Chris Brown’s neighbors are still not happy with him. As we previously reported , Breezy recently splurged on some new digs in West Hollywood, spending $1.75 million for a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo, but his neighbors have been complaining that he’s turned it into a party house. According to TMZ , Chris’ neighbors are accusing him of being utterly disrespectful, blasting loud music and partying day and night and even racing dogs down the hallways at all hours. And that’s not all. Police showed up this week, after someone vandalized the elevator by carving “C.B.” on the elevator door. “Chris Brown is a problematic tenant, to say the least,” the source says. “He has his posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night, he’s loud and totally disrespectful of his neighbors. He’s driving the other tenants in the building crazy.
