Bachelor in Paradise Recap: Colton and Tia Are Awkwardly Reunited!

We were promised hookups, tears, and feuds in the Season 5 trailer for Bachelor in Paradise . And it looks like they’ve already begun to deliver. Colton’s long-awaited reunion with Tia Booth was a lot more complicated than either of them had imagined. And even though there’s now a gang of stars determined to take down Colton, this couple is only part of the drama. … First we have to talk about Tia Booth and Colton Underwood. Or, rather, about just Tia — because Colton wasn’t there yet. That’s right. Producers are messy b–ches who live for drama (literally, it’s their livelihood), so they brought Tia in before Colton arrived … and they gave her a date card. Don’t get us wrong, Tia totally had Colton on her mind. It had been months — she revealed that they hadn’t gotten to chat since The Bachelorette . But Tia’s no fool — she had the date card and, hey, Chris was right there. To be fair to Chris, he went on this date with Tia with the impression that Colton was a thing of the past for her. At the risk of sounding like a gossiping 11-year-old, we report that the two of them totally made out . She even said “Colton who?” while they were kissing, which is … a great way to tell the person you’re kissing that you are, in fact, thinking about someone else. Of course, as soon as this thing was Chris was underway, Colton arrived. Because of course that’s how they timed it. Producing a reality series is a genuine art form, folks. Colton was also given a date card right off the bat. After what we imagine was some gentle prodding from producers, he did speak to some of the other fine young women in Paradise. But he did, of course, hit things off with Tia again — for the first time in nearly half a year. They kissed, and Tia was clearly over the moon. Colton wants to figure out what this situation really means for him. Ah, Grocery Store Joe. We know from previews that he gets into conflict with Leo, but right now, he’s living his best life and enjoying flirtations with just about every woman in Paradise. Joe likes Tia, but Tia likes Colton (and liked Chris, however briefly). Krystal likes Joe, but Joe likes Kendall. This, as we know, will lead to Leo calling him a “Grocery Store B–ch” which sounds like a turn-of-the-century insult that a farmer would hurl at a city-slicker. Krystal also likes Kevin, so we’ll keep our eyes on that as it develops. Speaking of Kevin, he still has some sore feelings about his breakup with Ashley Iaconetti and her abrupt engagement to Jared. Let’s see, what else? Chris is teaming up with Nick and Jordan to take down Colton, which sounds totally plausible if they’re sitcom characters or supervillains but is otherwise super weird to hear from adult ment. Not as weird as Chris calling himself “Goose,” but still weird. Especially since they’re (sort of) the “Goose Gang.” No part of that is not awkward. Siesta Key Season 1 Episode 7 Recap: Messy Messy Kelsey

Kelsey found herself in quite the predicament on Siesta Key Season 1 Episode 7 as she continued to pursue something with Alex in the aftermath of her split with Garrett.  When the episode got underway, Chloe was mad about Alex and Paul fat-shaming her, and rightfully so. Every single time Alex opens his mouth on the show, it gives us another reason to hate him.  He is becoming one of the worst people on reality TV, and he’s the only thing dragging this show down right now. After having her weight questioned, Chloe turned to Garrett to help her work out.  If you watch Siesta Key online , you will know that Garrett is very much into fitness. That’s why he has abs for days. Did Chloe go meet Garrett just to spill the beans about what happened between Alex and Kelsey?  She conveniently pointed out that Kelsey and Alex went on a date and that they were very close during the trip to Bihimi. But, what did she miss from her big tale? The news that Juliette slept with Alex that same night, of course! Instead, she glossed over it, and it put Garrett in a real bad mood as he wanted to get to the cause of why Kelsey was lying to him about Alex.  Chloe and Garrett agreed to become workout buddies, but something tells me these two would make a good couple. They both keep getting shunned by their respective cliques, so at least they have something in common.  In fact, they also hate Alex, so that’s two things right there.  Garrett wasted no time in meeting up with Kelsey. As expected, she failed to mention that the game she was playing with Alex involved losing some clothing.  Did she not know that MTV was going to air the episodes? Like, get it together.  Kelsey wanted Garrett to listen to her truths from that moment forward. She was sick to death of people adding things on to construct elaborate rumors to assassinate her character.  Kelsey was not doing herself any favors. She should just be straight up and there would be zero issues. Her mother’s condition seemed to be worsening, and she had a lot on her plate, so she worried about whether her mother would deteriorate some more.  Debbie is a strong woman and does not want her daughter to miss out on portions of her life because of her illness. She is a solid example of a great parent and Kelsey is lucky to have her.  Meanwhile, Juliette wanted some clarity about where she stood with Alex. It was so obvious she wanted to be his girlfriend, but the lothario just cannot be tamed.  Hitting up Facetime to get some details, Juliette was blindsided when Alex essentially said they were never going to happen. They each agreed to put their thing aside and move on from it.  Alex seemed glad, while Juliette sobbed on her bed as she realized it was never going to work with Alex. She would be wise to move on with someone who actually likes her.  Chloe made her way to her therapist to speak about recent events and how they have affected her. The main takeaway from the meeting was that she wanted independence and part of that was being hindered due to financial reasons.  Not everyone is as rich as Alex, so it’s intriguing to see someone who genuinely wants to save to achieve things in life.  The best part of the episode was Chloe laying down the law with Alex. She essentially cut him off and he the expression on his face did not even change.  He apologized, but it was the least sincere apology in the history of apologies. The kid really needs to think about his actions because there’s only so long his friends will put up with his antics.  The final event of the episode centered around a BBQ at Madisson’s house. Her ex-boyfriend from college was in attendance, as well as her new boyfriend.  It was awkward, but Madisson was genuinely considering moving to New York because of the increased job prospects for her.  The episode concluded with Alex and Kelsey making out in the pool while Madisson looked out the window at them.  Classy.  The drama is heating up in Siesta Key, and we’re eagerly anticipating what’s coming next! Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Season 4 Episode 8 Recap: Intervention

Teairra Mari may have been on the outs with her friends, but they still showed up to help her when she needed them the most.  When Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Season 4 Episode 8 got underway, Moniece Slaughter, Nikki Mudarris, and A.D. Diggs decided it was time for their friend to get some help.  She was not supposed to be drinking and was apparently slipping back into her old ways, and that was a big concern for those closest to her.  They worried about what would happen if she continued to spiral, and Teairra had some things to say about a 90-day residential program in San Francisco.  “I’m not going anywhere. What is this? I definitely don’t have ninety days to give to that,” she yelled as she tried to imply everything was good with her.  In the end, she agreed thirty days, while confirming that she knew there was something wrong with her.  “I have to look in the mirror and realize it’s an issue. I would like my mother [to fly with me],” she says, while breaking down in tears. ”I need to get my sh*t together. It’s a start. So many people are rooting for me.” It was a long and winding road, but Teairra is finally getting help, and we could not be more happy for her. Recognizing there is an issue is the first step to recovery.  Meanwhile, Brooke Valentine met up with Bridget Kelly, and they spilled all the goodies to each other about their relationship woes.  “I did cheat on my boyfriend James once maybe twice, but that was a long time ago, and I’m ready to give James a real shot,” Bridget sensationally confirmed.  She wanted them to go on a date with Brooke and Marcus, but Brooke said, “Marcus is on probation.” She then opened up about trying to get back at him for breaking her heart.  “I’m out her purposely doing things to piss him off. I had a little outing, and I went there with Booby.” Yes, everyone on this show lives for drama, and we love to keep up to speed with all of it. It’s so juicy.  We even got confirmation that Lyrica’s family was finally getting on with A1’s, so that was surprising.  “I am happy to say our mothers are getting along like girlfriends these days,” Lyrica claimed with a huge grin on her face.  Zell opened up about his mission to sabotage Misster Ray’s launch party for his PR company. Yes, he still wanted revenge, and he knew just how to get it.  Zell threw a party, and Lyrica took to the stage to cut some shapes and sing some songs. No, we’re not kidding. We’re a little mad we did not get to see a big fight, but we can thank the robust security for that one.  Brooke’s day went from bad to worse when A1 told Marcus that he saw her getting up close and personal with Booby at a recent event.  “He needs to know what’s up. His girl right now is making him look crazy in these streets, and I’m not having that with my friend,” A1 said in a confessional, before spilling the beans.  Marcus made his way to the studio and caught them in the act, but Brooke was not ready to roll over and admit defeat, so she said Marcus was “running around with that paranormal bimbo.” The scene concluded with Booby saying how much he liked Brooke and they started making out again. Sigh.  The biggest moment of the episode was when Masika and Alex finally showed up to shoot the video.  “I already told you that I’m not shooting with this h*,” Masika yells, before Alexis fires back, “why can’t you be grown? Counting On Recap: Joseph Duggar Courts Kendra Caldwell!

On the season premiere of Counting On, the Duggar family caught us up on all the latest wedding, baby and courtship news in Tontitown. If you follow them at all, then you know that the last few months have been extraordinarily busy in those regards, even by their standards. Watch Counting On Season 5 Episode 1 Online Fittingly just days after Joseph Duggar married Kendra Caldwell in Arkansas, the season premiere gave us all the back story on the couple. Minus the part where Joe bumped out Jedidiah and stole his girl . You heard that one here and only here. But back to the TLC series … On  Counting On Season 5 Episode 1 , we went all the way back to where Joseph was born … where he asked Kendra to enter into a courtship. The idea being that she would start a new life with him, at the place where his life began. Gotta hand it to the Duggars on these proposals. Court-posals? Is that a thing we can make happen? In any case, Jessa Duggar called Joseph’s idea “sweet” and “thoughtful,” though his older brother John-David was less than impressed. “I wouldn’t call it romantic,” JD said, noting that the home where he was born is … no longer there. “Take her to a car auction, then a slab of concrete.” “That’s … that’s different.” He did indeed take her to a car auction as an excuse to be on that side of town; Kendra’s dad and some of his family served as chaperones. “I wanted to do it sooner to surprise her,” Joe said of asking Kendra if he can court her, adding that she was expecting it to take longer. Why? It’s unclear, given the breakneck pace in which the family moves when it comes to relationships, but apparently this was a surprise. Joseph was “trying to act cool” and “be as normal as possible” before ultimately taking her to where the home once stood and … He pulled out a ring, asked if she would take this next step with him in life, and Kendra said yes, which he said was a major relief.  “I didn’t know you were going to ask me today!” Caldwell said, blown away by the gesture and the timing. “I had no idea … It’s so exciting!” As for what you’re all wondering:  Joseph’s sisters all received necklaces as a courting gift, which is customary apparently, but his gift of a ring was his own unique twist. As a symbol he’s not looking for anyone else and is “waiting for her” (for a matter of weeks, most likely), he placed it on her ring finger. On the right hand, not the left. If you watch Counting On online , you know that with this exciting milestone reached, the couple may now side-hug, as per Duggar tradition. That may not sound like much, but until that courtship – which is essentially a pre-engagement, ring or not – there is no touching. Period. As for their courtship rules? Every couple has their own version of the same playbook when it comes to this issue (though all of them are similarly stringent). Joe and Kendra’s twist? Agreeing not to hold hands with one another or be alone together until they’re married … and that’s not all:  Side-hugs are only allowed to last three seconds or less. Honestly. A five-second side hug would be borderline dangerous, you know. When asked if they would have a long or short courtship, the side-hugging duo said they’re taking things “one day at a time.”  In other words, super short. Bachelor in Paradise Recap: Who’s Still Together?

On  Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 Episode 9 , the fun in the sun came to an end south of the border, but were any couples left standing? What dramatic events would make or break some of the love-struck castaways as their final days in Paradise drew to a close? When the episode got underway, we quickly found out that the couples could leave separately, together or have a date with the opportunity of hitting up a fantasy suite.  Watch Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 Episode 9 Online Lacey and Daniel were up first, and it became clear as day that there was something between them. Lacey wanted to spend the night with Daniel.  “I’m not done with you yet. Come to your king.” Yes, he actually said that, and we at THG think he’s hilarious. He made a sordid joke about Lacey getting ready for the “Fourth of July” in his pants. Yes, she liked the joke. She’s a keeper.   Jack wanted to leave Paradise with Christen hand in hand, and Christen freaked out over it.  “I can’t leave here as a couple,” she says. “We are acquaintances right now!” Um, that’s not a nice way to put it, and all of a sudden we feel like these two will not stand the test of time. Jack was confused, but it proved the pair had very different stances on the relationship.  “Up until this point, we’ve talked about the weather,” she says about the whole incident, before Jack leaves on his very own mobile. Yes, they are so soo over.  Raven and Adam decided that the fantasy suite could be a fun way to get to know each other a little better, which is pretty great. Adam loves how “easy things are with her.” Yeah, he totally said that.  Things between Dean and Danielle quickly went south. Danielle wanted to hit up the fantasy suite, but then Dean revealed that Kristina was still on his mind.  Yikes.  He revealed he was in love with Kristina and had to part ways with her for that reason.  “I literally hate myself right now,” he says. He may have tried to be a player, but he proved he has a heart. That’s the main thing we’re getting from his actions.  Dom called time on the relationship with Diggy, but never really gave much of a reason, so hopefully get an update on them later.  When it came to Robby and Amanda, it seemed like everything was going well … until Amanda started crying.  “Do you really see that?” she asked after he claimed they could work together out of Paradise. Robby started wailing as she let him down.  Maybe she did not want to rush into things after what happened with her and Josh Murray. Either that, or she’s holding out hope to become the Bachelorette.  Lacey and Daniel went on their first official date, and it was evident they were falling for each other. They decided to leave Paradise as a couple and indulged in some fun in the fantasy suite.  When Taylor and Derek went on their date, she said she needed to know the sex was good before dropping the L-bomb. Dean was happy enough to show her his moves, so they made their way to the fantasy suite like it was a race.  Raven and Adam questioned whether they could really be a thing and have sex, but we never got an answer straight away.  Chris was joined by Jaimi, Diggy, Dominique, Emily, Haley, Jasmine, Alexis, Jack Stone, D. Lo, Christen, Dean, Danielle M., and Kristina. Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson were then brought out together. The big controversy was over, and they were able to move on with their lives.  Dean revealed that it was difficult for him to see Kristina because he felt so strongly for her, but they were not together. It did seem like there was the potential for them to meet up, but we don’t know as of yet if they will.  But then Danielle revealed that Dean called her ONE HOUR after leaving Paradise. Did he feel bad, or did he put on a show for the cameras? Amanda then revealed that she gave Robby a chance but, it was just not working and the twins tried to accuse him of cheating.  As if that was not bad enough, Lacey revealed that Daniel said his feelings were a lie and he put on a show for the cameras.  Chris played an audio recording from the morning after their final date and Daniel said some damning things.  “Lacey might like me a little bit more than I like her. I could never change my Facebook status to ‘in a relationship with Lacey.’” What a snake.  But Raven and Adam are still together, so there’s that. It’s been a long road for them, but at least their feelings are real.  Derek then asked Taylor to marry him. On  Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 Episode 9 , the fun in the sun came to an end south of the border, but were any couples left standing? What dramatic events would make or break some of the love-struck castaways as their final days in Paradise drew to a close? Dean Unglert Might Not be the Bachelor, Either. Here’s Why.

Today, the sun is getting eclipsed. But so are your hopes and dreams. If you were hoping to see Dean Unglert star on the next season of The Bachelor , anyway. Especially after hearing that Peter Kraus is unlikely to get the role . Nothing’s for certain just yet, but based upon what Deanie Baby has revealed, he might not qualify to be the leading man. And no, it’s not because he allegedly makes an ass of himself on Bachelor in Paradise . So, it was a little while back when Dean Unglert revealed that he finds love in Paradise in a Glamour interview. “Did I find love in Paradise? Yeah, I’ll be honest with you. I did find love in Paradise . Yeah. I don’t see any need to hide it.” We’ve known for a while that Dean Unglert is on Bachelor in Paradise , well before Dean was sent home after his Hometown Date with Rachel Lindsay. But what we didn’t know until recently was that Dean would find love. We can’t say that it’s surprising — with his endearing personality and baby blue eyes. (Even DeMario Jackson, in his very short time in Paradise, found Dean’s eyes memorable enough to mention in his Instagram tags when he reflected on his time there) But, if Dean found love in Paradise, people have to wonder: what does this mean for his future? What does this mean for The Bachelor ? Right off the bat, Dean Unglert seemed to really hit things off with Kristina Schulman. From what we’ve already seen on Bachelor in Paradise , Dean and Kristina hung out and they opened up about their past hardships. Dean talked about his emotionally distant father and his mother’s death when he was still a teenager. (That’s why he has her name tattooed on his body) Kristina talked about spending eight years  growing up in a Russian orphanage before being adopted by a Kentucky couple. That’s sort of par for the course when it comes to trying to find love on a reality television schedule, but they did seem to have a connection. The thing is, though, that lots of people find love in lots of places. There’s a difference between “aww I love you” and “i think I’m in love with you,” both of which are very different from the sort of lifelong bond of love that happens in Disney movies and allegedly in real life sometimes. Dean might find love in Paradise. (In fact, a recent promo shows him confessing that he’s in love with two women there, so that’s … potentially complicated) But that doesn’t mean that he’ll come out the end of the season having forged a lasting relationship that will preclude him from appearing on The Bachelor . Because, you know, a lot of love is fleeting. Dean Unglert is a fan favorite to be the Bachelor , and he was a frontrunner on The Bachelorette . That doesn’t mean that he’s a shoe-in, unfortunately. One factor is that Dean is still in his mid-twenties, which you’d think would be fine, but it’s a little younger than the Bachelor tends to be and might bring about different age dynamics. But we’d still love to see him, or Peter Kraus, in the role. And, of course, we’d love to see Dean find love. If he has to not be the Bachelor, it would be ideal for it to be because someone already won his heart. We hope that, at the very least, Dean Unglert got to have some fun on Bachelor in Paradise .
