The My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly, 33, was arrested on Jan. 6 and registered a .22 blood alcohol level, nearly three times the legal limit, according to Santa Monica Deputy City Attorney Melanie Skehar. Jaime Pressly pleaded not guilty in a Santa Monica, Calif., courtroom Friday to two misdemeanor DUI charges. A lawyer appeared on her behalf. The actress#39;s next hearing date is set for March 18.
