Ludacris Wins Primary Custody Of His 1-Year-Old Daughter Cai Bridges Wow. Who saw this one coming? A Fulton County judge has just granted Ludacris primary custody of his 1-year-old daughter Cai. Her mother, Tamika Fuller will get visitation. Luda, real name Chris Bridges, released the following statement via his lawyer Tanya Mitchell Graham to SandraRose.com : After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter. Rachel Uchitel: Matt Hahn is Defaming Me!

Rachel Uchitel is fighting back at estranged husband Matt Hahn , who cited “cruel and inhumane treatment” when he filed for divorce from her this week. She says his claims are defamatory … yes, to the extent that anyone can defame a gal like Rachel Uchitel , she says that’s what’s happening here. For her part, Rachel says she called the police on him last month after they got into a heated argument that ended with Matt calling her hurtful names. Uchitel admits “striking back with a few slaps,” according to TMZ. That’s it though, she claims, and her rep says she’ll ” vigorously defend herself against [Hahn’s] false and defamatory claim of ‘cruel and inhumane treatment.'” Matt suggested in his court declaration that living with his spouse of 18 months is unsafe, mentally and physically, and that she is an abusive woman. This is what she says is defamatory, slaps aside. Jason Hoppy Blocks Bethenny Frankel from Taking Daughter Down Under

The Bethenny Frankel divorce case is growing uglier by the day. After each side in this split made its divorce demands known – both Bethenny and ex-husband Jason Hoppy are seeking primary custody of daughter Bryn – a new issue has arisen over Frankel’s desire to take Brynn on a business trip to Australia. Because Hoppy is having none of it. “He doesn’t think it’s good for their little girl to travel half way around the world,” an insider tells Radar Online. “It’s causing nothing but more stress to the divorce proceedings, which have turned extremely hostile.” The source adds Bethenny’s attorneys may see if a judge will sign off on the trip, but it’s clear things are about to get even more contentious between the former couple. Our suggestion? The reality star should cook up her famous Bethenny Frankel granola recipe and use that as a bargaining chip.

Count acclaimed Girls star/creator Lena Dunham among those who aren’t enamored with Rihanna and Chris Brown being back together these days. In an interview with Alec Baldwin on his podcast “Here’s the Thing,” Dunham said that she “used to be really into” Rihanna but was ultimately turned off. The reason? Her recent reconciliation with Chris Brown . An excerpt from Lena Dunham’s interview with Baldwin, in which she discusses the controversial singers’ relationship in context, appears below: “[Being a role model] is amazing,” she says of her rise to fame. “It’s an amazing thing and it’s like, it’s a platform that you have to take seriously.” “Which is why sometimes it’s like I used to be really into Rihanna , the pop star, and then it’s like again, I don’t want to ever throw stones from my glass house.” “But, I follow her on Instagram and I just think about how many little girls beyond what I could even comprehend are so obsessed with Rihanna.” “You know, she left Barbados, she’s had this amazing career, she’s won a Grammy.” “She’s so talented. Are Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb on the verge of breaking up? The two are reportedly in couples counseling after their New Year’s Eve brawl , after which they kissed and made up publicly, but many issues lingered. Not just the Sofia Vergara wardrobe malfunction issue, either. The 40-year-old Modern Family actress and her groom-to-be vowed that they would enter couples therapy as soon as they got back to L.A., and did so. “She decided they needed professional help before she would walk down the aisle,” a friend says. “They had their first session over the phone – so far, so good!” Glad these two are doing their best to make it last, or even if they can’t, will probably find out sooner rather than later if it’s simply not meant to be.

Jason Hoppy Files for Custody of Daughter, Mirrors Bethenny Frankel Divorce Demands

Unfortunately, it’s about to get ugly between Jason Hoppy and Bethenny Frankel. A few weeks after Frankel filed for divorce and made such legal demands as primary custody of daughter Brynn ; sole use of the couple’s residence; and child support from her ex, Hoppy has gone ahead… and done pretty much the exact same thing. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Hoppy is also seeking primary custody of the two-year old, while asking for child support and all medical expenses related to himself and Brynn. The scorned reality star wants Frankel to name him as a beneficiary on her life insurance policy and he’s after “exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence.” Frankel appeared on Ellen this month and tearfully said this split made her feel like a failure , but we have an inkling it won’t even be official any time soon. Considering the demands of both sides, this battle is destined to be drawn very far out.

Suri Cruise ABANDONED by Tom, Magazine Claims

Suri Cruise hasn’t seen her famous dad in 48 days. Has he ABANDONED her, as this tabloid claims?? In reality he’s just working. Whether Tom Cruise has prioritized his movie career over his home life to the point where it’s hurt his three marriages is an open question, but “abandoned” is a strong word, given how he provides for Suri. There’s also the fact that … Katie Holmes left him . If by “abandon” In Touch means shoot movies in London, Iceland, New Orleans and New York for the past six weeks, then yeah. Sure. Bit of a stretch though, no? It’s true that Tom hasn’t been publicly seen with Suri Cruise in more than 48 days, since their vacation to Disney World on August 2, and yes, of course that’s sad. At the same time, many kids don’t have two parents at all, and Tom and Katie Holmes, who has primary custody of Suri, have always tried to put their girl first. By all accounts the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce was settled quickly, amicably and fairly for her benefit and each will continue to be involved in Suri’s life. Katie will be more so, but she has primary custody. This is just how some divorces work out; it’s hard to call Tom an absentee father under the circumstances.

Adrienne Maloof to Battle with Ex Over Custody of Children

So much for the amicable divorce? With Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif splitting up, the question now turns to this estranged couple’s children. What will become of their three sons? Who will be rewarded with primary custody? Insiders tell Radar Online that Maloof and Nassif were due in court this week because “it appears the only way this can be resolved is a decision by the judge.” Based on Nassif’s divorce papers, he is looking for joint legal custody of their the kids, along physical custody “according to children’s best interest.” That can be difficult to assess/determine, of course, hence the need for a possible legal battle. “This is turning out to be a very, very nasty divorce proceedings so far, and the fact that Paul and Adrienne had to go to court on an emergency basis this early in the proceedings isn’t a good sign,” the Radar source claims. Amber Portwood Mug Shot: Released, Miserable

Sad sack Teen Mom train wreck Amber Portwood is still behind pars, and to add insult to injury, the Indiana native’s latest mug shot has just been released. Not surprisingly, she doesn’t look too pleased. Amber was arrested Monday after she failed to show up to her latest probation hearing … and authorities sent to Amber’s house found pills in her purse. She couldn’t prove she had a prescription for the pills, resulting in a clear violation of probation and another stint in jail for Portwood. Cue the mug shot: Portwood was on probation after she was convicted of domestic battery for attacking her ex-fiance, Gary Shirley. Amber’s sentence to two years in jail was suspended, provided Portwood stuck to the rules of her probation, which was highly unlikely . After her latest arrest, Amber could end up spending her Christmas behind bars – for the second consecutive year. A court hearing is reportedly set for January 13, and given the circumstances surrounding her case, don’t expect bail to be offered. Oh well.
