Drake Announces Popcaan As Newest Addition To OVO Sound [Video]

As spotted on Complex Champagne Papi came out at the Unruly Fest in Jamaica as a surprise guest. On top of performing a short set of his songs he also made a very timely announcement. He went on to say that Popcaan is now an OVO Sound artist. “This is something we’ve worked on for a very long time,” he said. “I just want to let everybody know, finally. Officially, 2019 Popcaan is signed to OVO.” Naturally the crowd erupted over the news. They then shared the stage as pictures of the two scrolled on the stage. Popcaan made his official debut in 2014 with  Where We Come From . He followed the album up with  Forever  earlier this year. Here’s the Natural Disaster that is all over the news that is happening in Malibu….Ashley Graham in a bikini…. I am all for people doing whatever the fuck they want in life. If a fat chick wants to do erotic bikini shoots, so fucking be it, let her do it, but the fact that I have to see it unsolicited, when I am not looking for it, makes me see her for what she is…a sex offender. I am all for people scamming the system, because the system is dumb and easy to manipulate…you know her pretending to be some empowered fat chick in order to get paid like she was an actual model…because America is fat and likes it… I just don’t like being exposed to it unsolicited when I don’t want to see it…it’s a form of rape. That said, it’s hard to feel bad for rich people losing their houses..I do feel bad for all the animals dying in the fires…but the one animal who should have been burned up proper because of all her gristle…but maybe she’s more into being a tasteless fire photoshoot publicity stunt..than being a victim…since she’s empowered or some shit. Eddie Murphy to Star in Beverly Hills Cop Reboot

We started the day with Arnold Schwarzenegger returning to  Conan and now it’s Eddie Murphy and  Beverly Hills Cop . Apparently we have time traveled back to the 80’s and no one sent me the memo. If you were upset over the news that the  Beverly Hills Cop TV series wasn’t picked up, well dry your eyes because the project still has legs. Not only that but Paramount Pictures has ditched the TV idea and have moved back into the film arena.  If that wasn’t enough,  Eddie Murphy has come on board as Axel Foley once again. So much good news for fans of the  Beverly Hill Cop franchise. Although the film has picked up writers Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec, there is no word as to whether or not it will stick with the father/son storyline of the pilot or if Eddie Murphy will go solo. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for news of a  Bowfinger sequel.

Might the Kim Kardashian pregnancy be tearing this reality star’s family apart? As detailed by In Touch Weekly , Khloe Kardashian is heartbroken over the news that her sister is expecting, while The New York Daily News now reports Kris Jenner is livid at Kanye West for ruining a potential windfall. West, of course, announced Kim’s pregnancy during a late December concert, denying Jenner the chance to negotiate for an exclusive with Us Weekly . And just how much could that exclusive have brought in? Consider: That same magazine just paid Kourtney Kardashian $200,000 for a mere bikini photo spread. And “sometimes the baby announcement sells more than the baby pics,” an insider says, leading us to believe the Kardashian could have raked in close to $1 million. “ Kris runs that family like a machine,” added this source. “She wanted the control over when and where they make their money. The [ Us Weekly ] contract states that they have Kourtney exclusively for two weeks, but they’re more interested in Kim.” Who isn’t?!? It’s clear at this point that the Kim Kardashian baby photos will eventually be sold for WELL into the seven figures.

Who knew it took so little to level Oprah Winfrey? Days after the talk show host claimed she was blown away by the answer Kim Kardashian gave in relation to her 72-day marriage falling apart, this interview actually aired on OWN and viewers listened to… a completely expected, cliche-filled spewing of total BS from the reality star. “I was in love: I wanted the life that I always pictured my fairytale life to be,” Kim told Oprah, reiterating the same line she’s used many times to explain her split from Kris Humphries . “I don’t want to get into the small things, but once we moved in, I knew he was not the one.” Kim Kardashian and Oprah Winfrey Interview Kardashian never actually uttered her ex’s name during the chat, but she did open up about the aftermath of the divorce (which is still legally pending ). “I was in such a deep depression I thought I was going to back away from everything,” she said. “I stayed at home for almost four months and I’m a better person now, as heartbreaking as it was to go through… it was embarrassing, I don’t want to call it a mistake, it was a lesson.” Just don’t call the wedding a ratings grab, dammit! “We have an amazing fan base that watches the show,” Kardashian said. “We don’t do anything for ratings.” The old Oprah Winfrey may have said the same.

Jennifer Nettles isn’t just singing on Duets . The country music star is now living the concept as well. That’s right, the Sugarland crooner is pregnant with her first child! Nettles married Justin Miller (an entrepreneur) in November and they reportedly got right into procreation-based lovemaking, as the artist’s manager tells People her client and her husband are “thrilled beyond belief” over the news. Kim Kardashian sides with Free Britney. In a recent edition of THG Asks, one of our columnists argued that Teen Mom glorifies teen pregnancy . Now, in response to a report that 90 – yes, 90! – girls from a Memphis high school are knocked up or have given birth this year, Kim has blogged the following: It seems that shows like Teen Mom are all of a sudden making teen pregnancy seem cool in the eyes of young girls. The kids from these shows are all over the news, even on the covers of magazines, and have been become almost like celebrities, but girls, these are not people you should idolize! When I think back to when I was 16, there is no way I would even have considered having a baby. That thought wouldn’t even have entered my head. Having a baby is one one of the biggest, and most life-changing decisions a person can make and while I’m not saying that no teen is in the position to raise a child, having a baby so young shouldn’t be seen as the trendy thing to do. We couldn’t agree with Kim more. Amber Portwood, on the other hand? The MTV star and mother of Leah replies: “Last time I checked, Kim Kardashian had a sex tape floating around on the internet and I’m pretty sure she made a lot of money off of it. She made a sex tape when she was younger and she wants to bash the girls on Teen Mom? If you read the articles about the show, they do nothing but talk about how the show reveals how hard it is for all of us. It doesn’t glamorize anything! It shows the heartache we’ve all gone through. “We may be ‘celebrities’ because our face is out there, but it’s only because we’ve done some bad things. That’s not glamorous.” Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans had a more succinct response to Kim: “I want to say, s–t happens.” Choose a side in this feud:

Yesterday, wearing only a black bra and panties, a 52-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair missed her flight out of Oklahoma City. She failed the security screening. Transportation Security Administration screeners told Phoenix-bound Tammy Banovac her wheelchair, luggage and clothes showed traces of nitrates, which can be used in bombs, The Oklahoman reports. After more than an hour of hand searches and interrogation, she was told to come back to Will Rogers World Airport today. This morning, Banovac returned — wearing the same minimalist travel ensemble. She passed TSA's screening and off she and her dog went. (She dressed after being screened.) Banovac told the paper that because of her wheelchair she is typically hand-searched. But the TSA's new, enhanced pat-downs have left her feeling violated. She said an “unpleasant” TSA experience two weeks ago prompted her revealing approach to pat-downs. “If it happened anywhere else, it would have been sexual assault,” she said. Hashim Thaci, Kosovo’s newly re-elected prime minister, is coming under fresh scrutiny over his guerrilla past as European foreign ministers examine allegations about organ trafficking in the 1998-99 war. Dick Marty, a Council of Europe rapporteur, presented a report on Thursday to members of the 47-country organisation that alleges that Mr Thaci, a leader in the Kosovo Liberation Army against Serbia, also formed a powerful “mafia” network among former guerrilla fighters for narcotics and organ trafficking. The council, which promotes human rights, democracy and the rule of law around the continent published the report on its website and tabled it for discussion next month.
