Russell Brand Accused of iPhone Flinging, Window Breaking

Russell Brand recently broke up with Katy Perry . And, according to an irate paparazzo, a window. A Splash News photographer, Timothy Jackson, filed a police report against Brand, who allegedly approached Jackson’s car, wrestled away his iPhone and heaved it through a window of nearby law firm, shattering the glass. That’s some arm, if true! Splash has a series of photos showing Russell snatching the iPhone and the apparent aftermath of broken glass at the offices of Deutsch, Kerrigan and Stiles. New Orleans Police are still investigating, but no charges have been filed and there’s no warrant out for Brand. Heck, the NOPD is still trying to ring him up. “We have had several attempts to get in contact with Russell Brand in the past day, all of which were unsuccessful,” a department spokesman tells E! While the celebrity gossip world continues to wonder about the status of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, and while tabloids claim to have evidence that the former cheated with Sara Leal, this couple appears unaffected by the rumors. Latest case in point? Ashton and Demi were spotted together Friday night attending services at a Kabbalah center in Los Angeles. Rumors, schmumors: Is all well between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore? Witnesses tell People the pair spoke to a number of people at the facility, prior to exiting together, arms wrapped around each other’s waists. This is the second time Kutcher and Moore have been spotted at the center since chatter about the former’s infidelity spread once again. Neither star has spoken publicly about their marriage, with the exception of a few mysterious, silly Tweets.

Mischa Barton posed for a Tyler Shields photo shoot the other day, and, well, you know how that goes. If you don’t know how that goes, it goes … weird. The former OC actress and waif is the latest to pose for the controversial photographer, who loves his female celebrity muses to get “artistic” or something. After a Mischa fan club in Brazil (seriously, that exists) kept asking him to do a shoot with her, Shields says he reached out, and this is what resulted: Possibly nude, Mischa Barton sees food for the first time since April . “I randomly met her friend and we talked about it a few days later this happened,” he said. “She was amazing to work with. I cant wait to do it again.” Shields often features BFF Lindsay Lohan in his shoots, and recently landed in hot water over a series of photos showing a bound, battered Heather Morris .
