to film her while very sick and not air it to me was very wrong,” Cindy expresses. She adds that viewers may see a lot more of that, writing: “Let’s hope all the time it was filmed this coming season is shown.” Ashley and Jay did become embattled by a fraud scandal earlier this year. An account that had “leaked” some private photos turned out to be under Jay’s control, and Ashley knew about it. “I have never ever commented before,” Cindy writes. “But,” she says. “I just feel like you shouldn’t immediately judge her because of a fake account was revealed.” She does acknowledge that it was “wrong” and notes that she “doesn’t defend” it. We were all disappointed at Ashley’s fraud scandal. Nobody likes to feel bamboozled. But accusing Ashley of faking her lupus, when she went to great lengths to prove it, is simply not okay. TLC knows that she has it — they sent flowers to her hospital room. And no, they don’t let you borrow a hospital room to fake an illness for your Instagram followers. Beth Chapman Shares First Post-Chemotherapy Selfie, Declares: Cancer Sucks!

Beth Chapman has shared an update on her health with fans. And we really wish it were a more positive one. On Tuesday, the Dog the Bounty Hunter star and wife to husband Duane “Dog” Chapman shared a smiling selfie on Instagram, including with this snapshot multiple hashtag messages, including “stay humble” and “pray.” Specifically, Beth wrote the following: #dogwgna history in the making #dogsmostwanted #cancersucks #stayhumblepray #itsonlyhair. This would seem to imply she’s wearing a wig in the image below, as chemotherapy almost always causes one to lose one’s hair. Beth was first diagnosed with stage II throat cancer in September of 2017. Two months later, she and her famous husband apprised fans of her status, saying the tumor had been totally removed. Tragically, however, the cancer returned the following year, as Beth rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles on November 26 for an emergency surgery to clear a throat blockage that was obstructing her airways. Talking last year about Beth’s initial diagnosis, Dog told Us Weekly how he reacted to the awful news. “I’ve been with her since she was 19, she’s almost 100,” Chapman said/joked, adding: “Every picture I see of us together, I remember where it was. It just makes all those moments that you shared love a lot more real when that could be what you’re left with: just the moments. “It was hard as sh-t.” Beth, meanwhile, spoke to Radar Online after her surgery and blew us away with her attitude. “I’ve stared down the devil more than once in my life but I’ve never faced a real life or death decision,” she told the outlet. “My life has never been easy, and I surely don’t expect it to start now. Still, I’ve never been a victim and I won’t let cancer beat me.” The Chapmans got married in 2006 after 16 years as a couple. Their family starred on the A&E reality series for eight seasons until 2012. Back in November of 2017, A&E also aired a two-hour special titled Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives, whch chronicled Beth’s cancer journey As of this writing, we don’t know how much time Beth has remaining. But she plans to make the most of it, both away from the camera and in front of the camera. Both she and Dog will soon return to television on Dog’s Most Wanted, their new show for WGN America. The 10-part series will follow the husband-and-wife duo and their team of bounty hunters (“The Dirty Dozen”) as they hunt the FBI, U.S. Marshals, and State’s Most Wanted Fugitives. 90 Day Fiance Divorce: Ashley Filed Just Days Before Hospitalization

Just two days before Ashley Martson was found unresponsive at home and hospitalized , she filed for divorce from Jay Smith. The 90 Day Fiance couple had stayed together despite Jay’s cheating, but apparently not forever. Curiously, Ashley was not the only Season 6 star who filed for divorce on that exact same date. Late Wednesday morning, blogger John Yates shared  The court document from Cumberland County, Pennsylvania  The plaintiff is Ashley E Smith — Ashley Martson’s married name. The defendant is Conroy St. Christopher Smith — whom 90 Day Fiance all know as Jay. What is really interesting about this divorce filing is the date. This was filed on January the 11, 2019. Two things are significant about that date. As we previously reported, Ashley was hospitalized on January 13 — just two days later. She was found unresponsive at her home. During her battle with lupus, she had gone into kidney failure. Some can say that it’s fate or that she collapsed from a broken heart, but … again, she collapsed from kidney failure. There’s nothing romantic about lupus. The other interesting thing about the January 11 date is that she wasn’t the only 90 Day Fiance star to file for divorce on that date. Mere hours after Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s latest arrest, Colt Johnson filed for divorce . That would have also been on January 11. This followed an incident in which both Colt and Larissa accuse the other of domestic battery (there are a lot of disputed facts). In contrast, Ashley is believed to have filed for divorce because Jay downloaded Tinder and cheated on her just days after their wedding. That’s bad, but it’s not the same as Larissa’s scary bloody cry for help . Is this a huge coincidence? Maybe. But it has been reported that Ashley and Jay are operating under a non-disclosure agreement. Why? Because they are appearing on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? (Yes, the question mark in the title of that spin-off absolutely belongs there) Do you know who else was filming Happily Ever After? Larissa and Colt, as Larissa revealed more than once as she wailed on social media about Colt’s cheating. We wonder which dates exactly were covered by their Happily Ever After? contracts. Did Ashley and Colt have to wait before filing for divorce until that date in order to meet their contractual obligations? (If so, that would really feed into conspiracy theories, some voiced by Larissa herself, that Colt planned their horrifying fight in advance) Alternatively, did Ashley see that Colt had filed for divorce and just decide “f–k it, if they’re filing, I’m filing too.” Nobody wants to be the first to divorce, we suppose. Or, again, it could all be a coincidence. There is a chance that we will never see an explanation for the curious timing of divorce filings. That said, Ashley’s focus right now is probably on her health battle and of course on her children. Lupus is a serious and brutal illness that is treatable for some, but may claim the lives of others. Thanks to some generous 90 Day Fiance fans, Ashley was able to afford her surgery . We wish her happiness and health as she recovers from this frightening medical ordeal. We definitely prefer reality TV drama over real-life medical emergencies, thank you very much. Larissa Dos Santos: Look, This is Why I Hate Ashley Martson…

Larissa Dos Santos is here to spill all the damning tea. So Ashley Martson may want to put on a bib. As 90 Day Fiance fans likely know very well, these two co-stars do not exactly get along. With no clear reason existing for the tension that exists between them, however, Larissa figured she’d go ahead this week and offer up her side of the story. And it doesn’t exactly paint Martson in the most flattering light. “One secret that nobody knows, just you now. … Ashley, she tried to be my friend in Atlanta. I was like, ‘Wait, wait, wait. I don’t know you,’” Larissa said during a recent Instagram Live video, adding: “She tried really hard to be my friend. She talked bad about Jonathan [Rivera] and Fernanda [Flores] for me.” Okay, Larissa. You have our attention. Go on… “She [said] like, ‘They are so jealous because we are in Atlanta and they are not.’ But I [said], ‘I’m not jealous of them. I’m so happy because they go to Hollywood, to L.A. to the premiere.’ “… So I think that they might say bad things about her to Dan.” Martson, pictured above, has been through plenty on 90 Day Fiance. Earlier this month, for example, Jay Smith claimed he cheated on Ashley …. by accident. The day after they got married. Larissa, meanwhile, continues to make news for her very up, down and everything in between relationship with Colt Johnson . In this instance, though, when it comes to her beer with Ashley, Larissa just wants to make something clear: Everything is Martson’s fault! “I was really nice to her. … I give her advice,” she explained on Instagram. “I was really sweet to Dan, but I was just like, ‘Wait, wait, wait.’” The Brazil native went at it with Fernanda during part 1 of the 90 Day Fiance reunion , which aired on Sunday, January 6. “Fernanda is jealous of me because she’s ugly and I’m beautiful,” Larissa said in a way only she can during the special episode. “I feel ready to do war.” Larissa and husband at least presented a united front by attacking other couples during the special.
